I got this in the Mango Daiquiri scent from the shimmer mist collection that Ulta did last summer. I did not notice any shimmer, but it was a lovely white floral, fruity scent that made for a lovely body spray. It did not have too much alcohol in it and was slightly moisturizing. But you do have to reapply, but it is refreshing to do just that. I like the fresh scent so much I even sprayed it in my hair. Lasts even longer that way.

I really like this lipstick/gloss hybrid. I got a berry color that was absolutely gorgeous on and actually was similar to the Nars gloss with a little stain action in it. This is very creamy and moisturizing, plumps up my lips a bit. I tend to like the darker colors to wear them by themselves. They last long too. One of my most favorite Avon buys ever.

I saw this in Walgreens one day and these reminded me of Avon's Glimmersticks, but cheaper. I figured a couple of bucks is ok to lose if it sucks. But much to my pleasant surprise, this is one of the best eyeliners I have ever wore! I especially like the dark blue one. I think it is called Denim. This really makes my brown eyes pop and makes me look more vibrant and awake! It was adorable for the 4th of July too. I wore this with red lipstick and it was perfect. These just glide on and last all day without Alice Cooper eyes later. And I love that I never have to sharpen it,always a perfect point. I am planning to get all colors.

This is a classic beauty goodie for good reason. It does double duty for me. I use the Canvas Light shade and it makes such a beautiful highlighter for my brow bone too. I just apply this smooth, creamy base from brow to lash, and it makes my other eyeshadow and liner last and last. It really lights up my eyes, makes me look more awake and doesn't settle in the fine lines. I'm a repeat customer.

I am an eyeliner fiend, but I like a slightly smudgy, thickish line and not much underneath the eye to get the glamourish, doe-eyed, girl-next-door meets glamour puss look. I go back and forth from different brands and formulas. I spied this in my local Target and thought it would be fun to try out. I got two different colors - the gray and the brown. I really like both colors. I was afraid the brown one was going to be too light but it is a dark brown, almost brownish-black. The little brush it comes with is ok, but I prefer to use one of my liner brushes. This stuff just glides on with ease and lasts all day, but I had a bit of smudging. For $3, it's worth it.

I thought the brush with this mascara was neat and space-age looking, but the infatuation with this pretty much ended right there. The brush was unwieldy, oddly rubbery and bendy. The mascara itself was a nicely rich, glossy black but it gave me Alice Cooper eyes fast, like within an hour of putting it on. I was disappointed, to say the least.

Hey, I'm human. Sometimes I bawl like a baby at movies, or those animal shelter commercials with the Sarah McLachlan song. The next morning, my eyes look like a prized cage fighter's. Um, no, not a good look on me. Sometimes the puffins come on with an allergy-fest. But I found the one thing that cures them with aplomb, and it is this No Puffery mask. I stash mine in the fridge to really kick it up a notch, but the yeast and mushroom extracts really work to depuffify my peepers. I just wash my face, dry it and then apply a layer of this straight from the fridge and I chill at least 10 minutes, but works better the longer you leave it on. It is so refreshing and does not irritate my eyes. Does what it says it does! Win win!

I just wanted a cheap hairspray that was not crunchy and controlled the frizzy mess of hair on top of my noggin. But I should have known better because I think the Garnier hair products are sucky for the most part. I was hoping to perhaps be proved wrong. At first, it smelled nice and controlled my 'do okay without being too crunchy. But when I got out of my car and into the steam oven of humidity in June in Florida, out came the frizzy halo. Ugh! This did not deliver as promised. It was cheap, but not a good value.

I was a little eager to try this since Mr. Fekkai happens to be a sought-after hairdresser that is popular with the celeb set. I used the glossing shampoo first, which was nice, but I expected more from this conditioner. It smelled really nice, was creamy and has olive oil in it to get a gleaming shine. But man, it seemed like it took eons to rinse this stuff off my head! And it also did nothing to detangle my hair. It took a good amount of time before I could work all the knots out of my hair! With the name and price behind it, I expected this to be a great conditioner. But sadly, I don't think it's any better than a bottle of Suave.

I think they renamed this recently to Pomegranate Invigorating Toner, but it is the same formulation as this product. I bought this because it indicated it is anti-aging and softening. It just seems to have way too much alcohol in it and not enough softening. It did remove any traces of makeup, but it was too harsh for me and left me red on my chin, below my nose and forehead. It reminded me too much of that Sea Breeze stuff you buy at the drug store, only with a higher price tag. It has aloe in it, but I don't think it did anything to offset the harshness of the amount of alcohol in this product. I do not recommend this for dry skin. I much prefer the Thayer's Rose toner you get at the health food store. It has soothing rose water and a little witch hazel to clarify, but it is still gentle.
