I received this as a gift with a Macy's purchase for free but never really used it until recently. Man does it look nice! I'm usually very pale and and pretty golden since I am of east Asian descent, so normally, any blush on my face would look terrible. It would be too prominent, as if someone had slapped me. This is perfect, it is very natural and light weight, I would definitely buy it once I run out! I never wore blush or eyeshadow and never thought I would. However, I found this in one of the many Clinique GWP make-up bags I received from my mom that I had stuffed into my closet. I was messing around and decided to play with this. I was really surprised! I always thought of blush as a tacky, over-the-top kinda thing, but this really looked natural. I'm more *ahem* mature now, and thought a little color actually looked kinda nice. What's more, I tried the light shade on my eyebrow (orbital bone?) and was surprised again! It brightens my eyes without looking white/silver/disco ball tacky. Win win! I now wear both almost every day. Since I started wearing it I have received compliments about my face like I have a "nice glow" and I look "fresh." Hey, I'll take it! The sample size has lasted me months. I'm now preparing to shell out the $30 for the full size. I have never in my life spent that kind of money on make up. So I really like this stuff! Only negative is that it broke pretty soon after I began using it, mixing the colors a bit. I did my best to separate out one and put it in a different container, but it was a drag. Hoping that doesn't happen with the big one... I use a kabuki brush to sheer it out a bit and apply it to my apples, along my cheekbones, and to my temples to thin out my round face. I have to admit, it makes me look gorgeous. I get compliments all the time, and when I tell people im wearing blush, they all say 'no way! it looks so natural and real!' I have had this for 2 years and I'm not even half way done with it. Its only $30 and I'm pretty sure this will last me another 3 years. amazing value! The compact is so cute and chic, and the blush itself is beautiful. Clinique is usually a hit or miss for me, but what a great product! I will buy this again and again, and I totally recommend it! I really like this. The color is such a pretty pink color. It's the perfect cheek color for when I want something a little brighter than my usual nude/pink blushes. It works great with plum-y or red pink lip colors. I like the packageing, too. It feels sturdy and a little goes a long way. The shimmer in it is the kind a like, glowy. It doesn't emphasize pores which is a great plus. I'm about NC35 and shows up nicely. The only one of the 3 colors that actually worked for me. Almond looked dirty and posey was invisible on my skintone. Will repurchase

I needed a new concealer and wanted a liquid with doe foot/foam tip applicator. I'd used that type in the past and been relatively happy. More recently, I'd been experimenting with sticks and solids and twist-up brush styles and none really worked for me -- too orange, too dry or hard to blend or cakey, or whatever. I also needed a concealer that worked well for zits and blemishes, rather than for under eye circles. Paula B had the Origins as a pick so I gave it a shot. Perfection! I use 01 Light and it blends into my skin and looks natural while covering up zits and scars. I mostly use it on my chin. This blends so well with my skin tone that there are days I can just put some powder over it and be done -- no need for foundation. The tube/brush packaging is great, although sometimes the applicator kind of jumps out of the tube, like there's some air pressure forcing it out. I got this in the US and since I knew it would be hard to find at home, after a few days testing it out, I bought a second tube. Price was $15 plus tax which is starting to get up there for a tube of concealer compared to the cheapest drugstore brands, but this is so beyond those that it's worth it. HG. The finish is still matte, but super natural looking. It still dries slightly darker too, which is a problem for me this time. Once it dries it does not match my skin the way it used to. Wish the colors were not so limited, but would still recommend it. This is probably the best concealer I've tried so far. I even compared it to the supposedly wonderful Cle de Peau concealer, and I thought the Origins Quick Hide was just as good. It's also far more reasonable in price. It applies easily, doesn't cake on too thick, and blends well for a natural appearance, all while doing what it's supposed to deal: conceal. This is probably the best concealer I have ever used! Now, admittedly, I have pretty decent skin, and not a whole lot that needs concealing. But I do have under-eye circles, and I am getting older, so I have fine lines in the eye