Ok, I admit to not using it daily as suggested on the bottle. Aside from the pros, who has time for daily brush cleaning? But when I DO finally get around to cleaning my brushes, this stuff is great. It's gentle and easy to use. It always gets all my brushes completely clean, no matter how much product I've allowed to build up, and brushes are left feeling soft and fresh after they've dried. I would definitely buy this again!

I am a hardcore OPI lover, and I especially get hooked on one or two colors that I will wear nonstop for weeks or months on end. A friend sent me a couple of these as a gift and I finally decided it was time to branch out and try them and I am SO GLAD I did! I'm wearing it right now in "hot magenta" which is exactly what it sounds like--a bright, happy pink. Application was smooth and easy--no bubbles or clumps and runny enough that I could get each coat on quickly, but not so runny that it made a mess. The color was perfectly opaque after just two coats. I used it with my usual top and base coat (also a Sally Hansen product) and they play very nicely together--no bubbles like I sometimes get with OPI. I painted my nails on Saturday. Since then I've done laundry, washed lots of dishes, cooked, done lots of typing, etc. It's Wednesday, I'm staring at my nails, and honestly there is not even one tiny chip. Not even the usual slight wearing at the very tips of my nails that I get even when my polish hasn't chipped yet. My nails are still shiny and perfect as if I just painted them this morning. I am blown away by this polish! I have it in a purple shade, too, and I'm looking forward to trying that. No matter what, this hot magenta is my new favorite and I can't wait to go check out what other shades are available in this polish. Highly recommend.

As a general rule, I do NOT love loose powder makeup of any kind. There are very few exceptions, but this is one of them! A friend sent this to me in a navy shade that I honestly wasn't sure I would ever use because it's loose and, I mean, it's blue! I finally tried it one day, just as an accent shade at the outer corners, so the blue is subtle, and I was blown away. It is so incredibly easy to use. I had no trouble getting just the right amount of product on my brush and the application was a dream. It goes on so smoothly and it blends perfectly and easily without leaving any bits of shadow all over my face. I wore it with another shade and brand of shadow and with a primer, and it lasted all day without smudging, fading, or creasing. I love this shadow and I reach for it now whenever I'm in the mood for a little touch of navy.

This was a tricky product, and I'm glad they don't make it anymore. I had tried a sample of it and loved it. The shade was gorgeous (I have since forgotten the name), the texture was great, and it had a cotton candy-like scent that was pleasant but not overwhelming. So I purchased a full-size tube and ended up disappointed. The scent/flavor was odd with only the tiniest hint of the cotton candy sweetness I had enjoyed in the sample. The shade was still nice (and I still wore it until it was gone), but the packaging was horrible. It was bulky in almost every way possible, including the odd sword thing on the cap that made it difficult to carry anywhere. Their new lipsticks are a HUGE improvement and I definitely recommend those.

It is so difficult to impress me with a mascara. This one, like so many others, claims to add volume, length, and curl and "long-lasting wear with one stroke." Well, for starters, let's throw out that "one stroke" claim right away. Everyone always uses more than one stroke when applying mascara and to imply any product is good enough to need only one stroke is ridiculous. The brush is an extremely tapered cone shape that I found slightly awkward to handle at first, but I've gotten used to it. I get plenty of volume from this mascara, but I don't find it delivers on the length and curl promises. It is pleasantly smudge resistant and doesn't irritate my eyes when I wear it with my contact lenses. It's not clumpy, either, and it dries quickly enough that I don't worry about smudging before I've even finished my makeup (I hate that). I'll continue to use this, especially as I have it in a very convenient travel size, but it's not a product I would purchase again.

I am rarely a fan of loose powder makeup. I like a loose face powder occasionally, for specific purposes, but mostly I find them mess and difficult to use. I get too much on the brush, they're difficult to apply, I spill them, etc. Not my thing. But not this one! This blush I love. The packaging is great, so it's easy to have only as much product as I need in the top part of the container. It goes on easily and blends like a dream. I can't remember the name of the shade I have, but it's very flattering and natural looking on my fair complexion and it always lasts the entire (long) day. Sometimes the jar gets lost in the shuffle at the bottom of my makeup case, but I am trying to remember to use it more because it's really fantastic.

I received a free bottle of this product to review, which is always fun and I've always had great luck doing this, but this one is kind of a miss. I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging. Usually when a product has "serum" in the name, I think of a tiny bottle (usually expensive--this is not!) with instructions to use only a tiny amount, but this is a normal-size bottle of lotion. Nothing on the bottle mentions that it's a fragranced product, but the first thing I noticed when I squeezed some out of the tube into my hand was an overwhelming powdery floral scent. I do not have a strong sense of smell at all, so it's rare that any product has an overwhelming scent to me, but I did not care for this. The lotion feels nice going on--it's not greasy at all and it absorbs very quickly (especially on super dry winter skin). Unfortunately, after rubbing it in, I noticed that the perfumey scent had gone away only to be replaced by a strong and unpleasant plastic-like or chemical-ish odor. And that odor stayed with me the entire day--I kept catching a whiff of it as I went about my day and it was so so not good. Another time that I used it I tried applying a scented body spray after to cover the smell, but it didn't really work. Another problem is that awhile after putting the lotion on my legs, arms, and hands (all my most stubborn dry skin areas), I noticed an odd plastic-like feeling on my hands. It wasn't super unpleasant or anything, just noticeable and weird. One night I put the lotion on after my shower and later the next day I took a shower and noticed my shower gel wouldn't lather on the areas where I had used the lotion the night before. Only after shaving my legs could I get the shower gel to lather on my skin as usual. Very, very odd. One day I put the lotion on after my morning shower and later that day I went for a run at the gym. After sweating, the areas where I had applied lotion were sticky (unlike any lotion I've ever used before). Ultimately, yes, this is a very deeply moisturizing product, but I'm just really not sure it is worth it to me to deal with all the negatives.

My mouth always feels better after flossing, so it caught me off guard one day at work when a colleague asked if I had any floss and I realized I didn't! Enter this wonderful product. Just a hint of minty flavor and so easy to use. Handy, disposable and in a resealable bag. I keep them in my work tote and I don't plan to ever be without them!

Before I met my now husband, this was the ONLY toothpaste I would use! I love it, it's a good, basic paste. Good flavor, nice and foamy, and it always left my mouth feeling fresh and clean for a long time after brushing. My husband thinks it leaves a slight odd after tastes, which I suppose it kind of does, but I only notice it (and just barely) now that I've been using a different brand for so long. I still think this is a really great toothpaste!

I know oil is the best way to remove eye makeup, but I hate the greasy feeling after, so I picked up a jar of these makeup remover pads. And sure, they don't leave the greasy feeling on my face, but I also don't think they work very well. I don't wear THAT much eye makeup, yet it seems like I am wiping at each eye for the longest time to get the makeup off. And sometimes I need to use two. They are gentle and non-irritating, but I definitely won't be purchasing again after my jar runs out.
