I purchased Lush Nectarine and Lotus Pink, my first LM blushes and I can't believe I never tried these before. I love love peach blushes and this is no exception. It has beautiful matte glowy finish so I've been wearing it during winter but it would also be perfect for summer. Packaging is really tiny compared to my other blushes but a little goes a long way, very pigmented and long lasting. I'm definitely looking into buying more LM blushes. My HG blush for summer. Beautiful golden peach that gives a lovely healthy flush to the cheeks and looks amazing with bronzer or a tan. Looks shimmery in the pan but applies nearly matte, with a lovely glow to it. Lasts all day without fading. Can be applied sheer or built up easily without looking cakey. Package is small for a blush, but don't worry, this is densely pigmented so a little goes a long way and the package will last a very long time. Excellent quality! I was very hesitant to buy this blush at first. It looks so tiny for such a price tag and, the fact it looked like there was shimmer in it made me apprehensive (big matte fan). After caving in and buying it I found it to be everything I was hoping for! I'm around N25 for reference... I looked high and low for a true peach blush and I couldn't and, nothing compared to this one, I kept coming back. It looks bright in the pan but applies very natural looking and can be built up but, I would advise going light handed at first since you can go overboard with this. It's a beautiful pure peach! nothing too pink or brown about it, I adore this blush so much. When applied you can't tell there is shimmer in it at all, it gives you such a natural and youthful glow. Also a little goes a long way and the little pan no longer seems like a ripoff to me, it will last a long time. This is definitely a staple for me. When you first look at this shade in the small, square compact, it looks as though it will give a shimmery gleam to the cheeks. However, it applies quite matte. I prefer matte because I have very oily cheeks.

I love this! I ordered it online without ever seeing it in person and when I saw the color I thought I'd hate it. I don't. It's a very natural color (great for my NC 20-25 skin). Blends like a dream without being greasy and it actually lasts on my skin (I minor miracle) I add it to foundation sometimes to give a little more color and that works really well. On weekends I sometimes just use this and some concealer and it looks great. Much more natural than powder bronzer in my opinion. This one really surprised me and I'm so glad I tried it. This is an absolute HG for me! I love love love this bronzer! I hate it when I go on holiday, get a tan and then all of a sudden I am left with ridiculously pale foundation to wear for the next few months; not with this baby! Literally a little of this mixed in with which ever lighter foundation you have a you are set, you can build up the colour so go gradually but you will always be able to get the colour right. On its own it is a really lovely build-able bronzer, that dries and doesn't leave you feeling all oily PLUS it has absolutely zero shimmer so you can use this to achieve a nice natural tan look. If I am going out and want to get the pasty legs out and I have nothing to help, then a bit of this mixed in with my body lotion and suddenly I have gorgeous tanned pins (expensive for legs so try not to do this too often)... the list could go on for uses I have found for this! I highly highly recommend! This gives a lovely tanned natural colour, not some weird orange that so many bronzers have! I got this after a LM makeover. I was initally a little nervous about a bronzing gel rather than a powder, but now I am so glad I went for the gel! I apply it after my foundation with a sponge lightly spritzed with water (This is how the makeup artist applyed it). This makes it go on very sheer so it doesn't look fake on my oh-so-pale skin. I've also tried mixing it with a little moisturizer which also works really well. It has a very slight shimmer and makes my skin look warm and healthy, and I shouldn't have worried at all as it's really easy to apply. I love this stuff!

