The funny thing about this eyeliner is that although it's water-resistant, you need a bit of water to help it go on. A little too much water and you have a slippy-slidey mess! Honestly, I don't have the patience for it. I have friends who told me nonstop about how amazing this was and how they loved it so much. Admittedly, it does last forever, but if I can't get it to work for me, it doesn't do a lick of good!

What do I say about this product? I got rave reviews about it from numerous people, but it really didn't do a thing for me. It feels great when I slick it on, but the color is off for my skintone. I have to wait for it to dry so I can pat some of my powder on top to make it blend in more. It's simply too dark for me. But for most people, I can see where the shade tricks the light and allows their undereye area to look brighter and more smooth. I'll use mine up, but I think I'm sticking to my All About Eyes Rich from now on.

Lancome's blushers have a LOT of pigment to them. Don't be fooled by the coquettish shades and take care to use a light hand when applying. I use Shimmer Mocha Havana as a bronzer on my super pale skin, and I have to be careful not to add too much or it gets glittery and muddy.

This eyeliner has a LOT of pigmentation. The deep cobalt shade is my favorite. It's really stunning on! They make my tiny little eyes POP behind my frames. It's super creamy and easy to use! My favorite trick with these liners is to use an angled brush to put powder eye shadow in a complementary shade right on top of the liner. Deep Cobalt with a little "Peacock" shadow is such a beautiful combination. I used it on a lot of prom/homecoming makeovers and always got an ecstatic result from my girls.

The eye shadow brush is perfect to get most any eye look. It's short enough to do most crease work and long enough to shade most of the eyelid as well. It's soft just like all of Clinique's other brushes and pretty great for most eyes. I have pretty small eyes, so I prefer combining my eye shader brush with my contour brush, but that's just me. I've done plenty of eye looks on other people with just this one brush and it worked great!

This little brush is not one I use often. The bristles are decently stiff, but I feel like it gets stray hairs really easily. I have successfully used it as a lip brush, though! I prefer my angled brush when I use cream/gel eye liners, and maybe that's just a personal preference.

I was pretty disappointed with this mascara. I bought it for my wedding because I was terrified that I'd cry off any other mascara and I love the normal formula. It went on smoothly at first, but I feel like my tube dried up too quickly. Not to mention it didn't feel waterproof to me! It's definitely not smudge-resistant because after an 8 hour work day it was all around my bottom lash line. I was so surprised and simultaneously disappointed! I'll stick to the regular formula from now on.

This lip balm feels amazing when you put it on. I have to be careful not to keep swishing it back and forth so I don't waste it--that $31 price tag sure is a hefty one! The smell is absolutely intoxicating. I just don't feel like this really does anything for the color of my lips. I barely noticed a tint to them at all--the slightest hint of a rosier tint. I've seen it look so beautiful and glossy on other people, that I just feel disappointed with the results I'm seeing. I'll definitely be using it, though, because I'm certainly not letting all that money go to waste!

This brush is perfect for winging your eyeliner, doing your brows, and even filling in your lips (just not all at the same time). I love most of Clinique's brushes and this one is no different. The one complaint with mine is that it has this one crazy stray hair that always messes up my looks. I try to slick it down with whatever product I'm piling on, but it always manages to stick back out again.

The new shades for Fall from Estee Lauder come in these beautiful trios. Really, all the shades are gorgeous. The problem is that sometimes I only really like one or two shades out of the trios. Usually one shade smears on with glorious intensity and then at least one comes off a bit too glittery as though it can't hold itself together. I definitely recommend an eye shadow base beneath these to help them stay put and to really show them off. I have Beach Metals, but I'm not in love with it. On my pale skin, the first 2 shades don't really do anything for me. But that burgundy? It's amazing. It's this beautiful contouring crease shade that makes my blue eyes pop. I hope to get the steely blue trio next!
