There is only one main ingredient that does the tanning. Ya, the smell will be different in the various ones and you have to sniff around for that. For the price I have used Lancome and my skin was like silk. So there are skin softening agents involved also. But really for the look shop around. You can find them for way less money.

All of these types of products are pretty much the same, that is except for the price!! Which is a real rip off! Trader Joes has some excellent ones for a fraction of the price. Also, think about it, they are basicely a baby wipe. Check out the ingredients and then go to the baby isle in the grocery store!!! I use to use some but can not remember the name of them right now. I got into them for the novelty but went back to the old fashion way.

Estee Lauder DayWear Plus Multi Protection Anti-Oxidant Lotion SPF 30 for Normal/Combination Skin
Alot Going For It
Now we are talking! Definitely one product I always purchase again. Let me say though that my bottle says Daywear Plus Multi Protection Anti=Oxidant Lotion Emulsion complete protection jeunesse SPF 30 but does not say combination skin on it, although I am told it is for all skin types. This is a great product. It contains antioxidants and other ingredients that are good for your skin. Of course it also has a sunscreen, which is broad spectrum. So this is like getting a moisturizer, which is lightweight along with a treatment product and an SPF. So you are really getting three products in one. I really do not like the idea of putting 3 products before I even get to foundation. Lauder also makes one that is tinted but it is definitely not for everyone. I took mine back and the one I have now with no color. The application is not thick or greasy but light yet moisturizing. It absorbs nicely with your skin so that your make up application goes on nicely. You will not need a primer either with this. Guess this actually makes it a four in one. Summer time is an excellent time for this no matter what your skin type is. In the wintertime if your complexion is really dry you may need to add a moisturizer. But I would think your would have to have pretty dry skin to need to do this. My skin is dry but this works just fine in the winter for me. Another nice thing about Say Wear Plus is that it is packaged in a tube. You can also stand it up on either end, which I find is important with tubes as the product falls down to the opening if you stand it on its head. Otherwise you end up having to shake the product towards the opening to get it to come out, and that is a nuisance. Another good thing about having a product in a tube is that if there are any active ingredients they won’t loose their potency upon contact with air. The only thing that is negative it the price. That means we are paying for the name and I certainly do not find the name Estee Lauder to be ‘a name’ to have to pay for.

I use to wear this back in collage and kind of forgot about it. I like that it was/is an oil and once you have it on it stays there a long time. I loved the deep fragrance, kind of the oriental type. It last a long time too since it is an oil and you do not have to use much. Plus, you can add a few drops to your bath. Add a few drops on a cotton ball or something better and throw in a drawer. I'm gonna have to see if it is still around!

I got this years ago...and still have it. I do not care for powder compacts much any move although I still have a couple I use once in awhile. This one is empty and I don't plan on getting a refill. They hold up incredibly as I say I have had mine for many, many years. Why I still have it I am not sure. I guess I just think I will run into someone that would like it and then they would only have to get a refil.

Nice colors and texture. Case a big big. Doesn't stay as well as other sheers I have. Price tag silly.

Yes the pencils are nice and it is good that you can buy refills. I bought 2 different refills when I got it and just pop what color in that I want. The texture is nice, its the creamy formula. The only problem is that it does not stay very well. I would not purchase again.

As with her sheers these are also great. Huge color selection and all beautiful. Comfortable on the lips. Packaging on all lipsticks is great. They are not big and bulk...so they don't take up alot room. The lipstick is not smaller because of this. Some companies just put the lipstick in a huge container, which is so unnecessary.

These are great lip sheers. They stay well on your lips for being a sheer and never feel sticky or gooey. Very beautiful colors but hard to choose just one. I will purchase again.

If I could only have 5 products to my name this would be one them...a cream blush. If I could only have one blush this would be it. I have never in my life used such an incredible blush. Totally and completely awesome. The best of the best of the best. In fact I would have to say it is one of the three best products I have ever used, regardless of what it was for, that I have ever used on my physical body. I did an extensive research on cream blushes just to find out what was out there that may compare to Paula Dorf's just in case it may be discontinued. It took quite some time and my findings were that there is not one product like this anywhere to be found. What's it like? Well I will try my best to let you know, but really, it is something you are going to have to experience for yourself. First off there are enough colors to make anyone happy with. It is a nice size to carry if you are one to carry blush around with you. No big compact with a lot of excess plastic to make it bulkier. It is just enough to contain the product. The packaging also has a clear top so that if you have more than one color it is easy to locate which one you want. Now here comes the first awesome part, the texture. How can I describe this? Well it is a cream blush but not creamy in the aspect of what we think of when we hear 'cream blush'. It is not thick or heavy in any way. Yet it is not a silicone type with that slick feeling. Use this application method: Rub your first three fingers (or brush, I'll get to this in a moment) around the smooth texture and them kind of blot your fingers on the area you wish to cover. Then you blend it with the same 3 fingers held together. You don't rub, you just kind of move your three fingers over the area like a wisp of air, lightly smoothing over. It just magically blends itself. No pressing, rubbing or many short strokes you would normally have to do with a cream blush. The feel is just...lighter than air. You can reapply more if you want and it performs just like the first time. Here is the hard part though...it feels so wonderful you do not want to stop!!! But you have to unless you want to look like a clown. Tomorrow is another day!! Now about applying it with a brush. Paula sells a brush just for this blush. I have it too. It is a great brush...very well designed and works well too. It is angled and moves across your cheekbones or apples of your cheeks beautifully. But.... I mostly do not use it. Why you may ask, if it is such a nice brush? Well for a couple of reasons. One is that if you put the brush on the blush you will end up loosing product. I do not care what they say. Experience will give you the truth. If you choose to use the brush then use it to blend only, once you have applied the product to your face with your fingers. Secondly, well if you use a brush you never get to FEEL the incredible texture and how it whispers across your cheeks. I have used a few colors but am set on Candy Apple now because it is the most economical and is a beautiful color once applied. It is actually their number one selling color. You get a good saturation of color with way less product. True you won't get to keep applying it in order to continue feeling the very addictive texture and application experience. You can wear it over foundation or over just bare skin. It does not mater what you put it on top of. I also use it for an eye shadow. So pretty. Actually I am going to get another one just for that purpose alone. It leaves the most beautiful finish, so very natural. It literally melds with your skin. You can apply a light dusting of a sheer powder blush over it if you want, for an added pop or if you have very oily skin. But do not shy away from this just because it says cream. It is not what you think. You can also add a light dusting of a shimmer if you like that look. Powders are very easy to apply over it. It does not leave your skin feeling sticky, or for that matter even creamy. Your skin just feels like skin. It also wears very well but for the oiliest of skins you may want to top it with a powder. If I had the money I would give every woman in the world this blush. The price is ok too considering how long it lasts, providing you get candy apple. Well after all this talk I think I may go put just a dab on, I won’t get carried away…I promise…just one more time…until tomorrow!!
