This shampoo is a great choice for dry or damaged color treated hair. It never strips my color and it hydrates really well, leaving my hair soft and shiny. It also does a good job of controlling frizz. I've been using this shampoo and the matching conditioner for a couple of years and my hair looks and feels very healthy despite permanent color, highlighting and heat styling. This shampoo is very gentle yet it lathers nicely, cleanses thoroughly and never weighs my hair down. It took about 2 or 3 uses for my hair to get used to this formula but once it did, the results were awesome. Nothing else has given me results this good. I also love the fact that Shea Moisture products are all natural and that they don't have many of the harmful chemicals so prevalent in many other hair product brands. If you have dry or damaged hair, this formula is an excellent option. I highly recommend it. It has made a huge difference for me.

This mask is a great choice if you're experiencing breakage. My hair is heavily highlighted and even though my colorist uses Olaplex, I was still having some minor breakage that was upsetting me. I thought that using this mask might help the situation. I started using it once a week for 45 minutes or so with heat and I definitely noticed that the breakage lessened with every treatment. This mask has a high protein content, which is good because protein fills in the empty spaces on the hair shaft, making it stronger. I continued to use this mask on a regular basis and the breakage completely stopped within a month. I was also using it for 10-15 minutes in lieu of regular conditioner on occasion and all of this really made a huge difference. I'm very pleased with the results. This mask is reasonably priced and works as well as many high end brands I've tried in the past. I like the fact that it contains natural ingredients and doesn't have a lot of the nastier chemicals so many hair products have these days. If you have fragile hair, this mask can surely make it stronger. I highly recommend it. It's made a big difference for me.

This shampoo works great for my dry, frizz prone color treated hair. It's very gentle, yet cleanses thoroughly and it leaves my hair feeling light and bouncy. I also use the matching conditioner and together they make my hair soft, supple and shiny. This shampoo doesn't strip my color but it also hydrates nicely and it helps control frizz. It also never weighs my hair down. It lathers great, smells terrific and rinses clean. What more could you ask for? I definitely recommend it.

I use this mask in two ways: for about 45 minutes with heat and for 5-10 minutes in lieu of regular conditioner. I use it once a week with heat and it works great as a deep treatment. It hydrates really well and makes my hair strong and soft. It prevents the dryness that comes with coloring heat styling. It has protein for strength and it has prevented the breakage that results from highlights. If my hair is feeling particularly parched, I use it instead of regular conditioner and it works well that way too. It gives me some added moisture and makes my hair supple and shiny. Shea Moisture masks works as well as any high end brand imo. This one makes my hair look and feel very healthy and it never weighs my hair down. I definitely recommend it.

This serum is great for dry ends. I use it before styling products on the last couple of inches of my hair. It soaks right in and makes my hair smooth and my ends very supple. I usually don't blow dry my hair but when I do, this serum makes my hair very sleek. When I air dry overnight and then use a curling iron in the morning, this serum makes my waves very shiny and my hair very soft and full of body. It's a great treatment for dry and damaged hair. I highly recommend it.

This powder is pretty amazing actually. It's very silky and it really does make pores disappear. I apply it with a large fluffy brush rather than the sponge and it works like magic. It also controls oil for hours. My skin is somewhat oily and usually I have blot my face a couple of hours after applying my makeup but when I use this powder I can go 5 or 6 hours, which is quite a feat, believe me. It doesn't add any color or give my face a flat matte finish. It just provides a satiny veil that controls shine and truly makes pores look smaller. It's just a remarkable product. And thankfully, it doesn't contain talc, which I'm allergic to and is also a carcinogen. I highly recommend this powder for all skin types.

This dry shampoo powder is much better than any of the sprays I've tried. It's much less messy and there's much less residue so it's easier to brush out whatever residue there is. It also smells amazing, like lemons. It also gives me amazing volume. I sprinkle the powder every 1/2 inch avoiding my part. I then massage the powder in just like regular shampoo. I then wait about 15-20 minutes for the powder to absorb the oil. There's little to no residue to brush out but if there is, I use a boar bristle brush (plastic bristles don't work for this maneuver). I get a nice amount of volume that lasts for days and my hair looks and feels clean and fresh. This small bottle lasts me about a month although I use it several times a week. It has no nasty propellants like the sprays, which don't last very long at all. It's not expensive when you consider how long it lasts. The scent is so nice that I wish it came in a perfume. This is by far the best dry shampoo I'v'e ever used. It's so much better than any of the sprays, high end or drugstore. I definitely recommend this product. If you haven't found a dry shampoo you like, give this one a whirl. It different and much better than anything else on the market.

This is an awesome dry shampoo. I prefer the dry shampoo powders. They are less messy than the sprays and it's easier to control the amount of powder so there's less residue to brush out. This powder absorbs oil really well and gives me a nice amount of volume. It also smells amazing. I sprinkle the powder about every 1/2 inch or so, avoiding my part. I then massage it in like regular shampoo. I wait about 20 minutes and then, if there's any residue left (often there isn't) I brush it out with a boar bristle brush (plastic bristles don't work for this maneuver). The residue brushes out easily and I get volume that lasts all day. It leaves my hair feeling and looking clean and fresh. This bottle lasts me several months although I use it several times a week. It has no nasty propellant like the sprays, which only last a short time. The best price for this product is on Amazon, btw. The powder is really fine and it doesn't leave a white cast in my hair at all. In fact, it often doesn't leave any residue at all. I even use it overnight and it works well that way too. This is by far the best dry shampoo I've ever used. I highly recommend it.

I had high hopes for this shampoo (and the conditioner). I read so many positive reviews that I had to give them a try. My hair is really dry and I wanted something that would give me some serious moisture. After two weeks and half the bottles, this shampoo and conditioner did absolutely zero. No hydration, no difference whatsoever. I spent $64 on this duo and it was a complete waste of cash. I can't even take them back because I used too much of them. I can use the shampoo to wash wool sweaters and will use the conditioner to occasionally cowash, but basically I've been totally ripped off. I have no idea why there are so many positive reviews. It didn't work well for me at all. The only positive thing I can say is that these products smell amazing. I definitely don't recommend this shampoo (or the conditioner).

I really wanted to like this conditioner. I was also using the shampoo and I expected this duo to moisturize really well and to make a difference. Well, they did nothing at all. My hair was just the same after using half the bottles as it was at the beginning. The only positive thing I can say is that they smell amazing. I can't understand all the positive reviews. I really gave them a fair trial and I think after using them that long there should be some noticeable difference. I will say that my hair was no worse off than before but it certainly was no better. I spent a small fortune at Ulta for these products and because I used half of these bottles I can no longer return them. So I'm stuck with them. I guess I can use the shampoo to handwash wool sweaters, and can use the conditioner as a cowash. Other than that, they'll likely sit in my hall closet, where failed hair products go to die. I wasted $64 on these products. I bought them because of all the rave reviews, on makeupalley and Amazon. Ulta was sold out numerous times, which I took as a very good sign. So I couldn't wait to try them. The shampoo felt rich and creamy and the conditioner felt rich as well and my hair was easy to detangle. But absolutely nothing good happened. My hair was in no better condition two weeks later. So I can't recommend these products at all. Oh yeah, I can use the conditioner to shave my legs (I forgot about that, lol!).