This was expensive, but definitely worth the money. You get a lot of product. In the summer, I will use concealer and this all over like a foundation. In the winter, I use this as bronzer/contour colour. It goes on very smoothly. Unlike all other cream products I have tried in the past, this does not accentuate the acne scarring on my cheeks. In fact, it makes my skin appear more smooth. After a year of use nearly every day, I have hit pan. I apply this with a powder brush. I have no problems with this fading throughout the day. The colour is extremely natural and makes me look tan. This is not a product that makes your skin feel sticky either. I have no problems wearing it when I am on vacation somewhere warm. It gives your skin the tiniest glow, not shiny, not sparkly, but more of a smooth healthy skin glow. In photographs, it makes you look like you have perfect, smooth skin. This product has an amazing smell as well. I usually do not like my face products having a scent but I don't mind this one! I haven't had any issues with this product drying out. I do keep the inner lid though. My one problem is that the jar (although pretty) is too large for travel. I can not imagine actually finishing this giant tub of product, but when I do, I fully expect to repurchase this gem! I really think this is one of the very best bronzer out there. I generally tend to think any alternative powder product has more fall out and less lasting power than this silicone-based one. Bronze Universel really lasts and provides a really warm and natural looking color to the skin. I like it when I am winter pale to just warm up the skin and also love it to enhance my skin when it is already slightly dark. I like how I am able to build up the intensity or leave it fairly faint to just punch up a sallow light skin. There is no shimmer to this product, so if you are looking to build a very natural color, this would be an excellent product to try out! I can only think of two reasons someone would not like this product: they are too pale for the one shade (or perhaps too dark)...or they are applying it completely wrong. Sometimes if I'm too heavy-handed with this stuff it can end up looking muddy and mask-like, but if you use the correct brush and apply it correctly it gives a very natural, glowing tan. It's subtle, again if you use a light hand and don't jam your brush into the jar, but gives a good glow without being a tan glitter bomb or a muddy matte mess. Also I think it would be great for girls who go without foundation - just to give a little glow to tired looking skin. Sadly I am not one of those girls...but it would look beautiful on bare skin. Be careful when purchasing this at the store because I lot of Chanel counter girls (especially at Macy's) have no idea what this product even is and may claim they don't have it when, in fact, they do and it's right there in the case.

This is my HG bronzer. I have tried SO many being that I am extremely pale (NC10-15). This is the only one that does not look orange on me. It is actually a brown-toned bronzer instead of ORANGE! I feel like orange under-toned bronzers work for darker skin tones, but when you're as pale as I am, you might as well be putting the bronzer on a white face: it is going to show up the EXACT color that the bronzer is. And this bronzer is the actual color of being TAN, not an Oompa-Loompa! And as if it's not good enough, it smells like cocoa. "Something about you.. just the way your face smells and I know it's not perfume.. drives me crazy!" This is what the guy I was seeing told me when I was wearing this stuff. Nuff said'. He think's its my pheromones, I know it's the Delicious Chocolate Soleil! Haha. This stuff smells so good! It's a pretty, dark bronze color. No orange or peachy tones. Very.. brown. I'm pretty fair so I use it more often for contouring but it would look great on skin tones a little darker or peachier than mine. Matte. No sparkles (which I love). Goes on very smoothly. I recommend, ladies. This is an excellent all purpose bronzer that is good for both tanning up the skin and contouring. I heard other people talking this up but was never tempted to get it since it looked like a really deep chocolate brown in the pan that would just look crazy gains my NC25 skintone. Don't be fooled because the color you see in the pan is soo different that what you actually get. While the product is pigmented, the color comes out to a very natural, blendable, neutral tan that sits perfectly in the middle between not too yellow based and not too red based. I don't care for most bronzers on the market because they then to lean more yellow/orange based. This bronzer has a bit of red in it as well to balance the yellow/orange, making it rather close to a neutral tan color. It can be blended down to a very nice, believable and natural contour and can also be built up to a great tan. Even against my skintone, it looks rather natural unless built up. I use bronzers/contour powders on a daily basis in the hollow of the cheeks and under the chin for a contouring effect.

