The minty fresh smell is amazing and the shampoo is gentle yet cleansing (read: not too harsh, not harsh at all).

The Sleek and Shine conditioner smells nice, hydrates well, and leaves my hair soft and shiny. Plus, the scent lingers a while after I wash my hair, which is wonderful because I love how it smells. The only complaint is that it's hard to get the last few uses out of the bottle. I would definitely buy again.

While I know that a lot of people think this products smells strongly, I like that it's strong enough to leave a soft scent after you're done. True, when you first smell it out of the bottle, it does smell strong. But after you use it with the matching Sleek and Shine conditioner, it leaves a nice, lingering smell on your hair after you dry it. It works pretty well, and unlike other shampoos, hasn't lost effectiveness over continuous use, and lasts quite a while. Also, I did notice my hair was shinier and softer (w/ the conditioner). I would buy this again.

The matching shampoo for this conditioner completely dries my hair out to the point where it feels like latex straw that's been run over by tanks in the Sahara desert. This, however, replenishes the moisture, smells heavenly, and when I was it out, my hair feels smooth and soft again.

This lotion smells nice (not too overwhelming), absorbs quickly, and feels really smooth. Also, it lasts quite a long time, and for the price, is a really great value.

It's not the best shampoo I've ever used, but paired with the matching conditioner, this shampoo performs well with my hair! Like the conditioner and all other Herbal Essences products, this shampoo smells amazing, and the scent lingers even after I'm done showering, which is a big plus for me. It also leaves my hair soft, and healthy-feeling. I haven't experienced any residue, weighing-down of my hair, or anything negative, really. I think this moisturizes relatively well, and the price is unbeatable for the quality. I don't know why, but I really like to use this shampoo in the summer. I guess the tropical coconutty smell just gets me in the summer mood? :)

Not only does is this product better for the environment with it's non-aerosol design and fantastic scent, it has the perfect holding strength. Some hairsprays are too strong and leave my hair feeling like cardboard, while others barely do anything, but this one is perfect! I find that this hairspray is particularly successful with curls! When I curl my hair, I spray a few spritzes on my curls after I'm done, and it works so well! It's still soft and touchable, but it keeps the hair looking neat and the curls perfect and in place! Wonderful! Also, this hairspray is what I use for making updos, especially the ones that have to be high and neat, like buns. This works perfectly! I once brought it to use on my hair before a ballet audition. Perfect! I could not ask for anything better!

I love this heat protectant spray! It's my go-to product for whenever I decide to heat style my hair. Not only does it protect well, it has a wonderful scent they call Lily Bliss. The smell is neither overpowering or cheap. It's a very feminine, fresh, floral scent that always picks up my mood and leaves my hair smelling like, well, bliss. Also, this spray is very easy to work with than creams, serums, etc. Finally, after I style my hair, it makes my hair shiny, soft, and touchable. It feels healthier than any other heat product I've tried! The only complaint I have is that the blue liquid is separated from the clear liquid (not quite sure what they are), and you have to shake pretty well to mix them to make the formula work, and quite often as well because they will separate. Besides that, this product is a must have for anyone that heat styles their hair and wants shiny, smooth, and beautiful hair!

I love Herbal Esssences, and I am a loyal customer. However, this shampoo just didn't deliver. It promises to "balance your hair", and as the name implies, hydrate your hair. But when I used it and rinsed it out, my hair was the texture of dry straw. No joke. The texture or dry straw with a touch of latex rubber glove. That is definitely not what I want in a shampoo, especially one from Herbal Essences and with the name "Hydralicious". The scent was lovely (as are all the products in the Herbal Essences family), and the appearance of the product and packaging was modern and edgy, but the actual substance did not do anything for me. I had the matching conditioner, which helped with the dry straw feeling, but if you were to just use this shampoo, your hair feels dead.

I really like this shampoo for many reasons. The first and foremost is the absolutely heavenly scent. It's like orchid + coconut + tropical breezes + expensive floral perfume... I don't know, the scent is just so lovely that it's indescribable. :) Also, I know this probably doesn't have much impact, but the color of the conditioner is beautiful, like a light blue, and the packaging is chic and modern and trendy. The formula isn't as thick as I usually prefer, but it is pretty creamy, and it works pretty well for my hair, which is long and probably around medium thickness and silky-textured. So I guess my hair isn't very picky. :) I guess the consistency is all based on personal preference. The conditioner leaves my hair soft, silky, and the heavenly scent lingers just long enough not to be overwhelming and boring, but so that I can enjoy it for a few hours after the shower as well. Another thing I really like about this conditioner is that it's easy to spread evenly on my hair, easy to apply, and easy to wash out. Unlike other people, I haven't had any build-up problems, it actually feels very refreshing, but I guess that depends on your personal hair type and such. Overall, a pretty good conditioner. And for just around three dollars, a great value for the quality, performance, and quantity! (And don't forget the heavenly smell! :) )
