I've used this product as a toner, and I'm just not impressed with it. I like toners that either hydrate my skin a bit (removing the dry feeling after cleansing) or provide some sort of treatment, such as BHA. This toner does neither. It's supposed to remove eye makeup, but it didn't do that for me either. It also has a strong rose fragrance, while I prefer my skincare products to be fragrance free. If you really love rose-fragranced toners, I think that a rosewater and glycerin toner from a health food store would do more for your skin at a much lower price than this toner will. Ingredients: Water, Rose Centifolia Flower Water, Propylene Glycol, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Trideceth09, Chlorphenesin, Methylparaben, Cetrimonium Bromide, Dipotassium EDTA, Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance, Sea Salt, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Propylparaben, Furze Extract, Geraniol, Citronellol, D&C Red No. 33.

These are my favorite hand soaps. They foam just perfectly, and the bottle is by far the best foaming hand soap bottle I've used. They smell great too. But I don't purchase them anymore because the anti-bacterial agent, triclosan, is harmful to the environment when it goes out with the waste water. I wish BBW would make a foaming hand soap that wasn't anti-bacterial. Ingredients: Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycereth-26, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Fragrance, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Propylene Glycol, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Xanthan Gum, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Yuzu Fruit Extract, Ginger Root Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Panthenol, Benzophenone-4, Tetrasodium EDTA, Triethanolamine, DMDM Hydantoin, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Orange 4, Green 5, Yellow 5, Blue 1.

I really like this conditioner. It gives the perfect amount of light moisture to my fine hair. I leaves my hair feeling so soft without weighing it down. If you're looking for a conditioner for very dry or damaged color-treated hair, this is not for you. In fact, the formula of this conditioner is very similar to the Paul Mitchell Extra-Body Daily Rinse. In my opinion, they're both good for fine, slightly dry hair; just choose the one that has the fragrance you prefer. I started out with the Extra-Body Daily Rinse but exchanged it for the Color Protect Daily Conditioner because the EBDR had a slight hint of banana in the fragrance that I personally found nauseating. I much prefer the milder scent of the CPDC. Ingredients: Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Dicetyldimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-37, Propylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, PPG-1 Trideceth-6, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Sunflower Extract, Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethicone/White Ginger/PEG-12 Dimethicone, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethicone/Algae/Aloe Barbadensis Leaf/Chamomile/Henna/Jojoba/Rosemary/PEG-12 Dimethicone, Wheat Amino Acids, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein Hydroxypropyl Polysiloxane, Hydrolyzed Wheat Starch, Panthenol, DMDM Hydantoin, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbonate, Fragrance, Benzyl Salicylate, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool.

This product is okay. It does increase the volume of my hair--a little. I used it in conjuction with my usual mousse, but I found that it didn't give much more volume than just using mousse alone. It also left my hair feeling stiff and dry. If I really want a styling spray to increase volume at my roots, I'd rather just use my usual hairspray and not have another product cluttering my small apartment. Ingredients: Water, VP/VA Copolymer, methacryloyl Ethyl Betaine/Acrylates Copolymer, PPG-5-Ceteth-20, Propylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, Linoleamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethicone/White Ginger/PEG-12 Dimethicone, Panthenol, Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethicone/Algae/Aloe Barbadensis Leaf/Chamomile/Henna/Jojoba/Rosemary/PEG-12 Dimethicone, Triethyl Citrate, Methylparaben, Diazolidinyl Urea, Propylparaben, Fragrance, Benzyl Salicylate, Citronellol, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Hydroxycitronellal, Linalool, Butylparaben, Methylpropianal, Limonene.

This is great for giving the perfect amount of light moisturization to my fine, highlighted hair, BUT I can't stand the fragrance. I'm fairly sensitive to smells, but normally I like fruity fragrances. However, I detect a hint of banana in this fragrance, and I HATE bananas. I used this twice, but the scent bothered me so much that I ended up returning it and exchanging it for the Color Protect Conditioner, which has a very similar formula but a much better fragrance. Ingredients: Water, Cetyl Alcohol, Dicetyldimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-37, Propylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, PPG-1 Trideceth-6, Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethicone/White Ginger/PEG-12 Dimethicone, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 Aminoethyl PG-Propyl Dimethicone/Algae/Aloe Barbadensis Leaf/Chamomile/Henna/Jojoba/Rosemary/PEG-12 Dimethicone, Wheat Amino Acids, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Hydrolyzed Wheat Starch, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, Propylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Fragrance, Benzyl Benzoate.

I used this foundation back in college. It was my first venture into the world of department store cosmetics. I was thrilled to finally have a foundation that perfectly matched my very fair skin (Alabaster). (In fact, it's the only Clinique foundation I've ever tried that matched perfectly.) However, after a few years I finally realized that the formula didn't begin to hold up to my oily skin, and I have since moved on to other foundations. (I'm currently using Lancome Teint Idole Ultra in Ivoire 2.) But if my skin ever becomes drier, I would probably try Superbalanced in Alabaster again.