I was first introduced to Snow Bunny by a friend because I loved the way her skin looked. So pretty. It's expensive, this is true. But it's not cray cray expensive like Chanel or something. I like the four colors, although they ALL pull gold, which is fine, just an observation. Lightly dusted on my cheeks is just enough to make my face come alive. If I'm in a serious rush I'll simply use this and it takes away the redness in my cheeks enough to give it a blended look. I favor that so for me it's a winner. It's fair to note that is shimmery, but in moderation it looks fabulous. And I think Too Faced is a fun and clever brand. Great addition. I love this for the winter. My previous bronzer was the blended face powder from clinique in transparency bronze, I used it for over 10 years and I still think it is a nice bronzer, however I am learning to embrace my natural skin color and I find that this bronzer adds the perfect amount of color to pale skin without making it look dirty or overly dark. I think the shimmer looks subtle and I like to use the pink and white side as a highlighter over my tarte amazonian clay blush to add a hint of shimmer. I LOOOOVVVEEEE Too Faced bronzing/highlighting powders. I have snow bunny, sun bunny, and pink leopard and I love all of this. I'm on my third snow bunny already and will be repurchasing when I run out. I'm a very fair Asian and snow bunny gives my skin an amazing golden glow and I've gotten compliments on how pretty my skin looks when I've worn this out at nights. I'll usually wear snow bunny with no blush when I do a smokey eye since it gives my skin a very subtle, shimmery golden glow. I'll wear sun bunny during the days when I'm at work b/c it's more work appropriate and gives more healthy color. Snow leopard is when I wear normal eye makeup (not dark) and so can afford a bit more color on my cheeks. All of these are terrific and hopefully they'll never be discontinued.

This is without a shadow of a doubt my HG gloss. The best thing about it is definitely it's sumptuous vampy colour, which looks extremely dark in the tube but comes out beautifully sheer and shiny on your lips. I personally love the look of darker shades on my lips because they tend to look striking against fair skin and dark hair, but this gloss achieves the perfect balance - I don't want to look too gothy! As for the 'Mirror Shine', this gloss lives up to its name - it stays shiny and glossy for a good few hours and the colour remains longer, but if you want to retain that just-applied glossy look, you'll have to reapply a few times during the day (or night). As usual with Too Faced products, the packaging is gorgeous and I love the names of the shades - a definite buy-again product! I love Too Faced lip glosses, and this one is no exception. It is a blackberry juice stain, like a reviewer below has noted. But I always wear my glosses over a lipstick, so this color mutes and slightly darkens some of my lipsticks that I wish were a deeper color (like MAC's Blankety). I love the fruity taste to it. There is a lot of product in the tube for the money, and I like how it doesn't have a separate applicator; you just squeeze it out of the tube onto your lips. That is one of my favorite features about Too Faced's glosses. It is so convenient. The moisture of the gloss lasts for hours, even after eating and drinking. I would definitely repurchase this. Envy Me is a dark berry/purple-ish lipgloss. It definitely has quite a bit of pigment, so if you are scared of a deeper shade of gloss, this one isn't for you. I have very fair skin and this gloss stands out, but not in a scary way. It's really pretty. It's a thick gloss, but not too sticky. It also stays on really well. It tastes terrible, however. It has a bitter taste that's pretty gross, but I love this gloss so much that I'm willing to deal with that. This is the second Too Faced product I've bought, and I'm really, really impressed with their products.

