I used to think that MAC was overrated... but I keep finding more and more MAC products that I love! I have this in Hello Kitty - Popster. This is a hot pink color that applies fairly sheer, but can be built up. PROS: Decent price. Love the buildable color. Nice and moisturizing. Like that it has SPF 15! LOVE LOVE LOVE that MAC collaborated with Hello Kitty :) CONS: I don't like pot glosses in general, but at least this is a nicely sized one. Overall, I'd definitely repurchase this!

I got a sample of this from Sephora and have been "test driving" it before I buy. I was drawn to it because I had thought it was silicone free and would be a nice natural foundation... PROS: The L4 color matches my NC30ish skin fairly well. Has SPF 10. Not greasy, very natural finish. CONS: It's a bit expensive. While it is "water-based," dimethicone is the fourth ingredient on the list. The product is so sheer that it doesn't provide any coverage, no matter how much I try to build it up. Does have a slightly odd smell. Overall, I wouldn't purchase this product. UPDATE: I think this product is causing tiny breakouts... won't repurchase!

I have this product in Baked Sweets. On the back it says "Mattes" although the brown does seem to have the tiniest bit of sheen. PROS: Can be used wet or dry (wet provides much better pigmentation; when used dry, the product must really be packed on to get some color!). CONS: A bit spendy for a drugstore product. The eyeshadows are quite solid (I prefer slightly softer shadows). Packaging is a bit bulky, and the applicator is so-so and difficult to remove. Overall, a versatile product. Not my favorite, but worth giving a try if it's on sale.

Good quality especially for the price, decent staying power, and great pigmentation. I'm not sure why I forgot about this eyeliner--I need to repurchase :)

I have this product in Leslie (looks bright red in the tube, but on my lips it is a nice sheer red, more like pink). I also have Paddle (a nice slightly milky pink color). PROS: Has a nice vanilla smell. Cute packaging (although the little "bees" look like dirt and I keep trying to scratch them off by accident). Decent lasting power, decently moisturizing. CONS: Not as pigmented as it would seem. So so price ($7 for 0. 15 oz). Overall, a nice gloss, but $7 is a little much. I'd prefer to buy them on sale.

I have these in Pewter Pop (light gray with silver glitter) and Chocolate Pop (medium brown w/gold glitter). PROS: Inexpensive. (got mine for $2 on sale) CONS: Not long lasting. Poor pigmentation. Overall, I'd pass on these and get some Jane or Wet n Wild gel/cream eyeliner if you're new to this type of eyeliner. Both Jane and WnW versions both have quality that rivals higher end brands, while mark's version is sadly lacking, in my opinion.

PROS: Inexpensive. Pleasant smell. Cute packaging. No greasy feel. CONS: Consistency is more like lotion than body butter. Not that moisturizing. Overall, not something I'll repurchase. I'll stick with Bath & Body Works White Tea & Ginger Body Cream, which actually has a thicker texture than this body butter.

I have two of the three lip gloss duos from the Peace Love & Glossiness set (24k [sheer gold w/lots of gold glitter], Your People My People [sheer w/soft pink glitter], Kiss You [sheer fuschia], Talk to My Agent [sheer mauve w/glitter]). PROS: Look pretty in the tube. Decent lasting power, slightly moisturizing. CONS: Over priced. Smell sweet and plasticky (I thought mine might have gone bad, but have heard similar complaints from ladies on other sites). The colors are nothing special on--you could probably get a nicer Cover Girl lipgloss. A little sticky. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed in these glosses. While I love other Benefit products (Posietint, PlaySticks, etc), I think these are going in the trash.

My lips are INCREDIBLY dry from Accutane, but I like wearing something besides Aquaphor, so I need a gloss that is very moisturizing. I own this product in Mango (a very sheer pinkish orange color on your lips), Raspberry (a nearly sheer pink on your lips), and Ginger (a nice brownish nude on your lips, and the most pigmented of the three I own) PROS: Doesn't sit on top of your lips, but really sinks in to provide moisture. Causes the dry skin to slough off (mostly a pro--it isn't flaky and isn't terribly noticeable; the exfoliating property keeps my lips more moisturized). Not too sticky, but it is a little sticky. Long lasting. Moisturizes well. CONS: No scent (I prefer a little scent, personally). The applicator could stand to be a little smaller. I absolutely LOVE this product and am probably going to buy most of the colors. It's my absolute go-to lipgloss.

I tried a mini version, with "Fred & Ginger". I LOVE both colors (fred: your lips but better caramel brown, ginger: light shimmery shimmery light copper). Not too sticky. Nice smell--faint vanilla. Slightly moisturizing. Although it is fairly expensive, and the gloss is fairly sheer, it's a really nice product. I would definitely consider repurchasing!
