Seriously. This conditioner doesn't condition hair. When you put it on, you can feel right away that it isn't absorbing. My hair was stringy and tangled after I used this.

I purchased this by mistake (I usually get 1000 Kisses), and I'm glad I did. This liner in Ravish is the only liner I've tried that actually keeps my matte red lipstick from getting fuzzy in the corners. I also love that it is self-sharpening, inexpensive, and widely available.

I bought this in a bright cherry red, so I was surprised when it went on ... clear. I tested it on my arm to see if it was really crystal clear, and it was actually a very pale pink. If it weren't for the terrible taste, I would keep this around to layer over lipstick for extra shine and to look pretty on my vanity (the package is adorable).

This stuff is amazing. The shea butter and tourmaline really work to give you picture-perfect hair. When I emulsify it in my palms and glide it over my hair, it instantly imparts shine, moisture, and flyaway control, making my hair look super sleek. I have suffered from flyaways in my fine, dry hair my whole life. I hate it because I can never look "put together." A tiny bit makes a big difference: I actually looked like a corporate professional with an MA instead of a gawky teenager. But be warned: too much will make your head look like an oil slick.

When I was a florist, tuberose was my favorite flower because of its heavenly scent, so I was pleased to find this perfume, which smells exactly like a tuberose. Still, it was a bit powerful for me, and I wish Michael Kors offered this smell in another form; it just doesn't smell like something that should be worn, but I wish I could scent my bedroom like this!

This is one of the few shampoos I've found that doesn't contain alcohol. Instead of this drying ingredient, it contains jojoba and protein--a must for any hair product to be truly "revitalizing." For around five bucks you get a big bottle of all-natural shampoo that smells like almonds and leaves your hair feeling clean, refreshed, and well-nourished. The only thing that feels better than this shampoo's rich lather is knowing you're supporting a small, Earth-conscious company. Downside? It's not very concentrated, so you go through it quickly.

I'm picky about perfumes. I like them sweet but not too sweet, crisp rather than powdery, and not too heavy (perfume-y) but not too high school girl. I have rejected many a popular perfume. Light Blue fits the bill perfectly. It smells fantastic on me (I get compliments all the time) and is appropriate for all types of situations, from breakfast with the girls to the office to family gatherings. And it lasts for several hours on my skin without changing too much. The only downside is that it's super popular.

I've been using this daily for about a month now, and it seems like it's finally starting to work. At first, my skin peeled like crazy, so I used it only at night, under moisturizer. I experienced a dramatic uptick in blackheads (which I get exclusively on my nose), but figured that was because my pores were getting purged of all the gunk they've been storing. Now that my skin's acclimated to it, I can use it twice a day with minimal peeling and am therefore starting to see results. There's definitely less blackheads, but not dramatically less. I will keep using it and keep my fingers crossed.

When I apply this product to my chronically dry, itchy hands, it goes on greasy but provides instant releif. And after a few minutes it's fully absorbed and it keeps my hands moist for hours. I also use it on places that need a little extra love, like my elbows and knees. It's also great on lips, providing a glossy veneer for matte lipsticks while hydrating. Detractors will point out that this is basically just overpriced Vaseline, and I agree. But it smells so good and feels so right that it's worth the extra few bucks.

Not only has Rimmel created an inexpensive lip liner that goes on smoothly (no tugging!) and keeps my lipstick in place for hours, they offer it in a great array of colors. My favorite, Wild Clover, works well with neutral lipsticks, but my favorite way to wear it is to fill in my lips with it and apply a shiny lip balm over it. Voila!
