This exfoliant manages to be intense without being harsh. I use it before I get in the shower because using it on dry skin feels great on my parched, itchy skin. It rinses off easily without leaving any residue, and it smells great!

This product offers great shine, but the trade-off is that it robs my (fine) hair of its natural movement. The results aren't stiff, just heavy. While it truly allows me to "sculpt" my hair, it's not a traditional hairspray so it doesn't hold the results.

This hand cream smells divine and hydrates thirsty hands. It goes on a bit greasy, but absorbs quickly and leaves the lingering scent of lemons and roses behind. The little tub fits perfectly into a purse.

I'm not a big fan of CoverGirl products in general (you get what you pay for), but the bottle and brush were so nifty looking that I had to give this a try. Actually, I gave it several tries, and the results were always the same: clumpy, clumpy, clumpy; dry, dry, dry. It didn't work well at all--my eyelashes actually looked better without this goop.

DuWop actually uses the word "magical" in their description of this product. Um, it's not. Nor is it "plumping." But it is a good lip liner! I'm paranoid about colored lip liners showing through my lipstick, especially as it wears off during the day, so this matte, colorless pencil is perfect. And while I doubt that anyone at DuWop made a pilgrimage to Tibet to secure this product's secret ingredient (yes, they claim that, too), it works as a lip liner should: goes on smooth, extends the life of my lipstick (even the red), and prevents feathering and smudging along the lip line.

I couldn't get this off my face fast enough. I give it props for being super moisturizing and containing sunscreen, but I could practically feel it clogging my pores. It smells too strongly of sunscreen to be an every day moisturizer.

Because this lotion is for feet, I expected it to be heavy duty. But it's totally wimpy. The super light formula smells delicious and feels good, but it can't even begin to tackle the notoriously messed up foot skin. They need to throw some shea butter (or something) in it to make it richer.

I purchased this body wash after falling in love with Boots's lotions, and I took the fact that it was sold out at the first two stores I looked for it in as a good sign. Unfortunately, it was no match for my super dry skin. If I don't get a head start on moisturizing my skin in the shower with a good body wash, no amount of lotion throughout the day will help. I was also disappointed by how quickly I went through the bottle.

This is definitely more lotion-y than it is buttery, but I still like it. It calms my dry skin upon contact and absorbs quickly. I appreciate the yummy, mellow scents Boots offers. The tub this butter comes in looks small, but it's lasted me a surprisingly long time: about two months.

I would've never given LORAC a chance had I not received a free sample of this eye shadow at Sephora. For some reason, LORAC has always come across as a pretentious brand with products that try to be interesting but aren't. Anyway, this product lit up my eyes with sparkle that didn't migrate at all during my day, even when it was hot out. The shadow stayed bright all day. The only let-down is that LORAC only offers sparkly shades; I would love to see some mattes in their lineup.
