I love the concept of these. A travel-friendly, mess free self tan sounds great. However, I found the application a bit tricky. One towelette for the entire body makes it hard to ration the product properly. Since the color doesn't show up instantly, you won't realize if you are getting an uneven "tan" until it is too late. I am quite pale and these looked a bit orange and the color was definitely uneven. Perhaps someone with a darker complexion would find these more forgiving. Us pale people need a nice fake tan too though! I was lucky to receive a couple of these as a sample in a Birchbox, so thankfully I didn't shell out the money for these. Although these would be convenient, it is not worth the bad (and so obvious!) streaky self tan.

I got this lip conditioner in a mini set with their cleansing water. This is a decent lip balm, but it is nothing fantastic. With a name like "lip conditioner", I would think this would be more nourishing. I love the smell of this, although it would be difficult for me to describe here. It's nothing too overpowering and thankfully, does not have a taste. The texture of this is quite waxy. It helps when my lips are chapped but I feel like it sits on top of skin rather than penetrating into my lips. I wouldn't buy this again.

I have been using this for the past couple months and quite like it. The hyaluronic acid in this makes it very moisturizing. Some reviewers have said that this is greasy and although I don't agree with that, I do think it is much better suited as a nighttime eye cream, rather than for use during the day, under makeup. A little of this goes a long way, so you really don't need much. Perhaps using too much of this could lead to a greasy feeling. Since this does not have an SPF in it, I have always used this just for the night. It effectively provides moisture, which in the long run will help prevent wrinkles. This cream does not claim to reduce under eye circles, provide lifting or tightening or anything like that. It is merely meant to moisturize. I think that is all we can expect from most eye creams anyway.

I have to use an aluminum-free deodorant because I am allergic to metal and get a horrible, irritating rash under my arms when I use traditional, aluminum deodorants. It has been such an issue to find EFFECTIVE deodorants that are aluminum free. I heard good things about this line so I tried it in the unscented version. I love that this is inexpensive and available in my local health foods store. I am not a fan of clear roll-on type deodorants and this was no exception. Although it was not super messy, I felt like the roller ball did not roll easily enough. It took a few tries to get enough product under my arms. At the beginning of the day I felt confident and thought this might be a winner, but toward the end of the day, I noticed I had some odor. I tried this a few more times with the same results. My personal stink is just too strong for this, unfortunately! I would still like to try the solid deodorant, in hopes that it would be easier to apply and more effective, but so far I am not impressed with this brand of natural deodorants.

I got two bottles of this for free through a Tresemme promotion and was so excited to try this budget-friendly dry shampoo. This would not be worth the $2 it costs though! The smell was really artificial and cheap, on top of just being too strong overall. This didn't do anything to absorb the oils in my fine, second-day hair. Rather than giving me lift and volume, this actually weighed my hair down and made it look even more greasy! After two terrible uses, the aerosol can completely leaked so I wouldn't have been able to use it again if I wanted to. The second bottle was the same story so I know that it was not just a defect in one bottle. The product slowly leaked out after just the first use. What a rip off! Any company that puts out a product as terrible as this should be ashamed of themselves.

This is the first Too Faced Mascara that I have tried and I am quite impressed. The wand is small and flexible which makes the application precise and really easy. Although I prefer traditional, softer wands to the plastic ones, this one is better than most plastic wands because of its size and flexibility. The formula is buildable, but I find that two coats gives my lashes great length and plenty of volume, without clumping. Since the wand is smaller than most, it is nice for getting at the inner and out corner lashes. I disagree with other reviewers that have said that this is really clumpy. I just haven't gotten that at all and have been using this for a couple weeks already. Perhaps it gets clumpy as it dries out, but the shelf life of mascaras is rather short anyway. My only complaint about this is that toward the end of the day (at about the eight hour mark) it does start to flake. I can't stand flakey mascara and unfortunately, so many mascaras on the market flake over time. For this reason alone, I would not repurchase this. However, I will continue to use this mascara over the course of the next month.

I love Origins products and have yet to find one that does not work for me. I was looking for a gentle cleanser to use during the winter months that would be more moisturizing than a gel cleanser or the Checks and Balances cleanser I have (made for combination skin). I was expecting this cleanser to be more creamy than it is. It is like a milky white gel, less creamy than the Checks and Balances even. It lathers a bit, but not much. I'm glad it doesn't foam up, but just wish it was more creamy and nourishing feeling. This works well with the Clarisonic, which I use at night after removing my makeup with an oil cleanser. However, I mostly use this on its own in the morning because it is gentle and does not leave my skin too stripped. My skin is left feeling clean and refreshed after using. The smell is similar to most Origins products. It is not much to my liking, but it is not overly strong or irritating. I will continue to use this until it is gone, but I don't think I will purchase this again. I'd prefer something more moisturizing for the winter season.

I have tried this in the light gold color, "kitten" and the "rose gold shimmer" color. Both are really nice, but the kitten color is better suited for my light skin. These are easy to apply and blend to give a nice shimmer highlighting effect. They have a brush applicator but should be blended with either your fingers or a separate makeup brush. On me, the kitten color catches the light really beautifully. I love having a liquid highlighter like this in my makeup bag because it is easy to apply on the go. This is very similar to Benefit's High Beam. I like Stila's at least as much, plus it is nice that they have four different shades for various skin tones. Stila's liquid highlighters are $6 less than Benefit's High Beam and they even come with more product. I also like that the brush applicator is shorter on the Stila highlighter than Benefit's because it gives you more control as to where you place the product. This can also be blended with your foundation for an all-over glow which makes liquid highlighters like this more versatile than powder highlighters. I would definitely recommend Stila's Liquid Luminizer for those who like highlighting their face.

I have been trying a deluxe sample of this eye cream and I think it is great at moisturizing and nourishing the gentle eye area. Even the mini jar is beautifully packaged. The cream is medium thick and does not have a scent, which is good for any of those who have sensitivity. Even though this is an ultra moisturizing cream, it sinks into the skin nicely. A little product goes a long way too. This works well under makeup as well, although I prefer to use an eye cream with SPF during the day. From what I can tell, this doesn't do anything to alleviate under eye circles, which is why I am docking a couple stars. So many eye creams make unsubstantiated claims like this and it is misleading. Nonetheless, this is very effective at keeping the eye area nourished, which in the long term can help prevent wrinkles. At $32 for a full size jar (half an ounce) this is a really reasonably priced eye cream, especially compared to so many others on the market. I would consider purchasing this to use at night. I wish they offered this with sun protection so that I could use it during the day as well.

These makeup wipes from Neutrogena are some of the best that I have tried. I prefer not to use wipes because they can be harsh and are not as effective as an actual cleanse. However, wipes are great for travelling or when I am just too darn lazy to cleanse properly. These are wonderful because they don't sting or irritate my skin at all. They are more oily than other wipes I have tried which is perfect for makeup removal because it breaks up the oil in my makeup and wipes away clean. My skin is not left feeling dry or stripped but instead feels refreshed. I wish these were unscented but the scent isn't too overpowering like some wipes.
