I definitely notice a difference when I straighten my hair after using this conditioner versus other conditioners (I don't use the matching shampoo). My hair is softer, less frizzy, and keeps its straight style all day (albeit I use quite a few other products in my hair post-conditioning). It doesn't weigh my hair down. What I don't like is the smell, which is lemony in a medicinal kind of way, such as lemon cough syrup. I also don't like that I have to use a ton of product for thorough conditioning, and this stuff ain't cheap. I have fine, medium-length hair, so this would be even less cost-effective for someone with thick or long hair.

I purchased this lipstick at Nordstrom Rack in Blue Daisy. I've always stayed away from DuWop's lip products because I heard they hurt, but this lipstick does not claim to plump lips (hence the name "Anti-Venom"); it's just a nice lipstick. I had to put three layers of it on to get the color I desired because it goes on rather sheer, but once it was on it stayed on and it didn't dry out my lips or migrate. The creamy formula has a hint of shimmer, but nothing that you couldn't wear to the office.

This cream smells like fresh lemons and goes on smooth and creamy. After using this cream, I woke up with hydrated skin (no peeling or flaking!) for the first time in a long time. It felt a little greasy when I first applied it, so I was happy to see that it did not clog my pores.

There's no denying that this is a very good facial moisturizer, but its exorbitant price tag made me knock a few stars off its rating. For eighty dollars I expect great things, and this moisturizer didn't quite deliver. It didn't have SPF, and I found the smell to be a bit too strong and long-lasting. Also, its effects don't last. It goes on nice and light and your skin looks and feels significantly more hydrated, but after an hour my super dry skin started peeling again. I received several free samples of this product at the Bobbi Brown counter, and I will not be purchasing the full size when they run out. If you have an extra 80 clams lying around, I recommend it. Otherwise, you can find a moisturizer that is just as good and half the price.

This brush has two types of bristles, both stiff but flexible and very fine, that gently grab hair, making it the perfect instrument to pull hair into a sleek ponytail or bun. It doesn't break my (fine) hair and adds a hint of shine when I wear my hair down.

Bourjois's glosses are made by Chanel, which means you get the same smooth, highly pigmented, shiny gloss you expect from the more high-end brand. Where they've skimped to make the cheaper version is on staying power. The color and shine last less than an hour, which is too bad, because they come in a fun array of colors that look great when you first apply them.

The light but creamy formula glides on with a finger or a concealer brush and erases imperfections from blemishes to broken capillaries to undereye discoloration (which it excels at concealing). I doesn't cake, crease, dry out, or wear off. It looks completely natural, like your skin is naturally flawless; no one can tell your wearing concealer. I have been looking for the perfect concealer for years, and this is it. (Note: I have really dark shadows under my eyes, so I purchased Creamy Concealer with a color corrector, which upped its efficacy even more.)

This came with the creamy concealer kit that I bought, and I will not be purchasing it again when it's past its prime. Even the Bobbi Brown salesperson didn't use it when showing me how to apply the powder, she used a small brush instead. This puff is cute and fine for dabbing powder on top of small areas where I used concealer (such as blemishes), but it is awkward to use under my eyes--the place where I need concealing most.

The texture is creamy but light, and erases flaws. I have a "shadow" under my eyes that NOTHING could hide until I purchased this corrector. No amount of layering foundation, concealer, or concealer/foundation/powder did the trick, so I forked over the $22 and am so glad I did. This corrector is expensive, but I suspect it will last a long time. I just dab a tiny bit along the shadow under and then over concealer. I also used it on the red spots around my nostrils and on a blemish that I picked at. Great results all around.

In this economy, it's hard not to go for a cheap lip balm. But after using this, I wish I would've shelled out the extra couple of bucks for my old standby, Burt's Bees. Blistex's balm goes on super slick but doesn't add a lot of shine. It also didn't last very long, so I had to reapply frequently. It smells good--very sweet--but I could taste the sunscreen in it, yuck.