area as well. This stuff covers the circles, brightens under my eyes a bit, and DOES NOT settle in my lines!!! LOVE!!!! And, unlike all the little brush-ended, highlighting, under-eye "pen" type products, you can feel okay using this on blemishes too. Will definitely re-purchase, and soon, since I loaned mine to my daughter and she hasn't ever returned it.... This is my favorite and only concealer. I'm only on my third tube: the first one was in the little metal squeeze tube and lasted for years, and the second was in the newer doefoot tube and still isn't gone after 3-4 years! I've heard they recently changed the formula which is not good, but I love my current tube which I bought last year. I use "Very Light" and it's the perfect shade (though I looked on the website and it doesn't seem to be made in that shade anymore - urgh). It's silky, blends perfectly, covers completely (medium coverage) and never looks obvious. I use it to cover blemishes and undereye circles and it works great for both problems. I hope I can continue to use this perfect concealer even after the reformulation.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Flawless Wear Concealer
Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Concealer SPF10
Best concealer I have found so far. I used this 2 years ago & I don't know why I stopped using it! I recently purchased it again & I'm glad I did. It's easy to use. I just dab 3 dots on each eye and blend with my ring finger focusing on the inner part under each eye. Does a good job covering dark circles & blends easily into my Tarte TM. Will be repurchasing when I run out. The ONLY concealer I have been using for years! I don`t use it under my eyes though. I use it on my face to cover up small dots and spots, like sun spots and red acne spots, etc. It is thick which I LOVE, so it really does cover. Also, it stays on for a looong time, I can say possibly all day, it looks very natural, never dry look. I had it in `Light` and now they have the `Extra Light` shade too, I am so happy, got that too! Price is good, $22, but for me it last a loong time. If you need to cover up little imperfections, this product is perfect. I use this mainly for under the eyes. It smooths well, conceals dark circkes well. I use it with Lancome's Maqi yellow correcter and my circles disappear. The wand is awesome for applying it. It also covers acne well, without making it worse. Very pleased with the staying power as well. I bought this concealer recently at an Estee Lauder counter after reading many reviews here on MUA as well as on beauty blogs, and I've to say that I am extremely pleased with its performance. The SA at the EL counter helped me select a shade that matched my skintone, and I purchased this in Shade 2, Light-medium. For reference, I have acne-prone oily-combination skin, and I am around MAC nc25. So far all the concealers that I've used have not been able to stay on my skin for long and they tend to slide off my face after around 2-3 hours (that's how oily I am, combined with the humid and hot weather in Singapore). This concealer is fantastic, not only with its coverage but its price as well. Coverage-wise, this concealer was really being put to the test as I happened to have a huge zit on the tip of my nose when I first bought the concealer, and it managed to cover the obscene red thing really well, and after more than 5 hours, it was still relatively well concealed (I just had to touch up a little). This worked its magic on the rest of my smaller pimples and red acne marks, as well as my dark circles. I have dark circles that are blueish in colour, and I only need a small dot of this on each undereye to cover my dark circles; they were still well covered throughout the entire day without any cakiness. In general I did not experience any creasing or cakiness with this concealer.

I bought the 5 pack they were selling over the holidays. My first reaction was to compare them to NYX's jumbo pencils (both cream eyeshadow sticks, yes?) and these knocked them out of the park! I have very hooded/not quite monolid eyes, so staying power is important. I ALWAYS use the NYX HD shadow base, and paired with these? BOOM! All day wear, no creasing, great colors. :D These pencils are amazing. I wear contacts and live in a high-humidity climate. I've never before had a waterproof eye product that didn't at least start flaking part-way through the day, but this stays pristine for a full 12 hours (at which point I take it off regardless). I use a basic all-over face primer and some concealer around the eyes, but no heavy-duty eye primer - the pencil stays put all by itself. Plus, application is silky smooth and easily blendable, which is so important around the eyes. Finally, it comes in a wide variety of colors, from basic blacks and browns to dressier, glittery