a good friend told me that she used this on blemishes, and i love it! my skin doesn't peel like it does with benzoyl peroxide, and i like that it is an all-natural remedy. the thing that i don't like is the scent. whew! it is strong, so i only use this at night, and i put a towel over my pillow, because it is an oil and the scent will linger for days. a little bottle lasts for months, and a little goes a long way. i just found it at a bargain price, too: i t picked up a new bottle of this this weekend at Trader Joes, and the price was only $5.99! half of what i saw recently at one of those big natural foods chains!

this is a heavy duty cream, that should be used for spot treatment, as it is very drying. it definitely will do the trick on a blemish, but beware! the skin around a blemish can become very red, irritated, or even peel. (i learned this the hard way.) this product is a great substitute for more expensive creams from the dermatologist if you're in a pinch, but be sure to use it sparingly.

i keep these eveywhere! these bands are thicker thank your average band, and are virtually seamless- no metal to get caught in my hair. i wish these were around when i was a little girl! they do not get tangled in my long, curly hair, and do not slip out of my thick, heavy hair. they are great for running and working out. it's also nice that they come in different shades of blond, so they are less noticeable. trust me, these are super!

i used the whole proactive line for a year and still had the same ups and downs with my skin that i always do. this cleanser was harsh on my skin -especially more delicate areas like my cheeks. it made dry scaly patches on my face. i also don't like that this cleanser really bleaches clothes (and wash cloths, towels, etc...) i had to just use this in the shower and make certain that i rinsed it completely or use white wash cloths. if i'm spending that much i might as well just go to my dermatologist. she seems to always have something new, and helps me pair acne creams with nourishing lotions.

natural products are worth the price for their natural ingredients and earth-friendly practices! i stopped using antiperspirants that were harsh on my skin, often stained the pits of my shirts and are full of chemicals. this is a deodorant, so it's not meant to stop sweating, but that isn't a problem for me. i like the interesting scents and clear application. i think this keeps me smelling fresh throughout the course of a day, but not though a workout.

this gloss has lighter sheer coverage and a smooth, but not sticky texture. this is a nice everyday gloss and gives my lips a little boost without looking heavy.

i have found that this gloss is getting harder and harder to find. i think only one chain of stores in my area still carries it, and i can't figure out why...i love this gloss! it is smooth and creamy, but not sticky and has a sexy metallic sparkle to it. it has rich full coverage that outlasts many glosses i've used. (if you apply your favorite lip balm first, you can get a sheerer look.) i also like mixing this gloss with a darker lipstick to give a little extra shine to a neutral or matte lipstick. many lovely shades, but my favorite color is princess...pink and sparkly...gorgeous and girly!

whether you're looking for something calming, soothing or energizing, avalon has several fabulous scents- my two favorite are the Ylang Ylang bath gel and the Peppermint. i have sensitive skin and all of the bath gels are gentle and non irritating. i even like to put a little into the water when i'm taking a bath. i think it is a real bargain for a high quality natural product, especially compared to bath gels from high-end natural brands.

i don't think that this affected my hair growth, but i still really liked it. the gel is nice and thick, and you don't need much. it leaves my skin feeling moisturized, and it helps to give me a smooth shave without feeling razor burn. it also is even gentle enough for my bikini area...which is a must!

i LOVE this lotion! whether it's a bug bit or hives this gives instant cooling relief. i actually like to use this sometimes after shaving if my skin is feeling irritated. try it on razor burn!
