Not as good as Clean N 'Clear, but then what is?? However, it isn't bad and I would buy again. Even though I am in my early thirties, my skin can be quite oily. I use a few of these a day. It is basically tissue paper, I will admit, but tissue paper would do the job for most of us but who wants to cut up little squares? I thought it worked just fine. The only issue I have is that the first sheet I used ripped right down the center; however, I have used a few dozen since and not ripped another, so it very well could have been me. Considering it is soooo much cheaper than CNC, why not give it a try?

But not necessarily any major wow-factor either. It is nice and does the job; the orchid leaves skin smelling sensual. Their is not much moisture if any in this, so I would suggest using for Spring and Summer. It has mica in it which leaves skin luminous. Works just fine. Does what it is supposed to do.

I have the best luck with this brand of mascara, for whatever reason. My lashes are scrawny and straight, and this mascara does a fabulous job. I also love how I can apply one coat for a more natural look, and build it to 2, 3 + coats for more drama. I really like the brush and the applicator is comfortable. Will I use this mascara forever? Probably not; what woman does?? But for now, I am in love. :)

I used to use Loreal's eye primer that was around $8 and the primer would always crease itself! What a waste of money. I then came across this in my local Target; I have always had pretty good luck with their products and for a $1 who cares if it doesn't work? I won't feel guilty. My mom and I both bought one and gave it a try; hooray! We couldn't believe how well it worked. If your eyelids are especially greasy, you may still need to blot them at the end of the day, but this primer is just fantastic, and for a $1 you just can't beat it. I would definitely recommend and will be repurchasing in the future. It keeps even "budget" eyeshadows on and in place.

I am probably being generous with my review, but I will tell you why. I used this for a special event a few weeks ago and I did notice an increase in shine, with some caveats. One, I followed the 20 minute weekly glaze instruction; I would not bother with the daily treatment. I kept it on for closer to an hour. It didn't leave my hair feeling any different, which is good, especially after reading some of the reviews on here. Recently, they have changed the formula a bit but it does contain mica; some have referred to it as "glitter" in their review. Mica is in everything from body wash, to body lotion, eyeshadow, blush and foundation. It states "luminous" right on the bottle which means mica. It is not glittery, but it has a subtle sheen to it. One of the challenges with this product is that it is very expensive. When following the weekly treatment, you have to coat and saturate the hair. My hair is long and thick, and it took half the bottle. The bottle was $9. Imagine if I was using this daily??? I didn't think the product was bad, but for the subtle shine, the price and the effort of having to wear it for an hour I would probably not buy this again, and if I did, it would be for special events only such as New Year's Eve. Bottom line, if you have the cash to spend, and want a subtle difference regardless of the effort, I would give it a try, otherwise, save your money and rinse your hair with cold water.

I have been a loyal Schick Quatro user for years;never had a nick or cut since using Schick. However, I came across several BOGO coupons for the Venus Original (disposable version), and since I am a bargain shopper extraordinaire, how could I pass up this opportunity? I have long believed that Venus has "cornered" the market for razors for women for quite some time and I was convinced that it was one of those products that was mostly hype and not worth the price. Well, after my experience, the product is still overpriced but it works. What I really liked about it was how easy it was to rinse the gel and hair off of the razor, mostly due to the back of the razor being "open" which makes it so much easier to clean. I can't tell you how many times I have had to throw out a razor, not because it was dull, but because it was becoming impossible to de-clog. Another great feature about this razor is the pivoting head; perfect for ankles, knees and lots of curves. I also didn't cut myself once, but I would say that I felt the Venus razor was sharper than the Schick so be careful not to inadvertently press or push; just glide. I would definitely recommend, but for me personally, I will only purchase with the BOGO coupons. But I am really like that with any brand of razor! They are expensive and I like to stock up. I will also try the 5 blade Venus in the Summer. I hear that it keeps stubble away for longer.

Ick. I have to agree with the other reviewer; there is really nothing "plush" about this mascara, and oddly enough, my lashes took on the look of the brush and looked spikey also. It was difficult to apply and wo wants lashes that look like they could kill someone? Pass.

I used to use activate by Clinique, but they are around $18; pretty pricey when there are other options that could do the job just as well. I like the fact that this scrub has a kaolin mud base and that the scrubbing "polishers" are not synthetic but tiny walnut pieces. For the price point, the ingredient list is pretty impressive; all things that I can pronounce. I would definitely recommend and I will continue to use. The only con? The mask has a bit of an odor of mud, which is to be expected.

I was looking for an eyeliner in Taupe for my "natural" makeup days, and bought this eyeliner. I really was not impressed; the pencil is hard and I had to press harder than most pencil liners I have used. For that reason, I thought the product was overpriced and difficult to work with. For one or two days a week, or less, it would be fine but I would never use this eyeliner everyday. Too much of a pain!

I recently read that a fan brush is very good for applying blush on a round face, and I had been looking for a fan brush for a super long time. I have used ELF brushes before, and most of them are just fantastic. However, this brush was garbage. The head was crooked and the bristles were plasticy; it ended up streaking my blush. It was awful. Since the bristles were such poor quality , the blush would not adhere or stick to the brush. Would not recommend. Tissue would work better. Ha.
