This UD palette was not at all what I thought it would be. I bought it on a whim (thanks, Nordstrom Rack) because the colors looked so beautiful together. When I got it home, I realized how chunky and flaky the shadows were. Even with my primer potion, these shadows didn't glide on--they felt like tiny slivers of glass raking across my eyelids. I was really disappointed!!! I wanted this to be an "everyday" type of palette, but it ends up being my "I don't know what else to try now" palette.

I love this stuff! I piled on the makeup and went to a drag show to see my favorite queen (all hail RAJA) and this stuff really held up. I did a few more than the recommended sprays (because I'm a little obsessive) and my skin felt like marble when I touched it. My eye makeup stayed on 'til the following day (because shut up!) and my blush/foundation faded only when I went to sleep. If I do the recommended three sprays, I don't find that it holds up alllll night. But add like...2 more, and sure!

I noticed an immediate difference with this lash primer. My lashes not only looked fuller, but they looked longer too! It was nice to be able to apply mascara directly on top of the primer as well--some primers make you wait until they dry before your mascara goes on. It didn't bother my sensitive eyes at all and made coating on the Sumptuous mascara very easy--I recommend them as a pair. It also helped me get all those tiny bottom lashes without making them too thick or crunchy.

This mascara will never peel, smear, clump, or fade on you. I promise! It's really, really nice for bottom lashes because the tiniest of all the mascara brushes have come to help your lashes look glorious--not spidery! The price tag matches the smaller packaging (thank goodness) and it comes in black and black brown (although I'm not sure who ACTUALLY wears black brown!). I keep it in my purse as an afterthought in case I have to do my makeup in the car. Pro-tip: It's also great for wrangling those curvy lashes at the corners of your eyes!

This fragrance...is just so mindblowingly good. I love a good "exotic" fragrance and this combines all of those traditional exotic-y elements with citrus smells as well. I love citrus! I feel sexy when I wear this. It's not so heavy that it drowns me, but it will hang on your clothing and skin all day. One light mist will do, though!

This brush is really, really great at helping you not waste foundation. It's super easy to clean with either the Lauder brush cleaner or your Take it Away makeup remover. A little warm water and voila! Clean! I think one of the most helpful things about it is the thinness really allows you to get around curves like the nose and chin, especially when trying to apply a full coverage foundation evenly.

I feel like this gloss is a great standby. You know, when the lipliner, lipstick, and gloss combo that you perfected at 10 am has now worn away to a faded liner and a chunk of glitter that's trying to escape the side of your mouth. This has a nice, jelly-like feel. It's thick, and if you're into thick gloss, you're in luck. The colors are pretty darn pigmented and have a nice amount of shimmer to them. They catch the light well. Also, it has that oh-so-easy mode of application with it's squeeze and apply rounded tip. Try it out!

This fragrance...I just can't. It's supposed to be so unique in that it smells like a bouquet of a thousand flowers. And while that may be true, it makes me want to run in the other direction. It makes my nose crinkle up and my eyes run just thinking about it! It has a very distinct scent and if you absolutely love flowers, then go for it!

I've been trying Estee's Daywear in the dry skin formula, and while I'm not completely sold, it did treat my skin better than it's Clinique counterpart (Superdefense--why you no like me??). I (surprisingly) don't mind the cucumber scent. I definitely don't think it's strong. The product seemed to feel cool on my skin, but melted in as well. I do plan on trying the oil-free version because my sensitive skin might not always be able to handle this one on a daily basis.

I have 2 colors from Clinique's newest line of nail enamel. 70(degrees) and Sunny is a bright, Ferrari-yellow. It has a smooth, buttery look on the nails and with two coats, it's super vibrant. Made of Steel is a dark, sexy gunmetal shade. I also have Strappy Sandals. This is a platinum metallic shade. I found that 2 coats were necessary for this shade to not look streaky when it goes on. However, I don't recommend the base/topcoat that Clinique sells. I used it the first time I did a manicure with the yellow shade, and it chipped the same day and bubbled--a lot. I've had the platinum shade on for three or four days now and I've seen very minimal chipping (I did do some dishes, after all!). The same went for the yellow shade. No base/topcoat--no problem!!! The colors are all vibrant and beautiful and these won't be my last. Also, if you tend to have eye allergies/sensitivities when it comes to nail enamels, these guys don't have the allergy stirring ingredients that all your other polishes do!
