This is a rich and luxurious body cream with a deep rose scent. It's nice on my legs, but when I apply it all over my body, the scent is a bit too much for me. But if you love rose and want this to replace your perfume, this is your body lotion.

hey say your hands are the first thing to give away your age, and this 40-something can testify to that. I've been looking for something to erase the sun spots and smooth the texture of the skin on my back of my hands, and this is it. It fades spots and makes my hands look younger, without any irritation.

This is probably a no-brainer, but you'll need to like geranium essential oil to like this hand cream, because it does have a strong scent that lingers. The hand cream is rich and a little greasy upon first applying, but does absorb completely.

This is a simple, pretty fragrance that smells as you would expect -- like citrus -- with a little something extra. It reminds me slightly of Clinique Happy. Summery and bright -- nice for those who don't like overly complicated scents.

This is a fun way to wake up your senses. It has an invigorating citrus-forward scent, with some kind of earthiness (think damp basement) underneath that you catch at the end, when you breathe deeply (like analyzing a glass of wine). It's nice for those who are into aromatherapy, and the $65 bottle will last awhile.

This thick balm really is a winter skin savior. A little goes a long way, the texture and scent feel/smell like honey -- without the stickiness. It's a treat to put on my hands and rough patches before bed. Would I drop $40 on it? If I were a stickler for natural remedies, yes but it is a splurge.

This is a lovely body wash that feels rich and moisturizing. A dollop is enough to get your whole body washed, and it doesn't leave my skin tight. I'm not a huge fan of the scent, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Aveeno knows how to do body wash. This one is no exception. Rich lather, great, subtle scent, not at all drying on my sensitive skin. Perfect price point. Love.

This stuff gives me such amped-up, weightless volume. It's amazing. I honestly have zero complaints about it and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Great for thick hair
This stuff is seriously heavy duty. It's so thick and heavy, you have to be careful not to let it fall off your fingers before you get it into your hair. It's definitely moisturizing and would probably do wonders on thick, textured hair. Mine is fine and wavy. It works well, but for my hair, I think I need something that detangles without so much heft.
