I thought I had already reviewed this product and was going to edit it; however, I guess I didn't, so here it goes! Originally, I thought this polish was just okay. The formula is runny, the colors are, to be kind, something my grandmother would wear, and the brush is too thin for optimal application. However, I saw the color Gray Suede and decided to try it for an interview. The day that I applied it, 4 hours after application, I had chips. Unbelievable. And this was with a good topcoat. It was if the polish had never truly dried. I would not have expected this hours later. The next day, a whole piece of polish peeled right off. Even the cheapest of polishes (NYC and Wet N Wild) do not chip the SAME day. Needless to say, I tossed out the polish right away. I will be sticking with other brands, plus, I prefer young, fresh and vibrant options. I like red as much as the next girl (uber sexy), but there are other colors out there as well.

I actually have really good luck with this haircolor. The one feature I love about it is the unstoppable shine! It makes my hair feel softer and healthier than before I colored it. Plus, it is a bargain, and combined with coupons, it is a steal.

I recently had a procedure done on my face and my dermatologist gave me this product to use, while it was healing. My skin is oily with clogged pores, so I wouldn't suggest this product for that type of skin (it's too gentle to purge pores, etc.), but for what I needed it to do, cleanse without irritating or drying, it absolutely does the job! I imagine if I had sensitive, dry or flaky skin, I would use this as my "go to" cleanser. Additionally, I have also tried Cetaphil and I prefer CeraVe; the texture is nicer and if you flip the bottle over and review the ingredients, CeraVe has a lot less ingredients but still does the job. It does exactly what it was designed to do!

I have always gotten my hair colored in a salon. My roots were showing and I knew I needed to make an appointment, but I just decided I needed a complete change! I picked up two packages of the 5G Medium Golden Brown. All I could think was, please don't turn my hair black! The color turned out very nice. It was a bit darker than the box, and considerably darker than the swatch on their website. However, I really like it. It matches my eyes and color tone very well. My hair is really soft and shiny, and it was soooo easy to apply. I was really nervous and was worried the color would be uneven and it wasn't. One trick I found online was the spray your ends with water before applying the color to your head. The ends are always naturally dryer (mine in particular!) and this prevents too much color depositing on the ends. I am not sure of the fading, but if I have any issues, I will be coming back to update this review. As of now, I am perfectly happy with this color. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that the Loreal colors tend to be a bit more expensive than other brands, but you can always catch them on sale and/or with a coupon. Looks just as good as any salon color I have had!

With winter alive in the midwest (albeit early and colder than usual) my normal routine of just using a toothbrush or washcloth was no longer enough. I am obsessed with lip balm but just could not get rid of this dry flaky skin in the center of my lips. This product is a God send!! It comes in a sleek black lipstick tube and the formula is sugar based with a sweet taste. I rub it back and forth for at least a minute as part of my daily evening routine, then top it off with vaseline or a heavy coat of lip balm. Sure, I could use sugar and olive oil but this is so convenient, easy and not the least bit messy! AND for under $3 it is well worth it. This is a happy girl! :)

I have been using tea tree oil since I was a teenager; with it's natural antiseptic properties, it is the perfect remedy for that pesky pimple that seemingly pops up overnight. However, this one is not as strong as some others I have tried. It typically takes a few days with this one to notice a huge difference but for the smaller, less inflamed pimples it works just fine. If your skin is sensitive, this formula would be a nice alternative to the stronger versions. Tea tree oil can also be used for cuts and on dental floss. It is a versatile product!

I am so excited to find this product along with the shampoo! Admittedly, the positive message on body image drew me into their products and I am so glad it did. This is THE best conditioner I have ever used; not just drugstore brands either. It feels more like a deep conditioning treatment and leaves my hair so amazingly soft. I often get bored and like to switch thing up, but this is my new staple. At about $3 a bottle, you just can't go wrong!

I ran out of my usual Neutrogena SPF moisturizer and dashed into a Target in a hurry to replace it! Unfortunately, they were out of stock but I saw this tube and decided to give it a try. This is a very basic SPF - no real antioxidants, but also no stinging (in my experience) or white mask. It has its pros and cons. There is no real evidence that soy does anything, and I mean ANYTHING, for dark spots (thank you to the Aveeno marketing team for starting this trend!). As decent as it is, there was no change in dark spots whatsoever, so if you are truly looking for that, I would keep walking by. There is a faint smell of "dirt" which is probably from the "soy." It's not pleasant but not particularly overpowering; it disappears in minutes. I wouldn't purchase again because I think there are better options out there; additionally, I am getting more and more into cruelty-free brands and Neutrogena just doesn't hit the mark there. :(

Like many BBW products, this lotion is mostly fragrance, little moisturization - probably even more so than the normal lotions! Admittedly, I bought this lotion because it comes in a sexy package and looks nice on my nightstand. LOL Of course, it smells delish, too! It's basically perfume in a lotion base. The smell is a bit strong so I definitely wouldn't suggest putting it head to toe. I usually take 1-2 pumps and rub it on my hands, arms and neck for a nice bedtime fragrance.

I have quite a few challenges with this product, but let's start with the pros. One, this is incredibly moisturizing. The first night I used it I could not stop touching my face. I have never felt my skin quite so soft! Second, the pearlescent shimmer in this product, though purely cosmetic, makes the skin glow in a very subtle way. However, there are more cons than pros. One, the price point. Although Olay has some products that can compete with department store or prestige brands, the price point shouldn't be the same as a prestige brand. I believe I paid $25 for this product which IMO is steep, especially for drugstore. Two, for the money I paid, I would expect a glass container as opposed to plastic. Three, the research that was done on this product was done in Thailand (this is on the back of the box); my point is that it is specifically for dark spots which is an excess of melanin in the skin and unfortunately, I think they would have been better off testing it in the US where there is a much wider range of skin colors. In other words, who's to say what skin tones this product will be most effective with? Four, I used the entire bottle which probably was a 4 month supply and NO difference in dark spots. As a side note, my skin is light/medium, brown eyes and brown hair, burn first then tan to an olive color. As long as you have reasonable expectations going in, it isn't a bad product but it is disappointing in the dark spot area. I would spring $5 more and get a good absorbic acid (vitamin c) serum instead. This product, other than the hydration which would be perfect for dryer skin types, is mostly cosmetic.
