I am a longtime user of the Venus Embrace razor and blades, so these are a no brainer for me. They are perfect for travel because I still get the smooth, close shave I'm used to but I don't have to worry about losing or forgetting my favorite razor somewhere. At the end of the trip I can just toss it in the trash instead of having to pack it and bring it home with me. We also keep disposable razors in our guest bathroom so traveling friends and family can pack less if they'd like. These are so handy and definitely worth the extra cost compared to other disposable razors.

I tried to go back to these more basic razor blades after years of using the Venus Embrace in an effort to save a few dollars. It was not worth it. The shave is not as smooth and not as close. Without the extra moisturizing bits around the edges my skin ends up dry and itchy after shaving. I used them because I bought them, then I went right back to the Embrace blades. Much, much better.

I have this in the "ooh la lavender" scent, only because I sent my husband to the store to pick up deodorant for me, and this is what he came back with. It's works as well as any other Secret clear gel which is, for me, not all that great unless I have also used a clinical strength product. But I don't think it smells like lavender AT ALL. It just smells like alcohol and...I don't know what else, but there's definitely nothing floral about it. Even if I had purchased it on purpose, I wouldn't buy it again.

I love this product. It's so...simple. I use a clinical strength at night (as it says to on package instructions), but I am a particularly sweaty person (gross, I know) so I keep this on top of my dresser to layer on in the morning or for afternoon or evening touch ups. The scent is clean and fresh and not overbearing at all and I love that it's clear and never leaves marks of any kind on my clothing. I put this on before going running, too, and it always holds up. It doesn't last the whole day if I try to use it alone, but I know by now that is the fault of my body, not the product. I also really like that the package is transparent so I can tell when I'm running low. I really hate not knowing I'm out of something until I'm OUT! I always have at least one backup of this in the cabinet because I can tell when it will run out soon. I definitely recommend this and I will keep buying it for as long as they keep making it.

Let me just begin this review by saying this is the lipstick I wore for my wedding. That's how amazing it is. I had this on my Sephora wish list with no intention of ever actually buying it because it's so expensive, but my husband sneaked into my account and surprised me with it one day. I have the shade "004 Rouge Vermillon" which is bright and kind of a pink-ish red. It's hard to describe, but I know I love it and though it's brigh it works well with my fair skin. (Sephora website doesn't seem to carry this shade anymore, but Nordstrom has it and the photo looks true to shade on my computer screen.) The lipstick is creamy and highly pigmented for a major color payoff, but it also works beautifully with a gloss or balm underneath when I want something a little less intense. I chose this lipstick for my wedding day because I love the bright, happy color, but also because this lipstick LASTS. It doesn't need primer or a top coat or anything like that--just straight out of the tube and you're good to go. I remember one of the first times I used it, we were out for brunch. There was almost no lipstick on the edge of my glass and while it looked like there was some wiped off on my napkin, when I went to the ladies room my lips still looked almost perfect, barely needed a touch up. I used it for the wedding with some clear liner, but I've also used it without and had no issues. Obviously when I use it with something underneath to tone down the brightness it requires more frequent application, but I can live with that. The tube can be a bit bulky to carry in a handbag because it's square and a little larger, I think, than a lot of other lipsticks. But the product inside is more than worth it. I definitely recommend this one!

I got a sample of this in Ivory which is described as "fair to light with yellow undertones." My skin is definitely fair to light, so I was optimistic. Unfortunately the yellow is way more than an undertone, so I couldn't wear this for a full day to truly test it out. When I wiped it off with a cleansing wipe, it was seriously YELLOW on the wipe. No "undertone" about it. Color matching with this foundation is VERY important, but it looks like they have a wide variety of shades, especially for those with fair skin. I would love to get a sample of my correct shade in store to try out, because the texture of this makeup is DIVINE. I almost never use liquid makeup because I prefer a powder finish. This is liquid makeup WITH a powder finish and it feels smooth as silk on the skin. As long as you are able to go to a store to test the shades, I would definitely recommend this. The texture is so wonderful, I would say it's worth the price if you can afford it.

This kit contains all the same great products from the original wax kit, but without the hassle and mess of trying to heat the wax on the stove. The wax is a bright blue color so you always know where you're putting it, and it has a pleasant delicate floral scent that has always reminded me of a spa. You don't need any cloth strips of any kind as the wax hardens a bit and you pull it off that way (make sure you pull before it hardens too much...). There is a small bottle of pre and post wax oil which is especially useful pre-wax to make sure wax sticks to the hair instead of the skin. Just make sure not to use too much or the wax won't stick to the hair either. The skin cleanser is handy for any stubborn bits of wax left on the skin after waxing. The kit comes with two different sizes of plastic spatulas, depending what area you're waxing and what you're comfortable using, plus an extensive and helpful instruction sheet. It also looks like Bliss might be selling wax refills for this kit now? I don't see them on Sephora's website, but that's definitely something to look for because I always used up the wax well before running out of the oil and cleanser. I've tried cheaper brands of wax kits in the past and I wholeheartedly believe this one is the best on the market and well worth the cost.

I've used these while waxing and while shaving and in both instances I saw no difference. I have much better results preventing ingrown hairs when I remember to simply use a gentle body scrub on the area at least a couple times a week. I will not buy these again and do not recommend.

This gloss was an impulse purchase one afternoon when I had after work plans but forgot my lipstick on my desk. I bought "Stellar Plum" and the shade in the tube looked gorgeous and perfect. Unfortunately, it wasn't a very pigmented gloss and when I actually put it on it barely looked like I had any gloss on at all. The consistency isn't terrible, maybe a little bit stickier than I'd like, but tolerable. And it has more sparkle in it than I like to wear most of the time. I did end up using this until it ran out, but I certainly won't replace it. I recommend testing the colors before you buy to make sure it's as pigmented as what you have in mind.

I was excited to try this out because it has been getting such amazing reviews, but it's just not the product for me. It didn't irritate my skin or cause breakouts or anything...but it didn't do anything to improve my skin either. It is a nice, light oil, but I ended up giving it away to someone who was already in love with it. I would recommend getting your hands on a sample to try out before spending money on this.
