I received this brush as part of a lovely RAOK. It is MUCH larger than your standard eye shadow brush for all over color. Good for all over color washes, and blending. PROS:The black handle and red ferrule make this a cute brush. It's labeled "Eye" (might be helpful for those new to makeup). CONS: $26, are you kidding me?! This brush is a bit scratchy. It is also shedding many, many hairs. I wouldn't repurchase this--ELF's $1 eyeshadow brush functions just as well, even though it's smaller.

Info from L'Occitane's website: "In Tuscany grows a magnificent flower, chosen by Florence to be its symbol: the IRIS. This flower's radiance and elegance is only the beginning of its splendor. Hidden in the ground - its root (or rhizome) produces a unique scent, only after 6 years of slow maturation. With Iris essential oil from Tuscany. * The riche, deep scent of Iris. * The velvety softness and freshness of the flower. * The woody accents of the rizhome." I would say this has a very strong, perfumey scent. Musky maybe? Decent lasting power. The bottle is gorgeous, but it's just not my type.

I would pay much much more for this brush, but it's only $3! It's incredibly soft, doesn't shed, and looks nice. It did smell a little plasticky when I first received it, but the smell disappeared after washing. Would absolutely buy this brush again, and would strongly recommend it to friends. Why pay more?!

I tried out a sample of this product. PROS: Nice color match to my NC30ish skin tone (light-medium). Light coverage. CONS: Smells like sunscreen. Feels like sunscreen. Leaves my skin shiny like sunscreen (immediately after applying). Stays fairly shiny all day (not good when combined with my already oily skin). Overall, I'd pass on this product. I wouldn't mind the smell, but there are better tinted moisturizers w/SPF out there (Aveeno tinted moisturizer, Korres watermelon tinted moisturizer).

Scent: sugary sweetness with a bit of cream, apple and vanilla. (Not as sweet as Aquolina's pink sugar--Nina smells a bit fresher, and also more romantic). PROS: Smells beautiful. Great lasting power. Adorable packaging! CONS: A bit spendy. Overall, I love this fragrance and would absolutely buy it again!

I own a Liplicious gloss in Limeade. Limeade is a sheer gloss with multicolored microglitter. It has a very strong real lime smell (as in, rinds and all!). PROS: - Moisturizing. -Nice color. -Love the real lime scent. CONS: -A bit spendy at $7.50 each. Buy them on sale (they're often buy 2 get 1 free). -SLIGHT migration of gloss toward lipline. -While I like the scent, sometimes I worry that it might be overwhelming to those around me! Overall a decent product. Not sure if I'd buy it again because of how strongly it's scented. A good but not great gloss.

I have a sample of this and have given it a try because my skin is dry and sensitive from Accutane. PROS: Leaves less of a shine than many other moisturizers (but still slight). Smells absolutely wonderful (like roses). Hasn't caused breakouts (although Accutane may be more responsible for that!) Moisturizes well all day long. CONS: SPF is rather low. Can cause a whitish cast that must be rubbed in if you use too much. Very expensive ($32.50 for 1. 4 fl oz.) Overall, a nice product. I'm on the fence about purchasing because it's so expensive and so low SPF so will probably try something new instead. Also, just a warning to combo/oily skinned gals--I would not recommend this for you.

L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Explosion Carbon Black Mascara
An average mascara with a curious (but not very useful) applicator.
The product claims to lengthen, thicken and separate, with no clumping, flaking or smudging. I own the "Black" color. Please note that I have not tried any other spiky-ball applicator type mascara (ex. Givenchy's). PROS: Not too liquidy formula, but not too dry either. Does seem to make lashes look a bit longer. After a long day, including a 5 mile run, the product still looked decent (Very very slight flaking. Very very slight smudging.) Average ease of removal. Decent packaging (simple, not too big)... the applicator is another story... CONS: The little ball increases application time for me (takes longer to cover all lashes). Even after wiping off excess mascara, lashes end up looking a bit clumpy--however, after using a lash comb, they look pretty nice. The little ball applicator doesn't work as well as some regular applicators, in my opinion. Possibly was very slightly irritating to my eyes. Overall, a fun product to try, but I'm not sure I'd repurchase, as I have to work at it to make it look good (wiping the excess mascara AND using a lash comb). My favorite mascara, at the moment, is Clinique High Impact. No flaking or smudging, and easier to apply.

I bought this on clearance for $4, and didn't expect to like it much. I have it in "Pink," which is a "your lips but better" shade of nude-pink. PROS: Cheap (because on clearance). Nice smooth texture. Decently moisturizing (not great but not bad). GORGEOUS color selection! I love that it has SPF 8. Love the sleek packaging. CONS: Regular price is over priced (although compared to tarte's SPF tinted lip balms, which are similarly priced, I prefer Stila's in terms of quality). Overall, this is a really nice product. It's one of my favorite tinted lip balms, and I would definitely consider repurchasing.

This review is for ULTA's automatic eye liner pencil. I own it in Olive, which a gorgeous olive color with slight gold shimmer. Claims to be waterproof and long lasting. PROS: Go on sale often. Decently long lasting. Great pigmentation. Nice colors (wish they'd add even more!). Glide on smoothly. CONS: Not on sale, they're a little spendy ($8). Buy a bunch on sale! I know I will be repurchasing these when I run out, and they're on sale!