shades. Love these... Started with Sin and Rehab... went out and got Lit and Mercury... FANTASTIC stuff! I've found that if I put on TooFaced Shadow Insurance on one eye, and before it sets... swipe on the shadow pencil... extra blendability, no creasing, no fading! Just do each eye separately... then there's plenty of time to blend. And once one layer of color is on, somehow layering and blending is easier. Like others have said, I wish this was in a twist pencil form rather than using a sharpener. And- I did manage to drop one which dinked the tip... But I just pushed it back on and made sure I applied straight from the tip downward (not on an angle) and I was able to save most of the product. I'm not sure how long these will last... I think MUFE's aqua eyes may be a better value in terms of the quantity of product. Amazing! It's the best eyeshadow pencil I've ever used! These pencils are highly pigmented, easy to apply, to blend and extremely waterproof and smudge-proof. And, easy to remove. I bought two - sin and rehab. They works great as both eyeshadow pencils and eyeliners. All these two pencils plus a mascara are all I need for my eyes. With these, I don't need to check my makeup after workouts or a tough day. For $20, I think it's a fair price for the quality and the amount of product I got. Since it's versatile (eyeshadow and eyeliner), I think it's a great buy while $18 for a eyeliner which is 1/3 amount is expensive for a pencil needed to be sharpen so often. These are super creamy and can be smudged really easily, plus it stays put when applied over the UD eye primer (original). The colour payoff is incredible! I also love the fact that I don't need to carry my e/s brushes along as these are so utterly travel friendly and just my fingers will do to smudge them. I am in total love with these e/s. I have the following colours which I totally love. Total repurchase always. Narc = mossy green e/s Sin = champagne e/s which i use for highlighting when using Narc and Rehab Rehab = beautiful neutral brown that is not too reddish or orangish or dirt brownish Delinquent = purple with golden flecks of shimmer Morphine = light purple that i use mostly for highlighting when using Delinquent

This is my favorite natural eyeshadow. The color is true, it lasts all day, and really flatters my coloring. I have the trio in Triple Cognac. The lightest color makes a great overall wash, the medium a good crease color and the darker brown a nice outer V color. They apply smoothly and give a consistent color. I always use primer, so that helps. Having switched to all natural eye products, these shadows are my favorite. I used to have very red, irritated eyes all the time and making the switch to Jane Iredale shadows, Korres Mascara, Pur Minerals liner and Bare Escentuals or Pur Minerals primer has made a huge difference. I switched to mineral cosmetics several years ago in the interests of wearing safer products. I started wearing Bare Minerals, but I hate the packaging. It's is so wasteful and hard to control how much you use. I started buying Jane Iredale because there was a spa near my job that sold it. From the minute I switched, I have loved the quality and just can't go back to anything else. The shadows I have used are Oyster, a nice shimmery champagne color, Peach Sherbet, a very pretty color for every day, the Pink Bliss trio, the Oyster Supernova duo, and several others. It's hard to go wrong with any of these. I have not had trouble with them breaking apart more than with any other brand. I wish they included a little more product for the price but oh well....I would highly recommend if you are searching for something of a better quality than Bare Minerals. This is a good eye shadow that doesn't have harsh chemicals / toxic colors in it. I bought two trios - Cognac and Cloud Nine. Both combinations are great for every day wear (using two lighter colors) and night (using all three for a more dramatic look). The packaging is a plastic round container with three triangular eye shadow dishes inside. It doesn't come with a brush but it's not a big deal for me as I use my own brushes. It seems to me that the amount of the shadow here is very small compared to trios from other brands such as Chanel and Dior. But I can live with that as I know that none of it will get wasted or go bad after a while (eye shadows don't have a long life) since I use different colors every day. The price is reasonable to me as the quality is superior and the colors work very well together. I can't comment on staying power as I always put eye shadows on top of Urban Decay Primer Potion. With the primer underneath, it stayed on ALL DAY!! I didn't have to worry about creasing or anything like that and I have very oily lids! Bottom line - wonderful and I will definitely repurchase!!!