In my opinion, this mascara isn't terrible, like so many other drugstore mascaras, but it isn't great, either. For reference, I have long lashes that seem to be blond at the tips and at the roots. I mostly use mascara to color my lashes and make them visible. Then I get tons of compliments on my long lashes. I prefer a natural look from my mascara. This mascara came fairly close to delivering what I am looking for. However, I found it left my lashes stiff instead of soft, and sometimes they even had that spiky look that I hate. It also flaked a little. Because of these problems, I am continuing to search for the right mascara for me. Ingredients: Water, Beeswax/Cera Alba, Cyclopentasiloxane, Glyceryl Stearate, PPG-17/IPDI/DMPA Copolymer, Copernicia Cerifera Wax/Carnauba, Paraffin, Nylon 12, Polyethylene, Butylene Glycol, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Stearic Acid, PVP/Eicosene Copolymer, Triethanolamine, Palmitic Acid, PVP, Silica, Synthetic Wax, Panthenol, Dimethiconol, Hydrolyzed Corn Starch, Isoceteth 20, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Disodium EDTA, Simethicone, Octylacrylamide/Acrylates/Butylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer, Disodium Cocamphodiacetate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lecithin, Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate, Butylparaben, 2 Oleamido 1, 3 Octadecanediol, Propylparaben. May Contain: Iron Oxides, Ultramarines, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Carmine, Chromium Hydroxide Green, Chromium Oxide Greens, Ferric Ferrocyanide.

This was one of the many useless eye shadow primers I tried before discovering Urban Decay Primer Potion. My shadow always creased within 3-4 hours when I used this. I don't recommend this product.

This is a very moisturizing, very gentle scrub. I have oily skin, so this is much too moisturizing to use on my face. But I actually bought it to use as a body scrub, and it's much too gentle to be of much value on my body. I also found it quite difficult to rinse off in the shower. However, used as it's intended, as a facial scrub for normal to dry skin, I think it would probably be pretty good. Ingredients: water, stearic acid, PEG-8, polyethylene, triethanolamine, bentonite, C12-15 alkyl benzoate, fragrance, calcium ascorbate, threonine, glycerin, sorbitol, retinyl palmitate, tocopheryl acetate, sodium chloride, imidazolidinyl urea, methylparaben, propylparaben, glyceryl stearate SE, disodium cocamido MIPA-sulfosuccinate, ground luffa, potassium hydroxide.

Hawaiian Tropic Island Glow Daily Moisturizer For Light Skin Tones
I like this self-tanner better than others I've tried
First, a little bit about me: thanks to the Scandinavian and Irish parts of my heritage, I have very pale skin. Now that I'm in my late 20s, I've finally become reconciled to my paleness--except for my legs. I hate having legs that are so white they nearly blind people. Through the years I've tried countless self-tanning formulas, but eventually I gave up and just started wearing shorts and skirts less often. I hated the way self-tanners smelled, streaked, and looked orange. I tried Jergens Natural Glow lotion but it smelled and streaked so badly, I threw it out after one use. I didn't expect to ever use a self-tanner again after that. But then I began hearing all these great things about Hawaiian Tropic Island Glow Daily Moisturizer. When I saw it was less than $7 at my local Walmart, I figured I didn't have much to lose. I've been using it for about a week, and I have to say that this stuff is wonderful! Since it has vitamins A, C, and E, it is perfect to use as my everyday moisturizer, just on my legs (I don't have the patience to apply it all over). I bought the Light Skin Tones formula, and the color develops very slowly, which is perfect because it makes it virtually mistake proof (no streaks!). And when the color finally does become truly apparent (after about a week), it is a very natural, non-orangey color. As for the smell, well, I'm extremely sensitive to smells, and I can still smell the tanning agent (DHA), but it is so much milder than other products that I've used and the overall results are so much better that I've decided I can tolerate it. But I nevertheless took off one lippy for the smell. For those of you who have given up on self-tanners, I highly recommend this product. Ingredients: water, mineral oil, cyclomethicone, petrolatum, glycerin, dihydroxyacetone, cetearyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloydimethyl taurate copolymer, erythrulose, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, tocopheryl acetate, ascrobic acid, retinyl palmitate, silica, titanium dioxide, mica, phenoxyethanol, squalene, ceteth-10 phosphate, dicetyl phosphate, methylparaben, polysorbate 60, sodium hydroxide, butylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, acrylates/c10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, fragrance, plumeria flower extract, mango fruit extract, guava fruit extract, papaya fruit extract, passionflower fruit extract, dasheen root extract.