I have a major problem with oily eyelids and eye shadow creasing, even if I use foundation or powder beforehand. I only use MAC eye shadows due to sensitive eyes. I LOVE this stuff. It works beautifully and my shadow lasts from early morning until evening. My only complaint is that it takes a little more blending to apply eye shadow. I tend to wear matte shadows though, which are already less forgiving then shimmery shadows. I was floored that there was actually a product that could keep my eyeshadow from completely disappearing. Oh, I was such a noob.... Since then I've tried so many of the usual suspects, UDPP, ELF, NYX, Tarte, Smashbox, etc... But I've recently come full circle with TFSI and I really love it. It is on the watery side, but I don't find that it affects the longevity of my shadow. My only 'complaint' is that it doesn't do as well of a job covering my eye redness, so if I wanted to do a 'naked eye' for the day, i'll go back to UDPP or ELF because it has more pigmentation. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with this product and will continue to purchase as a staple in my collection. I LOVE this product! I use this every single day and it definitely helps keep my shadow on for hours and prevents intense creasing. I use this for both shadows and pigments alike and I am happy with how it works with both! The packaging is great, good size and the squeeze tube lets you get every drop of it out, so no wasting product! The consistency is light and creamy and is light tinted but doesn't leave any color or residue on the lid like I have found with Urban Decay's Primer Potion. The only thing I dislike about this product is that it does tend to separate, so you have to shake it a little before you use. Definitely a must-have product that I would recommend to anyone and everyone! I used to hate this primer! Everytime I tried it my eyeshadow slid and creased! I vowed to always use my beloved UDPP and never use this again. My, how things change!!! I bought a Too Faced travel set and it included a mini Shadow Insurance. I threw it in my travel bag with a mini UDPP I had just in case I ran out and needed a alternate. One day and I was in rush and had to do my makeup in the car and grabbed this primer. My shadow lasted ALL DAY on my super oily lids! I was amazed! I thought maybe that was just luck and tried it again, Same thing. I instantly fell in love! The thing that I found I was doing wrong is not giving it time to set. If you put this on and let it sit on your eyelids for about 30-45 seconds before putting on your shadow, it will make it last 8+ hours. I now alternate using this and my UDPP and I am happy I gave it another chance. This product is a lifesaver to my eyeshadows. Alone every eyeshadow on the planet will crease, slide, and fade on me. It doesn't matter which brand they are or their quality - my oily lids just kill eyeshadows. TFSI is a miracle worker and holds shadows in place for hours and hours. I do find that if I apply too much primer it won't work so using a little bit is key and building up if needed. I put a tiny amount on my finger, pat it all around my lid and up to my brow bone, then *very* gently rub it in. (Without tugging at the lid!) For new tubes or if the tube has been sitting unused for awhile I find it may be a little watery but this is fixed by squeezing about the tube (lid closed, of course) and shaking it to mix it together again. With regular use this doesn't seem to happen.

Eyeshadow primers were once my holy grail, and now they have turned against me. Instead, paints have been my BFF, with some flaws of course. These are amazing. I have two, one is called Untitled and the other, Bare Canvas. I usually use Untitled because there's less shimmer in it. I LOVE it. It's very close to my skin tone (NC42), but the problem is, it almost matches my skin, I can't see what I didn't fill my eyeshadows over with, making my eyes look glowy with all the white outlines. It's a mess, I know. But I still love it. Very pigmented, you can just use a small dab for one eye, and best of all, doesn't crease! As you can tell, I love these more than those eyeshadow primers. I've been pretty impressed with MAC Paints. A tiny bit definitely goes a long way. I used the Stilife paint as an eyeshadow base while I was awaiting my UDPP shipment to come from Sephora, and it did a pretty decent job of holding my shadows on. I have really oily lids, so I did see some creasing after about 5-6hrs, but not as much as I would have with no base at all. The only complaint I have is that they dry a bit too quickly, and are a bit hard to blend out. Other than that, I do enjoy the products. This was recommended to me by a MAC makeup artist when I first started shopping at MAC - in fact I think it was one of the first ten things I purchased. They recommended Bare Canvas as a base because I have a lot of trouble with creasing. It didn't really impress me - the paint pots are better for this purpose. I do like Bamboom alone without a shadow on top, but as a base I wouldn't recommend paints to anyone who has serious creasing problems (even UDPP doesn't stop me from having this problem at the end of the day, only Too Faced Shadow Insurance has really worked for me so far), but if you don't have much of a problem in this regard then I'm sure it would work well for you. It does even out skin tone and help shadow last longer. My major issue with this is the packaging. The tubes are metal, so if an air bubble is trapped it will push product out even if you're not squeezing the tube. This leads to either a lot of wasted product (there's no way to get it back in the tube once it comes out) or a mess if you just cram the lid back on to stop it coming out. Overall the results don't outweigh the packaging, so I'd recommend paint pots instead. It's hard to decide what's best: The mac paints or the paint pots. The paint pots come in a larger range of colors and come in a jar so it's easier to get the product out. However, if you don't apply a thin layer of the pain pot it might crease. Paints never crease no matter how much you apply. Both are easy to apply on the go since all you need is your fingers. I have the Bare canvas paint and it's a nice neutral beige that creates the perfect base for making eyeshadow stick and helping the color to show up better. I like both and I recommend both, but if you want to ensure that you won't have creasing, get the paint instead.