I have had this palette for ages and use it off and on. It's a really great color combination and looks great with my light skin and blue/grey/greenish eyes. I don't know if I'm so affectionate towards it (I would refer to it as my favorite palette if asked) because I stole it off my sister or because it was one of the first palettes I ever owned (yes, mine is that old), but I do think it's great quality/colors. I won't describe them because some of these reviews have done better than I ever could. I don't have any exact dupes for any of them in my stash and it's very easy to carry around/has yet to break. I get some fallout if I don't use a good brush, but it's minimal. I have even debated buying another just to have it, but have so far managed to talk myself out of it. Wow- these colors are gorgeous when worn together!! This is the 3 shadow palette from Smashbox called "Strobe"- The first color is a shimmery champagne/cream color which really brightens the inner corner or the highlight of your eye- like someone mentioned previously, it reminds me of MAC Phloof. The second shade is a really gorgeous silvery-blue which really brightens up my eyes and doesn't look goofy- I've never thought of wearing blue e/s because I'm not very daring when it comes to make-up and I'm usually very neutral, but this blue paired with the 3rd color (I'm about to mention) looks so perfect together!! The 3rd color is a beautiful, cool, taupe/brown. I also don't wear a lot of browns because they tend to be very warm- Definitely not the case for this shade. It's cool and goes perfect with the blue. I was playing with this palette when I first got it, and just did a quick job with very little effort, and it came out looking awesome!! I used the blue in the middle/lower eyelid, then the brown in the crease, and then used the highlight color for the inner corners and below the brow area. It looks so gorgeous and professional, and I swear it was effortless! These shadows are nicely blendable and creamy. The shimmer is perfect for that eye-catching look, but not too over-the-top or glittery in any way. Very sophisticated. Sleek black case comes with mirror and a dual-ended brush- one with the typical shadow sponge applicator and the other end with a slanted bristle applicator. I can't even begin to describe how much I love this trio. It's AMAZING. This would be my first smashbox eyeshadow, so I was excited about it. It's pretty expensive, but it's definitely worth it! You won't regret buying it, especially if you have almost white skin like me, because these colors complement my skin-tone =] I usually avoid shimmery eyeshadows, but this one drew my attention and I just had to buy it. These feel so SOFT when you apply it on your finger, almost like silk! The colors are easy to apply and easy to remove, they're long lasting and give you a smooth, warm look. The only bad thing about this would be the packaging. It's a beautiful palette, but the case catches so much dust or eyeshadow and makes it look ugly =[ However you can wash it off with just a little bit of water, so no worries =P Would DEFINITELY repurchase.

It looks kind of like a cream but goes on more like a creamy, thick powder shadow. Very pigmented and easy to use. I love how bright and vibrant the red side is, very pearlescent and deep. The purple is pretty, more like a med. amethyst shade. The purple has some glitter-like shimmer in it, it's a little noticeable, but not overly sparkly or chunky. Very attractive looking product, too. I would definitely repurchase this product. This was the product that really started my MAC addiction. there are some reviews on here that say the red does not show up true to color - but it does! it just has to be applied a certain way. First of all, use a dark base (i personally use the brown cream liner all over the lid from l'oreal HIP collection), and then apply the red WET over that. put some sketch (mac shadow) in the crease, and i have a red smokey eye - true to the color in the pot. i also get complients one after another whenever i wear this look, it is both a bright look that gets attention but is still smokey and alluring. I always stayed away from red when i bought makeup.. but I just had to get this after looking at reviews. The red didn't show up like it appeared in the pot [thank god]. I thought it would turn on blood red but it's totally not ! The red is a mixture of.. red/orange/copper.. it's a really pretty color.. this changed my view towards red eyeshadows. I love the red.. however the purple.. i'm a bit disappointed.. it's not as purple as i thought it would be.. it's a sparkly lavender light purple color.. which i was not excited about.. and it was lacking some pigmentations. A downfall on this product are the sparkles.. it's all over the place when applied!.. even with a very good primer.. you need to be careful when applying this product.. don't go too much or your whole face will have sparkles. If you're not sure how to wear this.. it looks great by packing in the red first on the lids and blending the crease with the purple for a very cute look. When I first saw this product online, I thought, "Red and purple eyeshadow? Hmph! That's one I can pass on!" Not so. I heard one too many raves about how stunning the red side looks when worn over Queen's Sin lipstick, which I already love. So, in late November 2007, I ordered Mi' Lady before it could sell out. Am I ever glad I did! This is my first Mineralize eyeshadow purchase, and now I think I understand what all the fuss is about. I'll review the two sides of Mi' Lady separately: RED:Yep, this is *red* eyeshadow. True red. Even more unique is the gorgeous red shimmer it has. It's somewhat like the color of New York Apple lipstick, only redder. I dabbed some over Queen's Sin, and WOW! It looked like I had a lips-shaped ruby on my face. This look might be too much for every day, but it will be great for special occasions. VIOLET: Although very beautiful, the violet side of Mi' Lady is somewhat less unique than the red side. I agree with the previous reviewer that it's similar to the color of Violet pigment. BOTH SIDES: Mi' Lady comes in an oversized clear-domed mirror-less compact. You get a very large amount of product for the price,$16.50 USD. The shadows themselves are silky smooth, well-pigmented, and very sparkly, though not garishly so, IMO. I'm even beginning to wonder if I should go for Family Silver before it's history.

