At first I thought the curls were a little too perfect. They formed these flawless little spirals all over my head and even though I was pleased with how shiny, full of body, and well-defined they were, I felt a bit too Shirley Temple. So I brushed them out and then rubbed a bit of pomade through the whole mass and was thrilled to see that the shape of the curls returned, only they looked much more natural, making this product the hands-down best curl product I have ever used. Other products have left my hair shapeless, dry, frizzy, or limp, but this stuff delivered on the promises printed on the bottle.

Black Honey looks amazing on peeps of all colors. This lipstick's sleekness makes it easy to apply and it feels silky on your lips. My only complaints are that the cap sometimes falls off in my purse and the color doesn't last very long, but you can mitigate this by powdering your lips before applying it (which also intensifies the color).

Scrunching this product product into wet hair creates perfect little spirals. This has been the best product I've found to make my wavy hair curly. Still, it leaves a bit to be desired. Goldwell claims that their curl spray moisturizes and adds shine, but I haven't experienced either. Therefore, I use a leave-in conditioner when I'm planning on going curly and babysit my hair as it dries to add moisture or volume where I see fit. Otherwise, I'll end up with frizzy curls that just hang there. The other problem with this spray is that the results don't last. My hair looks great in the morning, but by lunch I'm brushing out my limp, tangled curls and making do with a ponytail for the rest of the day.

This stuff did a great job of getting all the gunk out. Finally rid of sebum, product build-up, and minerals from my hard-water shower, my hair dried, naturally, with more volume than I've ever achieved with a blow dryer. BUT this shampoo contains sulfates, which are very hard on your hair, so see how your hair reacts to it and use accordingly. For example, it strips my hair of color and moisture, so I use it only once a month and always follow it with a hair mask or a double dose of conditioner.

I really liked PM's regular sculpting foam, but I wanted more body so I tried this. Because this doesn't contain the conditioners of the other one, it left my looking and feeling very dry. When I blowdryed and flat-ironed my hair with this product, I got good volume and hold. But when I tried to use it on curls, it was a dry, crunchy, ugly disaster.

I've been searching for a texturizer that is not a gel or a pomade/wax because my fine hair is easily weighed down. This light spray fits the bill. I sprayed a bit on the lower half of my wet hair before blowdrying, and then sprayed a bit more on my dry hair before flat ironing; I couldn't have asked for better results. My hair and bangs definition and dimension with a fine, almost delicate, texture. It looked shiny and moved fluidly. I am very impressed with this product and recommend it highly.

I usually use liquid eyeliner, but when I'm in a hurry or don't want too fine a line, I reach for this. It glides on like silk, leaving a bold, even stroke of color that lasts all day. Still, I really don't like spending $12 on a pencil, and this one isn't self-sharpening, so it doesn't last long.

Burt's Bees delivers another great natural product at a reasonable price. I love that this is pH balanced so it won't dry out my skin and that the all the good stuff--honey, ginger, flower oils, etc.--are toward the top of the ingredients list. It lathers well and makes me feel clean and fresh. The only buzzkill is the smell. It smells like parsnip to me. This may be a good thing for some people because it's not sweet and it's unisex, and maybe you really like the smell of parsnips. But for me half the fun of body wash is the lucious smell.

Even though I don't "need" any more eyeshadows, I have a soft spot for these little pots of color. They're fun to shop for, both online and in-store, because there are so many options. I own everything from the practical brown Saddle to the whimsical pink-coral Sushi Flower, but they're addictive and at least once a month I treat myself to a new one. My only complaint is that they don't like to blend easily on my lids; sometimes I have to take a q-tip to darker spots of color.

Lathering up with this shampoo feels great: it's very invigorating and it smells fantastic. Unfortunately, once my shower was over so was my relationship with this shampoo. My fine hair was a de-moisturized, de-volumized mess that no amount of styling could fix.
