Philosophy The Super Natural Multi-Use, Natural Hair Brush

    Complete Natural and Beautiful Finish

This is the ultimate must-have versatile makeup brush. It creates an airbrushed finish and the bristles are packed densely, the texture is so soft and silky so when it comes to applying makeup, it becomes more of a pleasure than a task. Simply swirl this into your powder and buff it in circular motions into the skin and see that it conceals pores and imperfections and is small enough to be tapped onto blemishes for concealing. Or use this with a liquid foundation with gentle sweep motions across the face and then buffed in circular motion for a flawless finish. I love it. I also love how skinny the handle is and how the bristles always move in the same direction so no messy powder or blush strays and no extra liquid foundation getting into places you don't want.

  • Sephora Colorful Strass Mono Eyeshadow

The glitter in these eyeshadows are not micromilled so be very careful not to get them into your eyes. The colors are very enticing but application isn't easy with this eyeshadow finish particularly.

  • Sephora Mosaic Bronzing Powder

I purchased this and wasn't too satisfied. I found that the finish was more peachy than bronze and didn't show up to the skin too well; it just blended right in. I could do better with a more pigmented blush, this was too sheer. This is probably more for very fair to ivory skin tones as I am a light ochre to a medium ochre color and I wanted a sunkissed look. I didn't see a great impace with this although the palette looks very pleasing to the eye and has a thin case.

    Sephora Signature Clear Makeup Bag

    Easy on the price tag

For a low price, this is a pretty useful bag and easy to find your items in. Also, if you shop here, it also lets people know where to find your personal goods. I've had this for about three months and it's holding up and usually carried in my handbag. I just dislike that it's so clear, any dirt or trace of marks are easily seen so this bag does have to have cleansed regularly for a neater appearance just as any clear container.

    Sephora Blush Me! Mono

    Sheer and Natural

The finish of these blushes are very sheer which for me, personally, is a benefit because I like blush that looks natural. I use a medium powder brush and buff this onto the outter edges of the apples of my cheek bones and found that they flatter my facial shape. I also like that you can use this as an eyeshadow, wet or dry. The glitter is milled enough to deflect light, instead of just sit atop of the skin and I haven't had any skin irritation with this one yet. I just wished they had far more many colors to do different looks. The apricot and coral one look very similar.

  • Sephora Colorful Duo Eyeshadow

It's nifty these colors coordinate together and these are great eyeshadows without the hefty price tag. For everday looks, I use them just the way they are, for a more bolder and dramatic AND more pigmented look, I dip my brush into water and then dip my brush into the shadow for a damp finish and blend and what this does is create a more lively effect on the eyelids. The shadows last longer if you put on a base on the eyelids such as a liquid foundation, a touch base, or primer and these will make the eyes pop.

  • Matrix Biolage SmoothProof Conditioner

For a salon product, I would expect to see a difference. However, I did not other than just the feeling of softness. This did add softness but at the end of the shower and a brush later, I found my hair more frizzier than it usually compared to the shampoo/conditioner I was already using. This does have a light pleasant scent that isn't overpowering but I wouldn't say this is the greatest product in the market but it would depend on your hair type. I already have long straight, moderately frizzy hair and I use smoothing or silkening conditioners to nourish and maintain and decrease the frizz. The texture is similar to a facial cream and it does coat the hair well almost like a mask but after rinsing it, the properties of this product didn't have a lasting effect on my hair and wasn't able to withstand humid weather conditions.

    Sephora Cooling Cover Stick

    Could Do Better

This product didn't impress me at all. It is greasy in application and goes on very sheer, even glossier feeling than a stick foundation. It had broken me out around my chin and the sides of my face where my skin is blotchy. Although the cooling adds a nice sensation to the face, the after effect isn't so fantastic. This is the texture of a lipbalm and glides on easily but isn't rich in pigment and the colors are pretty limited.

  • Sephora Colorful Pearl Mono Eyeshadow

    Sephora Colorful Pearl Mono Eyeshadow

    Great Eyeshadow, Wet or Dry

I think this is highly underestimated. I purchased several of these and found that they work wonders. Why? Because they go on sheer so you can control the color depth but what's even more remarkable with it is that you can touch an eyeshadow brush into water, rub in into a shade and use it for a more dramatic and long lasting effect. They do blend well if you use a blank bigger and soft textured eyeshadow brush and buffed between colors. An eyeshadow primer is recommended for this so that it will stay on longer, but for the price, it's impressive. I just believe it's how creative you get with it. It doesn't have a hefty price tag and isn't the most luxurious brand in the market but I think it's one of the few cheapies that are versatile.I just wished some of glittery ones had the glitter more refined to deflect light and create a more polished and blendable coordinating look.

  • Sephora Lacquer Nail Polish

    Sephora Lacquer Nail Polish

    Mediocre Nail Polish

This nail polish is very decent when it comes to an everday wear situation. They come in many colors and finishes, however, I found that they aren't what I'd use for a grand or a special occasion. I have found that from time to time, they can dent easily and the color separates in the bottle, leaving an odd separation of pigment and liquid. It does take quite a bit of time to dry so overall, I would prefer a regular mass retailer brand over this for even less this price here.