You gotta love this lip gloss. I got mine in Strawberry. I am completely in love with it. My dermatologist put me on Accutane which left my lips dry, cracked and chapped. This lip gloss moisturized my lips so nicely ... they don't appear dry at all ... instead it plumps them up and gives a nice delicate sheen. Tastes great too ;) ;) ;) Will continue to buy it in the same flavor when I run out of it. I think this is my first ever purchase from Avon. I always buy strawberry, when that's out of stock then it is cherry. I love how the smell on my lips and of course the taste. I love how it fits into my smallest bag. I love how I can put on regular lipstick on top of it to keep my lips from cracking which usually does when I put on a bad lipstick. I love how you can put it on regular lipstick for that added shine. I even like how I can use it as a lipstick remover. I haven't tried it as eye make up remover but why wouldn't it work? I guess it would just be icky. I love how it just slides across my lips and how almost instantly my cracked lips would stop stinging from the salt in my saliva or a cold breeze. I also love the price. I kinda not like how easily it comes off. It also smudges off on to my clothes or my partner's during sweet moments. I also loose the cap in my bag every so often, and because the cap is small, it's difficult to find. This is a staple. It's cheap, it moisturizes, smells/tastes great. What's there not to love? As for longevity, I don't know, I'm constantly applying. They make special ones for the holidays, then after the holiday they sell them for cheap, that's when I stock up on them. My favorite has been the Jelly Bean one they had a few years ago for Easter. I bought this while walking around with my friend at our high school's swap meet. We walked by the Avon stand totally on accident and we figured we'd just check it out for a while. Wow, I'm so glad we did! I picked this up in Cherry for 75 cents and it's perfect! This is the most moisturizing lip gloss I've ever come across, with a slight hint of reddish pink color and a scent that's a dead-ringer for cherry starbursts! Absolutely delicious. I'm definitely considering making this my HG balm! I absolutely adore these, and all the flavors are great-strawberry (red-pink), cherry (red), tangerine (orange)and bubble gum (pink). They leave a very slight, glossy clear color on lips and the scents are delicious! It's great how they are so inexpensive and often go on sale for even less, which is usually under a dollar. I love them, and strawberry is my favorite one! They will come in handy with winter coming but are awesome year round!

This is absolutely top-notch. I purchased this in the brown color---and it is beautiful. I painted a stroke on my hand, and it goes on this pretty chocolate color (think Hershey's milk chocolate) but it dries darker (think Hershey's Special Dark). The packaging is at once beautiful and functional. I did a comparison with the new Maybelline automatic pencil which claims to give the same effect as liquid. I put the Maybelline on my top lash line..........and the Divinora on my bottom lashes. Well before midday I could tell that my top line was gone...........but the bottom line was still going strong! The tip on this is so fine that it's very easy to control and put on a clean, fine line. The result is beautiful. It wears beautifully and removes without a tug of war. I am finding that pencil liners just do not give me the richness & definition that gels and liquids provide. I would definitely repurchase this---and I think that it is definitely worth checking out. I was soo excited about getting this eyeliner, i've tried gel pots (Bobbi Brown) and a eyeliner pen (maybelline eyeliner express) and neither of them give the precision of an ultra clean, sharp and fine line or the high pigmentation and intense inky blackness of this Guerlain eyeliner (in Noir Ebene 01). This is a superior eyeliner for a very sophicated and well groomed look. The exact sorta liner you'd wear in the office, to an interview or when you know someone is going to be scrutinizing your eye makeup close-up. The nib on this applicator is soo tiny, and i find it easy enough to apply a satisfactory tiny, clean and sharp line just above my upper eyelid lash line. And as another reviewer mentioned, this goes on great as a finishing touch on top of Bobbi Bown gel liners. This eyeliner lasts just as well as any decent liner and yet its also extremely easy to take off with makeup remover. And I haven't noticed any eye/skin irritation. I haven't tried the lancome artliner that a few reviewers have compared this to, but then i have tried a couple of lacome products in the past that were a complete miss for me, so kinda been put off the brand. This is the first Guerlain product i've ever bought and I couldn't be happier with it! And I don't consider