I tried out Snow Fairy for my girls this year and they LOVE it. The bubble gum fragrance is awesome and it lingers. The wash seems to be moisturizing and doesn't dry out their skin. The only negative is that the sparkles migrate to the bottom of the bottle, and for the life of me, I haven't been able to get many of them mixed in with the wash, no matter how much crazy bottle shaking I do. And I guess the other negative is that it's CRAZY expensive for even the smallest bottle, which I get with the products being handmade, but Lush ingredients are nothing spectacular in terms of organic-ness.

I use this on my daughter's super-long hair. Like most little kids, she doesn't have a bath every day, and I look for products that will keep her hair as smooth looking as possible in between (which isn't an easy task with a very energetic 5-year old.) The matching shampoo is nothing to write home about, but the conditioner does do a pretty good job. Her hair is smooth without being weighed down, and with brushing in a little detangler once or twice a day, it stays looking pretty nice.

I really like this scrub, it's gentle enough to use every day (which I don't, but could). It's also not drying, which is great because my skin isn't super oily, but does have issues once in a while (the packaging specifically says it's for adult skin, so works for me!) The beads are super fine, really comparable to the Aveeno daily scrub. It has a fragrance that I'm not crazy about for a facial scrub, but it's not terrible either.

This is a great eye shadow primer. You do have to work quickly to spread it after you apply it. At the end of the day, my eyeshadow looks like I just put it on, no creasing or yucky things like that. But for me, it's just not a product I think I would buy for the money, and for another step to my makeup routine when our mornings are a mile a minute trying to get out of the house.

I received this as a sample in a little vial, with what wasn't a large amount of product in it. The directions on the package said to use "one or two pumps" but I had no idea how much a "pump" would come out to, but figured the small amount in my hand couldn't be much more than that. I actually used it on my 4 year old daughter who aspires to have a Rapunzel hairdo. but it gets a little ratty and frizzy looking in between baths. It doesn't really work for me, because I have chin length hair that is easily weighed down and turns greasy, and definitely doesn't need anything as intensive as this. Long story short, when my daughter woke up the next morning, I swear her hair was still out of the shower wet. But no, it was dry. And greasy and stringy. I braided it for the day until we could get home from school and she could have a bath to wash it out. I was crossing my fingers that her teachers would not think she never gets bathed based on the appearance of her hair that day. I give it 4 stars as a benefit of the doubt that it does work for other people and hair types, just not us.

My biggest beef with this mascara is the brush. And the fact that it doesn't easily remove with water in the shower, which is my preferred method. It borders on a waterproof mascara. And the brush resembles a caterpillar. The fibers are pretty long and widely spaced compared to other brushes I have used, there is a bit of a learning curve. The first time I put it on my lower lashes I made a terrible mess of things. This is probably not one I would purchase, but I can see how maybe others might dig it.

This product is pretty awesome, I only give it 8 stars because I would find it really tough to mark off time to do it on a regular basis. Yes, I'm that busy, and it would require strategic planning. But when I have tried it, I can tell it's seriously doing stuff to my face. Like, burning. It was a little off-putting at first as I'm just not experienced with products like this, but then I thought to myself "ok, glycolic...like glycolic ACID...which I'm sure burns a little bit. It's all good. I can deal." The sensation did go away after a minute or two, and my skin was noticeably brighter when I finished.

This is a super effective, super moisturizing hand cream. I had my doubts because it feels like it has a watery texture right at first, but then it delivers. And it lasts, not through a soap and water wash, but what hand cream does. I'm not huge on the fragrance, and when it comes to whether I would purchase, probably not since it's a higher price point, and various factors in my life lead me to wash my hands pretty often throughout the day. But in and of itself, this is a really good quality product.

This stuff is awesome. The before and after pics you might see are totally legit. I can tell a difference in the appearance of my face right after putting it on, almost like I don't even need foundation afterward, but I put it on for good measure. It really helps against my t-zone getting shiny by afternoon. I give it a 9 just because of the price, because I'm broke. And it has a fragrance that I find to be a little much, but not a deal breaker.

I received a sample of this to review, and this product was...interesting. The color is really unique. It supposedly protects your skin from environmental factors, and adjusts to your skin tone. I didn't notice any color it provided, even when I added another coat. It just made my skin, especially my nose, really shiny. I put some translucent powder over top though, and my face looked ok, but not quite as much coverage as I like. To me this is just kind of an unnecessary step. I give it a 5 because of the protective factors, but other than that, not much to say.