TO start off with, I used to use Blissful the cheek stain by tarte (you can see a review I did of it earlier) I actually really like this blush. I went to Sephora and I wanted a pinky blush since I only had a coral colored blush. I picked out the tarte cheek stain in "dollface" thinking that I would loooveeee it at home. However, once i got home, it looked so violet and unflattering on my skin. It was also really light for some reason if I remembered clearly...which is weird since the tarte cheek stain in blissful can be very pigmented. I returned it the next day and decided to get "Dollface" (yes again) but in Amazonian clay!!!! First of all it was about 15 or 20 dollars cheaper (canada) so yay! ALSO, i LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this blush. I have pale skin and when I put this pink blush on, it gives me that glowy innocent just-pinched cheeks kind of look! The best part about it is that it's not CLOWN pink nor is it too violet and cool. It's like the PERFECT pink. You can also layer it on and it's super pigmented. Usually one swipe of the blush will be enough color for me, so basically it would LAST FOREVERRRRRR... So for any girls who are pale in general, this blush will actually look amazing on you! This is a fantastic blush, because the powder is so fine it blends perfectly into the skin. It doesn't look powdery at all and it truly lasts all day on my skin. When I come home sometimes my foundation has already faded but dollface is still there. As for the color, it's a really nice natural pink, which is not what I was expecting when I bought it, about a year ago. I thought it was going to be more like a bubblegum kind of pink, since the name reminds me of that shade. Instead it is just a healthy touch of light pink to your cheeks, but still lighter than those "natural rosy cheek" blushes, which I am not really a fan of. I LOVE this color! It gives me a very fresh and sweet flush on my asian olive skin. Just use a soft hand when applying. This color is almost universal. I can see how many skin tones would work with this. It's all a matter of how you apply it. I also have Exposed, but prefer this as a more natural blush. I use Exposed during the summer for a more bronzey look. The thing I love the most is that it has Tarte's famous Amazonian Clay so it keeps my cheeks not only perfectly flush but shine free too!!! Beautiful! This is the perfect, everyday, natural blush for me. It is a matte, mid-tone pink. Not to light, not to bright. I'm NC20 and it really helps me look more awake. It's very build-able and easy to blend. It might look chalky when swatched on the back of the hand, but when you use it with a brush and apply it to your face, it blends seamlessly into the skin. The staying power is good as well. Also, love the packaging! I love the compact coordinates with the color of the blush. $25 is a little pricey for a blush, but I feel like it's really worth it. Overall, a definite favorite for me! I definitely recommend this blush.

I picked this up in Peach Melba a while back, and I love it. This blush gives an extremely natural glow - much moreso than powder blushes. Not glittery or shimmery, just a glow that looks very natural. Just a dab with my fingertips blended in gives me a nice, natural look that lasts all day. It is buildable, but it is also very easy to go overboard and end up with clown makeup, so you do need to be careful during application and start out very light. The formula is lightweight and not greasy at all. In the container it is a souffle-like mousse. On your skin, it dries extremely quickly to a satiny finish. This color is perfect for my complexion - fair-skinned with freckles and auburn hair. I do believe these are discontinued, sadly, because I would definitely repurchase! I am not sure whether or not these blushes have been discontinued but they are awesome. The souffle like texture is ingenious- it's easy to apply, blends wonderfully, and dries down to a satin matte finish. I love it especially during the summer because it wears extremely well. I don't have to powder on top and I still get a natural glow from the blush all day. The colors are very natural and just a few taps of your fingers deposit the perfect amount. It's a great buy. I really love cream blushes and they are hard to come by. I bought this last summer at a Sephora opening. I was able to examine the Lancome products a little more leisurely at Sephora rather than at the dept. store makeup counter. I needed a pink blush and I thought that I would give this one a try. Lately I find myself grabbing it more frequently because my skin is on the dry side and I like the subtle glow that this pink shade imparts to my skin. It is dewy without being glittery and the texture feels very soothing without being greasy on skin. I think that there are three shades in this blush. Although the color is sheer, a little goes a long way and as another reviewer said, this can be layered to pump up the intensity. I may try another shade when this one is gone. Definitely worth trying.
