I used some Christmas gift money from my parents many years ago to purchase my first tube of Revlon's "Moon Drops"™ lipstick. I still wear and carry "Love That Pink" with me everywhere! It applies smoothly and lasts a long time. Revlon used to have an entire Moon Drops™ line which I wish they would bring back. This is a classic.

I am highly impressed with the colors of these shadows and have the palettes in "Moonlit Jewels" and "Twilight." However, even when worn over the best primer, the color doesn't last. I also find myself applying them with both my fingers and brushes, and things tend to get a bit messy.

Revlon's "Just Bitten Kissable™ Balm Stain" gives an immediate coating of silky, luscious colors to lips. It is not unlike Tarte's "LipSurgence™" lip tint. The range of available shades is impressive. The color may not last quite as long as Tarte's version, but there is a tint on my pout for a long number of hours along with a comforting feel.

I love these colors, but I'm finding them increasingly harder to find because everyone else is evidently enjoying them as well. Revlon debuted them in lovely spring duos--pink and white; green and yellow; taupe and shimmery copper; pink and blue, and more. Some have glimmer; others have matte finishes. Only your imagination can limit the looks you can create with these.

This high-quality product does dry my enamel more quickly, but it also adds a durable, shiny topcoat which prevents chips. I've gone ten days or more without chips when using Revlon's Topcoat. Love it!

I admire women who can create waves or curves with curling irons. Kudos to those who can use a flatiron without singing the ends of their hair or their fingers. I was born without the "curling iron/flatiron" gene--no matter how hard I try, I make a disaster of things! For years as a young girl, I slept on soft, pliable, plastic rollers (and learned to ignore the pain and get a good rest). Then came electric curlers. I had my first set in third grade. Depending on the brand, they can be heavenly or a bad dream. Some have flocking to hold the hair on the curler, but the curler slips off anyway. And then the flocking comes off, making the curlers too hot to touch. It was very easy to forget to turn off electric curlers; many times I was only reminded by the burning smell! Finally the Caruso Professional® Molecular® Steam Hair Setter arrived on the scene--and I have never used anything else! You simply add water to a small tub, which heats quickly (in less than a minute). One by one, you allow a curler to pick up some of the steam and heat and insert it into hair. The real beauty of these rollers is that they are designed to be non-damaging to your locks, and they treat them with total gentleness. The mix of steam and heat creates very long-lasting curls in a number of seconds to up to a few minutes (at the max). When I say long-lasting, I mean it. I have set my hair, gone out, slept on it, and have woken up to a style which looked nearly as fresh, shiny, and healthy as it did when I set it. The kit comes with clips, a carrying case, and rollers in all sizes, from petite to jumbo. I have been using the same set for five years and it continues to work flawlessly (however, I have tucked away two more in my closet in the sad chance that they quit making this).

I used this because it is less damaging than other brands. My results were great--the color was vivid and multi-tonal. It lasted as long as the Garnier I normally use. Would definitely purchase it again.

Almay colors, coats, and gives me length and volume in simply one coat (although lashes remain pliable enough to add more if needed). I have absolutely no problems with smudging or flaking!

I equate Frederic Fekkai hair products with great quality. This conditioner includes a "New Moisturizing Renewal Complex" and powerful shea butter to mend damaged, dry, straw-like hair. The ingredients are wonderful--along with shea butter, there is honey (a natural humectant), panthenol, and avocado. It made my hair like strands of silk. It works most effectively with the accompanying shampoo. I love it!

I quit tanning and tanning beds eons ago and have learned to embrace my porcelain skin. It no longer bothers me that I must use the most fair hue of any concealer or foundation. I now employ lip and cheek colors in feminine pinks to highlight it. There comes a time in the summer, however, when we're on vacation and I'm wearing white linen and can be mistaken for my clothing while bronzed goddesses parade past me. That's when I turn to Jergen's "Natural Glow FACE Daily Facial Moisturizer." It comes in two shades--"Fair to Medium" and "Medium to Tan." It has an SPF factor of 20 to help to prevent damage to your skin while you wear it. One of the best attributes is that coverage is completely buildable as to how much of a tan look you want to sport. It is a lightweight formula, dermatologist-tested and oil-free. Don't fear blemishes with this--it is also non-comedogenic. The best way to use this is to first cleanse your face and then exfoliate to slough off any dead patches of skin which may pick up more or less color than the rest of your face. Evenly apply a generous amount, blending in jawline and hairline, while avoiding the eyebrow area. Wash your hands thoroughly afterward. Allow several minutes for it to fully absorb and sink into skin before continuing with primer or makeup. For best results, wait three hours before exercising, showering, or swimming. Use daily for increased moisture and more intense color (you can also apply a few times a day if desired). Don't forget that this is a product for MEN AND WOMEN! My sister's son one sun has gorgeous red hair but a complexion as fair as mine. He uses it daily to avoid a "pasty" look and it appears completely natural. He once suffered from acne, but this gentle tanner keeps his skin soft and blemish-free.
