Won't really work for super oily skin. Doesn't really make your skin matte either, like a primer would. It's just a really light, almost watery consistency lotion.

I wasn't too pleased with the entire proactiv system. The cleansers dry and mess your skin up, and you slather this lotion on top in hopes of fixing it back up and getting rid of the flakes and dryness. It doesn't work though, this lotion is not moisturizing enough to counteract the effects of the scrub cleanser and the toner.

Worked for a bit, but then your skin just gets immune to it and your pimples come back worse than ever! Also might be a little too harsh for anyone but teenages with oily skin. Stick with eating well and drinking a lot of water to clear your skin....I wouldn't recommend this.

I think my experience with proactiv is similar to that of a lot of other people. It works wonderfully for the first two weeks and then your skin gets immune to it and you break out HORRIBLY, probably worse than what you started with. Proactiv is a shady company also, I wasn't thrilled with their auto-renew service they were pulling on people. Wouldn't recommend it.

I'm not a big fan of the whole proactiv system, but if I were to pick the only good part about it, it'd probably be this toner. It wipes off all the dirt left on your face after cleaning with that scrub cleanser. Don't know how it would work on its own though.

Makes a great exfoliator, but doesn't live up to its claims of getting rid of blackheads. Good for what it's worth though.

I think this is better suited for a morning cleanser than a night cleanser. If I use it at the end of the day, I find that it doesn't take off the dirt and makeup as well as another cleanser would. Pretty good product though, smells nice and doesn't wreck your skin. Good choice for when you don't want to spend $30 on some higher end cleanser and give your wallet a break.

I'd say that out of all the drugstore acne medications, this one is the best and probably the strongest. Makes your skin clear quickly with minimal drying (although the dry and flaking skin does happen, but just a litte). After a while your skin might get immune to it (mine did), so you may want to alternate between this gel and other acne creams.

I used this on brown acne marks that I got from popping a pimple (I know, really bad). The mark faded within a week. I want to say that this cream made it fade, but it also could've been the fact that with time it went away on its own. Either way, it was faded much faster with the cream on than without. Must have for acne prone folks who scar easily.

Absolutely horrible. Bare Escentuals is running such a scam by forcing you to buy these brushes in order to use their products. They are all pretty low quality brushes which shed like crazy and get those crazy kinked hairs that stick out of the sides. Not recommended. If you can find another suitable brush from another company to apply your mineral makeup, I suggest you use it instead of this one!
