I used to wonder why people would shell out $8 for a nail polish! After awhile, they get thick and gunky and you have to throw them away, and I like too many colors to invest in nail polish like that. Well, that was until I picked up some Essie and some OPI. While I never pay full price for them (I get them on sale or on clearance), they'd still be worth the $8 if it were a color you wore often. The quality of the nail polish is much better in general than that of drugstore nail polishes. They don't chip as soon as drugstore polishes do. I own Body Language (a pale pale gray that has just a touch of light pink in it), and Infatuation (Barbie pink) and love both of them.

Great brush! If you're looking for some decent inexpensive brushes, these are fantastic :)
Description: "This new anti bacterial, synthetic haired Taklon brush is softer and more absorbent and can be used with wet or dry products. Be a professional makeup artist and create a flawless look with this elf studio brush!" PROS: Cheap, especially when on sale! Good quality. Nice bristles. Applies concealer well. Elegant looking in all black. No shedding so far even after washing. CONS: Slightly smaller than my Sephora brand concealer brush (shorter bristles) but still a decent size for a concealer brush. Did smell when opened but left to air and after washing, smelled fine. Overall, a great product regardless of the price! IMO, pretty comparable to the Sephora concealer brush and works ALMOST as well, and is much cheaper! Would buy again, and would recommend to friends.

I have this in two colors, Honey Do (a sheer colorless gloss), and Watermelon (a semi sheer bright pink with slight pearl gloss). PROS: Cheap! Sweet smell, not plasticky (I prefer the smell of the Watermelon over the Honey Do). Watermelon has really, really nice pink shimmery color. I like the applicator type better than some of ELF's other applicators (click brush, etc). CONS: It's not a great product, just a decent product. Honey Do isn't very impressive at all--these glosses are hit or miss. Overall, I might buy this product again in Watermelon. It probably won't be one of my favorites but it's a good product for those on a budget!

I have a few of these. Blossom is a nice barely noticable sheer pink color, like YLBB. Sugar plum is a sheer purple. Flirt is basically sheer. Vixen is a pretty sheer red. PROS: Feels moisturizing and plumping. Subtle shine (YLBB). Sweet unoffensive taste. A little sticky but that seems to help it last longer on my lips. CONS: Smell is okay (All of them smell like a strongly plasticky pina colada except Vixen, which has a less offensive and slightly fake cherry smell)--it didn't bother me much at first but now I'm liking it less and less. Not super shiny (which is the claim!). The applicator which is kind of annoying in general (not specifically a problem with ELF's applicator b/c I'm not crazy about Stila's click-pens either). The product is worth $1, but it's just not the right product for me and I'll probably end up chucking a few in the trash b/c of the scent. Overall, don't think I'll buy this product again--I prefer ELF's Candy Shop glosses, or Bonne Bell.

I really like this powder. It looks nice on. I like the color (Medium). Decent lasting power. Good texture, very smooth. I hate the sponge though!!

PROS: Gives a nice glow. Moisturizes nicely. Not too heavy for my very very dry skin. Okay lasting power. Okay color. CONS: Doesn't even out my skin tone AT ALL, so I still need powder, foundation, etc. :( A little shiny. Would not have used this when I had oily skin. Overall, too spendy for a TM that doesn't even me out. I'll prob use it on days that I just need moisturizer and am staying at home. Won't repurchase.

I got this as part of a Stila set that I bought at Sephora. I wasn't sure if I'd use it as a blush, but figured I could try to use it as a lip color. WOW! I love this product. The case is adorable and I love that it includes a mirror. I am not very good with blush b/c I never use it but this was easy to put on and it looked natural, not over done! Didn't feel heavy. Not sure if I would have used it when I had super oily skin...But I love it even more as a lip cream--it's like YLBB!! Overall, a great product that I would buy again.

I bought this product on clearance. PROS: Nice variety of colors. CONS: Several of the shades are too glittery. The packaging could be a little easier to open. Cheap applicators. I like it when the colors are physically separated--easier to swipe my e/s brush. Not very good pigmentation. So-so wear. Overall, a pretty decent product. I will probably use it, but I don't think I'll buy another.

A so-so mascara. I don't care for the brush--I personally feel that brushes with more bristles/"fluffier" bristles do a better job evenly spreading out mascara and not clumping. It's not smudge proof and doesn't make my lashes look spectacular, just better than w/o mascara.

These strips are very addictive, and almost a novelty item because they aren't a long term fix for blackheads, but I don't know of anything that is! I exfoliate, use toner, and have used Retin A but none of it got rid of the yucky blackheads :( PROS: Can see results! Helps get rid of some existing blackheads. Can frequently be found at dollar/discount stores. CONS: Not a long term fix. A little pricey. Seems to leave behind more than it picks up. Can be a little painful to remove (but not much worse than ripping a bandaid off your face). Sometimes works really well, sometimes doesn't do a lot. Despite all of that, I'll be buying this product again.