this that expensive considering the results it gives and the fact you don't need to buy an additional brush just to be able to apply it. Shu Uemura liquid eyeliner pen was my go-to liquid liner until recently - it was pigment and very long-lasting, easy to use. But the brush tends to dry up and the ink clogs if you don't use it regularly, and I found myself shopping around for an alternative. The Guerlain liquid eyeliner comes in a heavy glass bottle (feels like a cool pebble in your hand - very luxurious) with a long-handled fine-tipped brush. The formula of 01 (Noir Ebene) is a gorgeous, opaque, inky black. I've had no problems with flaking, even after 10+ hours wear, when I use it over primer and eyeshadow. You can get an extremely fine line with the brush, although for a thicker line it takes a bit of work. The formula doesn't dry very quickly though, and with my epithanic folds, I have to make sure the liquid is mostly dry before I open my eye otherwise it will transfer onto the lid. I find it works best if I start drawing with the brush at the centre of the eyelid, so it doesn't deposit the bulk of the liquid in the inner corner, where you want the line to be thinnest. Overall, I'm very happy with the product. I'm in love with this! The tip of this liquid liner is thin, and soft at the very tip. However, it's still firm enough to get easy control. It's also very easy to control how much product you are using since you just dip the wand into the little bottle. This thing dries fast too. I can apply layers of this before or after its dry and it would not flake one bit. This is the best liner ever, stays all day long, does not irritate my eyes at all and has deep colours (I have the black and the blue one). The brush is super fine and is easy to handle, and the little bottle is beautiful. Although it is pricey, I would buy it again for sure.

After reading the reviews on the Guerlain Terracotta Blush and Sun I went straight out and bought it (Light 01). I am not keen on bronzers on my skin (have the whole Benefit range, tried Cargo, tried Clinique, and have bought the classic Terracotta bronzer in the past) but want the tanned look without the damaging effects of the sun so continue to search for the perfect one and thought this might be it. Unfortunately I found that, as with all the others I have purchased, it settled into pores and has a gold glittery aspect to it which I don't like at all. I have come to the conclusion that bronzers aren't for me so have compromised by mixing Benefit's Dandelion brightening powder with my Mac Desert Rose powder blush which gives a really healthy pinky glow to skin which looks fantastic and very natural... Another home run for Guerlain. I love this product. I have very pale skin, and this gives me a nice, healthy looking glow, without making me look overly 'made up'. My only gripe is the price. It is very expensive for a small amount. This is a super sheer bronzer that I personally like to use as a blush on days that I don't wear my Nars or other blushes. It gives me a deeper, but just as pretty glow. As another reviewer has mentioned, it is very small in size but it will last a long time. Plus, it comes with an adorable little applicator brush. This is a staple for me! I'm in love. These three "sheer bronzing blushes" as Guerlain calls them are just gorgeous. This is a review for the lightest shade, 01 Sun Light. This is lighter and has more pink in it than the other two, with the bronze base featured in all three. At first I was wary because it looked in Sephora's weird lighting like a bronzed version of Nars Oasis, which didn't work on me, but it actually applies on my NC30 face more like a bronzed version of Deep Throat. It works alone but definitely looks best over a stain or matte bronzer on me - I wore this over NARS Blow-up last night and it was stunning. I think these would also look incredible on a tanned face - but I don't tan so I can't say for sure. :) It also doesn't go on as shimmery as it looks in the pan. (I don't wear shimmer well but I can wear this.) One warning: if you're only seeing these online, make sure you understand how small these are before buying. They are not the size of the bronzing compacts but significantly smaller and I think that plus the $38 price tag might put some people off. Even so, I predict these will be very popular this summer. I will definitely pick up the 02 shade as well. I have this in shade 1 Sun Light. This is a really great color, because it's pink as a blush, but still works as a bronzer. I would describe it as pinkbronze. Will be great for summer if you want the natural look, it's not overwhelming in any way. I bought this shade because I'm a PPP and thought this would fit me the best, but I think one of the other two shades would be more what I was looking for since I wanted more of a bronzer than a blush.
