I've found others I like better, but this is an old standby. It's probablt the only Tigi hair product I like/will use.

Sometimes I think it's absurd walking down the dental care isle. You can easily become overwhelmed by the copious ammounts of toothpaste to chose from; asking yourself "What do I want my toothpaste to achive?". Personally I want mine to give me a clean mouth, white teeth, be sensitive-tooth friendly, taste nice and really, truly polish away the rough feeling you can sometimes get between cleaning -that's not too much to ask, is it? (Oh, did I fail to mention I'm a clean mouth fanatic, and die-hard flosser - I'm the girl in the bathroom airport brushing here teeth on layovers.) Lucky for me, Crest Whitening Expressions achives everything on my list, with an added extra - their new Wintergreen Ice flavour leaves my tongue tingily! The silica it contains does a serious polish job, and the toothpaste its self sparkles! I'm not sure why that makes me happy, but it does. In fact, I like all of their flavours, especially the Cinnamon Rush & Refreshing Vanilla Mint. It's good to get joy from the little things, right?

of lavender and peppermint and the BHA's - foot cremes that do the work for you are awesome. Plus, this one contains extra moisturizing shea butter

Again, one of my favs - nice and thick for the winter months. AHA's in a foot creme are a must!

I really like this one for summer, it has a light consistancy - the AHA's are softening - they do all the work for you!

Stila’s Cherry Crush lip & cheek stain is a lovely little gel based stain housed in adorable cherry blossom print click pen. Since this is a gel, it picks up where other liquid (read – messy) stains leave off. A couple clicks of the pen produces a small amount of colour, just enough to easily tint your lips or rouge your cheeks. It dries quickly, yet gives you plenty of time to work with the colour, ensuring plenty of leaway for your desired effect. Top if off with a little gloss or lip balm to add some dewiness, people will think you’ve just eaten a bowl of cherries! I definitely think this gives a very youthful flush to the face – like a child who’s been out playing in fresh air, and I would love to see it produced in a variety of colours. This would be a great travel option, as it houses 2 products in one streamlined package.

Late afternoon got you looking down? Just do what I do - touch up your blush! A little pop of colour will make the world of difference, you'd be surprised how refreshed & full of life it will make you look. My favourite blush is MAC's Blush Cream in Lillicent - a creme blush that adds a healthy flush to my cheeks. The colour is so natural, like it's coming from within. And, it's a better alternative to hitting the vending machine for a pick-me-up of another kind.

I’m so picky when it comes to gloss! There’s so much to consider; texture, sheen, shimmer, hydration level, applicator, SPF, smell, and taste – don’t forget taste (which if you are new here, I HATE tasting my lip products. I’m not usually big on smell either, but that’s negotiable, especially if it’s a scent I deem appropriate). Well, this little $6 gloss exceeded my expectations. I received ‘nude attitude’, a really pretty, fleshy, pinky-nude that’s completely void of shimmer. It has a wand applicator (travel friendly) and smells quite similar to Laura Mercier’s Crème Brule (a scent I deem both lovely & appropriate), and it has no taste! It gets extra gold stars for that plus the fact that it contains Vitamins A,C & E and is incredibly hydrating– very similar in texture to my beloved MAC lip jelles. So, who knew that when I grew up Avon would be so awesome, I’d still lie in bed dreaming about their products…

It is essential for me that my eye makeup remover truly clears away all traces of makeup. I have always used oil based products, which I find do the job best. However, for traveling it’s not ideal to take a bottle of oil with you, you could wind up with a mess on your hands. I really like taking the Almay moisturizing eye pads with me when I'm away from home. The oil soaked disks don’t qualify as a liquid, so it wins some serious points there. They remove all eye makeup easily without tugging, and once you’ve used them, toss them. Fantastic!

my favorite daily moisturizer with SPF for some very good reasons I’ll share with you… 1. It is a physical blocker, which means it utilizes zinc oxide for its UV protection, ensuring the protection actually includes defense against UVA (aging rays) and that it stays put! I don’t need to be worrying all day that my chemical sun screen has broken down and degraded just an hour or 2 after I applied it, therefore rendering it useless. 2. It has Green Tea and Vitamin E – 2 potent anti-oxidants that fight free radicals & help protect your skin against sun damage. 3. It’s relatively inexpensive, and you can find it anywhere. 4. It’s a great base for your makeup, my Dermalogica sheer tint moisture SPF 15 (also zinc based) glides right over it. 5. It is endorsed by the Skin Cancer Foundation & tons of dermatologists, including Dr. Leslie Baumann & my own derm. 6 It's a travel friendly 2 1/2oz! What’s not to love?!
