Do I have to sign in or become a member to place an order?


We do not require our customers to sign in or become a member when placing an order.

What happens after I buy?


Collections and Beauty Gems Orders - You will receive a purchase confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your order.
Buying Guide orders - Delivery method is via a download link on the Order Confirmation Page or in the Order Confirmation e-mail.

Can I send my order as a gift?


Simply put the recipient's name and address in the shipping fields.

Will I be charged monthly for the Collections?


No, Collections are not a subscription program.

How do I redeem my Living Social Custom Collection?


Custom Collections specially curated for Living Social customers can be redeemed here

Once on the product page, to redeem your Custom Collection, click the "Get it Now" Button. A "Check Out" box will pop up in the upper right corner of your screen. Ensure that the quantity selected is 1.

Click the red "Checkout" button. Enter your Living Social voucher in the code box. The Voucher number will start with LS

Next, click the update button located under the code box. On the right, you should see a red Promo Savings $17.00 and order Total reading $0.00

Click the Red "Place Your Order Button" to complete.

If you receive an "Invalid Promo Code" Message or the Total Order is not $0.00, please contact our customer service at [email protected]

Placing an Order


To add items to your Shopping Cart, select the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Get it Now" on the item you wish to buy. To remove an item, click "cart" in the upper right part of the home page. Change the quantity to zero and click "update". To change the quantity of items, click "cart" in the upper right part of the home page. Change the quantity and click "update".

Promotion Codes


One promotion code per order may only be used. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be use once expired. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person.


Shipping and Delivery (US)


COLLECTIONS / BEAUTY BOXES
FREE Shipping via USPS delivery for all Collection Orders, US only. For deliveries outside the US, go to International Shipping. After placing an order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your order.

BUYING GUIDES
Delivered immediately after purchase and can be downloaded from a link on the Order Confirmation Page or in the Order Confirmation e-mail.

BEAUTY GEMS PRODUCTS
- FREE Shipping is provided on orders with more than $75 in products from any of our Beauty Gems categories, continental US only.
- Orders $75 or less containing products from any of our Beauty Gems categories are charged a $7.95 shipping fee, continental US only.
- Orders to Alaska or Hawaii are charged a flat $20 shipping fee, regardless of the order total.
- After placing an order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your order.

NOTE: If your order includes Collections and products from our Beauty Gems categories:
- Collections ship free and are not included in the order total requirement for Beauty Gems products.
- Collections and Beauty Gems Products may ship from different suppliers. After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email and two Shipping Confirmation emails (when the orders ship) with the tracking numbers for each delivery.



Returns & Cancellations


We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on Collections and Buying Guides. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact customer service. Customer support M-F 9AM to 5PM PST (310) 295-9593

Beauty Gem Product Returns
We are pleased to accept returns for unused and unopened products from our Beauty Gems product categories. Simply return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or return. Free pre-paid shipping is provided on items being returned for exchange or store credit only. Defective products must be exchanged directly with the manufacturer. Contact customer service for the manufacturer information.

A restocking fee of 20% may be charged on items that do not meet the Return Requirements listed below.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- Returned products must be in brand new, unused, mint condition.
- Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards.

To Process Your Return:
- Contact our Customer Service department to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Receive a free pre-paid return shipping label if you are returning items for an exchange or store credit.
- Include all products being returned (including all gifts with purchase).
- Any free gifts included must be in new, unused condition. If not, the full value of the gift will be deducted from the return order total.
- Print your Return Authorization (RMA) Number on the outside of the box.
- Customer Service will provide you with the return address to use.




Typographical Errors


In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or errors in pricing, quantities available or product information received from our suppliers, posted on our website, an affiliates website or a partner's website, Total Beauty Media, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or out-of-stock. Total Beauty Media, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Total Beauty Media, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
