I bought this to cover red on my face before I knew that green neutralizes red, not yellow. It's thick, so it covers up any red, but you have to add foundation or concealer on top of it to conceal the yellow. And since it's so thick the results looked unnatural.

This is undoubtably a good body wash. It lathers well, rinses clean, is moisturizing, and doesn't cost much. Still, I won't be purchasing it again. I was disappointed that it was heavily perfumed and smelled of neither jasmine nor vanilla. Dove tests on animals, and this particular body wash is full of chemicals. I just can't feel clean and refreshed when I'm putting those chemicals on my skin.

Kudos to Clinique for coming up with this stuff. It's a good idea and it works beautifully. Spray it on your brushes, rub in the product, and watch all the built-up gunk come out. I thought my brushes were "clean" after using soap and water to clean them, but after I used this the water in the sink looked like dishwater--only peach! I docked it a star for being overpriced.

This product did not extend the life of my hair color, which, considering the price and that I used it faitfully, was pretty disappointing. I was also disappointed that although it claims to contain a lot of conditioners, it wasn't conditioning. The upside is that it didn't weight down, dry out, or otherwise negatively impact my hair.

I am officially crowning this as my Holy Grail mascara. Seriously, I can stop looking now that I've found this. It doesn't do much to lengthen or add volume, but the glossy, pure black formula looks so pretty on that it doesn't matter. I especially love that this mascara doesn't dry out my lashes or make them spiky, nor does it wear off quickly and leave me with raccoon eyes. And Clinique has packaged all this goodness in a sleek little silver container that adds a touch of chic to any vanity.

I almost plunked down $22 for a peach lipstick at Sephora. Good thing I didn't. One day later I found this little drugstore gem in #465 Peach Shine. It's the exact same color peach as the pricey stuff and the quality is excellent. It really does shine, and it goes on nice and moist and lasts longer than many of my prestige lipsticks.

I'm devoted to my cheap, all-natural Nature's Gate shampoo, but this shampoo's rave reviews piqued my curiosity, so I bought a sample-size bottle. It is indeed excellent; it's gentle but thoroughly cleansing. It contains protein, which explains why it's so nourishing. I was about half-way through the little bottle when I started to notice a significant difference in the health and appearance of my hair. I will definitely be purchasing the full size. The price is just so exorbitant I can't bring myself to give it ten stars.

I received a free bottle of this with my Hana flat iron. I was skeptical because products like this tend to weigh down my fine hair and make it look greasy. But I was actually very pleased with the results. I rubbed a bit on the lower half of my dry hair before flat ironing, and there was noticeably more shine without any weight or texture problems. Plus I felt good knowing that my hair was protected.

I hate the way my fine, limp hair looks, but I gave up on mousse/foam volumizers a long time ago because they were so drying. But this stuff WORKS. It gave my hair tons of volume that lasted all day. Best of all, this foam left my hair looking healthy and lightly perfumed. It also gave it texture, an unexpected bonus. I was hesitant to purchase this because of the price tag, but I'm glad I caved. To style, I combed one pump (longer hair types will need two pumps) through wet hair from roots to ends and then added some straightening balm. I blew it out, flat-ironed, and then sprayed hairspray to hold the style. Voila!

This mascara gives my pale, skimpy lashes length, definition, and fullness while making me look as though I have naturally awesome lashes, and the scent of roses is an unexpected treat. But my favorite thing about this mascara is how richly pigmented it is; the black is the richest black ever, beatuifully framing my blue eyes. But alas, by noon the mascara has transferred from the tips of my lashes to under my eyes, leaving two blurry half-moons on my concealer and making my lashes look stumpy. The fleeting perfect that this mascara offers is even more frustrating than if it was just straight up awful.
