  • Aveda Foot Relief Moisturizing Creme

I do LOVE this foot cream. It is rich and luxurious, and smells like a peppermint stick. Yummy! I love Aveda products but some of them are a little out of my price range, and I probably wouldn't spend much for a foot cream, but it is a delicious lotion and I do recommend it.

    Aveda Hand Relief Moisturizing Creme

Good hand cream, but a little stinky!

I have been using Aveda products off and on for years, and even get my hair done at an Aveda Salon/Spa, well, used to anyway! I am used to the smells and some of them, like Shampure, smell so yummy! This isn't one of them, for me anyway. It is a great cream - leaves my hands so very soft and is not greasy, but I used it at home so other people didn't have to smell the fragrance. It is also long lasting and I don't need to apply often at all. Even though it is a great product, I probably wouldn't purchase because of the odor and cost of this product.

  • Soap & Glory The Scrub of Your Life

Soap & Glory The Scrub of Your Life

    Good scrub, but pricey...

I agree with some of the other reviewers - it IS a good scrub, but it costs $15 a bottle, which makes me not use it as much as I probably should. I don't have dry skin, but I do use this once a week because I self-tan. I like the fact that it is not oil based like a lot of other scrubs are - the oily ones can leave residue in the shower and are just messier. This scrub is more like a soap with granules and it rinses really clean and leaves my skin soft and touchable.

  • Clinique Deep Cleansing Emergency Mask

I have been using this mask for a long time. For me, it is a little on the pricey side, but so worth it. It lasts a long time and is great for skin under stress - blackheads, whiteheads, breakouts, acne, oil, large pores, etc. It tingles a little when you apply, but leaves skin so smooth and soft. It has not eliminated my blackheads, but it does keep them at bay.

  • Schick Quattro for Women

I was surprised to see such an overall low rating for this product. This is the first razor I have ever used that does NOT cause cuts or knicks of any kind. Highly recommended!

  • Clinique Acne Solutions Clarifying Lotion

I have been a longtime Clinique user and I thought the Acne Solutions Clarifying Lotion would be too strong for me - I don't have acne but I am fighting blackheads daily. I was wrong! This is a great Salicylic Acid medication with a powder in it. Completely unexpected! I shake the product until it is dissolved and sweep it across my face and am amazed how clean my skin looks and how it removes additional debris from my pores. The powder inside is supposed to help with oil. It seems to really be working and I am pleased with the product. It is only $13, but I do wish this lotion was available in the larger size like the others are. At least online, it isn't.

  • Clinique Youth Surge Age Decelerating Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 15

Previously, I was using Clinique's Superdefense SPF 25 moisturizer. It was great, until I developed some type of allergy to the SPF, I am told. Apparently, SPF in facial creams can cause some iritation. Youth Surge is wonderful. I use the Dry/Combo for the Winter and it is just rich enough for my skin. Love the fact that it has an SPF (wonder if 15 is enough though?), leaves my skin so soft and not greasy, and it absorbs well. I have been a longtime Clinique user for at least 15 years.

  • Clinique Advanced Stop Signs Eye SPF 15

Clinique Advanced Stop Signs Eye SPF 15

Well, at least it has an SPF...

I really didn't notice a difference. Thankfully, Clinique has such a great return policy. It is really no different than any other eye cream, but it is nice it has an SPF. However, I was later told by a Clinique rep that I could apply the face moisturizer with SPF to the undereye area, so I started doing that to not only save money (recessionista) but multi-task! There are better eye creams out there. It also disolves on the skin well, which is a bonus.

  • Pantene Pro-V Restore Beautiful Lengths Breakage Defense Conditioner

I was using both the Beautiful Lengths shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner is not as rich as some other Pantene conditioners are. it was fine when my hair was colored, but when I added highlites (which require bleaching), the conditioner did not do well. My hair was tangly and more difficult to manage. I also only got partial highlites, so I didn't have that many to where I thought the conditioner would not work. I think there are other Pantene s/c that work better. One particular time I had to apply the conditioner TWICE to get the tangles out.

  • Pantene Pro-V Restore Beautiful Lengths Breakage Defense Shampoo

I have always loved Pantene and this shampoo was just great. My hair has always ben color treated with an all over color. Recently I decided to add some caramel highlites to my head and after, the shampoo left my hair tangly and difficult to manage. If you have normal hair that is not color treated, this would probably work great! It would probably even work well with colored hair, but if you are bleaching or highlighting your hair you may want to go with a product that offers more moisture/protection for your hair. There are other Pantene shampoos that I think are better.
