I have been wanting to try this product for such a long time; I have always heard Bumble and bumble styling products were excellent and the surf spray has always had great reviews via word of mouth. One thing that definitely stands out about this spray is the sleek black bottle it comes in and the little black piece that sticks on the side of the actual sprayer so it never leaks. This spray is pricey at about $27 for a 4 oz and if you're using it everyday the spray will go quick; however it does work and I only style my hair down on weekends so it's worth the money for me. I bought this and after having wanding my hair in tight spiral curls and sleeping on it and brushing it through, I sprayed my surf spray all over to see if it would keep it looking like more a relaxed hairstyle with a beachy kind of look. The smell is nice, definitely reminds me of the beach and the actual spray is not sticky or messy which is nice. I touched my hair throughout the day and it did not feel hard/crunchy like some sprays make it feel and my curls were still in my hair. I also noticed I had a lot of movement with my hair as I tend to flip my hair on both sides throughout the day. I have not sprayed this on my hair after getting out of the shower so I will try that and see how my hair looks after and if it has a beachy look that way. Using it to hold my loose curls works well and I am excited to see how it does with other looks!

I love Lorac TANtalizer body bronzer and have had multiple deluxe samples that somehow last me for a while. I have enjoyed using many Lorac products and am always pleased with the pigmentation and packaging; the price is not that bad for a high end brand either. I always make sure I exfoliate my skin and shave my legs before using this product so the bronzer adheres better to the skin and I highly recommend you do the same. I squeeze the product onto my hands, and rub into my arms, chest, stomach, buttocks, thicks, calfs, front of my legs, and tops of my feet. The bronzer has a beautiful shimmer that does not like like chunky cheap glitter but a beautiful sun kissed shimmer/glow that gives my medium brown skin a beautiful hint of added darkness. I always wear sunscreen through the summer AND the winter and unfortunately I start getting pale on my legs during the winter so this product helps "even me out" without having to go tanning. I always make sure I let myself "dry" after application because it will stain clothes; using a blowdryer on cool will help. The smell is not bad, kind of a summery kind of smell and I always wash my hands after using it so it won't stain them. I highly recommend you buy some gloves (Ulta and Sephora both have them) and use them to blend in the bronzer. It doesn't allow your hands to come in contact with the bronzer and applying it in a circular motion really gives it an even better look. So far my favorite bronzing lotion is St. Tropez but if you want something less expensive that is pretty effective I'd choose this one, it works. You're looking at about $30-$35 as opposed to other high end bronzers which usually start at $40+.

I love Paul Mitchell products and have really started purchasing other ones in the line to fall in love with them and review them. I purchased the Extra-body daily shampoo and two others that I'll review later and absolutely love it! I always love Paul Mitchell packaging because it is simple and has a unisex look to it so my husband doesn't mind having it around our bathroom. First thing I noticed about this is definitely the smell- It is AMAZING! It has such a soft, relaxing smell but I have no idea what the notes are but it's so calming for me; I used a quarter size dollop for my hair and washed my hair as I usually do from scalp to mid shaft and let the water rinse it out to my ends. After styling my hair I noticed my hair felt fuller and thicker and I almost felt like it was too much. It really does give me a lot of volume! I am only going to wash my hair with this shampoo when I go out that night or following day because I would not want that amount of thickness for the low buns I have to have for work everyday. I purchased this in the travel size that's under $4 to make sure I would love it before I committed to the big size but as soon as I run out of it I'll be purchasing the regular size and keep refilling my travel size. I don't think I'll ever be disappointed with any Paul Mitchell product; they all smell great, are well priced, and do what they say. The bottle says "...super body-builder.." and that's EXACTLY what it is! Great job Paul Mitchell!

I absolutely love the NYX photo-loving primer. I would say it's comparable to Smashbox photo finish primer except a quarter of the price. I purchased this primer at Ulta for under $15 and they usually have a buy one get one half off on all NYX cosmetics which makes me ALWAYS buy something else. I use less than a dime size amount for my cheeks, forehead, chin and nose. The consistency is great; I would say it's as soft as any other primer, doesn't cake up when you rub it between your hands, and feels great going on my skin. The packaging says it will give you a smooth complexion which I believe; it keeps that barrier between my skin and face like all primers do and smooths out my skin so I can apply the rest of my makeup. The packaging is also similar to Smashbox's photo finish primer and is easy to squeeze out. I was a little frustrated when I first opened it and squeezed some out because it came out like oil but I closed it up, squeezed it a bit and shook it and it came out in the same way it usually does. The cool thing about this packaging and all the packaging that squeezes out is when you're on the last bit of it and can't get it I always cut the top off and use a Q-tip to get the rest...I get my money's worth and I don't waste any. As with all other NYX products, I highly recommend this primer if you want a decent priced primer that does what it says. NYX cosmetics are my favorite out there because they are well priced, have great pigmentation, and they do what they say. Try this primer, it's amazing!

I can see why this mascara has had such great reviews. I bought this at CVS and I paid $7.99 (great price for mascara.) I love the packaging-cute hot pink bottle with yellow writing and just basic mascara packaging. Upon opening the mascara and getting ready to use it this morning I noticed the smell is pleasant unlike many mascaras I've used and there was already mascara on the brush so I didn't need to redip multiple times. I applied a coat to my top lashes and immediately noticed my lashes appeared to be lengthening and the mascara glided on well. I LOVE the brush! I usually don't like brush brushes, I prefer the applicator that have rubber hairs that separate each lash but even though this brush is bigger and has more hairs, it separated my hairs without clumping them. I also applied to my bottom lashes and it separated them and made them full. I have never liked the green and pink classic Maybelline mascara that everyone raves about but this mascara actually works. I love it! I was so impressed I bought the Maybelline Lash sensational mascara to try as well..I'm excited! Buy this if you want a decent priced mascara that makes your lashes look good!

I bought this at Walgreen's for $4 on clearance because I wanted to see if it actually worked to brighten my hands. I use this ALOT; I apply it several times throughout the day(3 or 4) and every night at bedtime. I love the fact that this has a spf of 30 because too many women put sunscreen on everywhere on their body but do not remember to apply to their hands (me included.) The box that this product comes in says it will help brighten skin, reduce appearance of dark spots, and leaves hands moisturized. I definitely think this lotion helped brighten my hands. They look smoother and they are not two toned as much as they used to be. I haven't really noticed they are much more moisturized than before, especially my cuticles, but my cuticles are always dry, even if I put treatments and creams on them often. The formula is not too thick but it does not leave my hands greasy which is usually what happens with a thinner formula. I really like this product but am wondering if it's being discontinued because it was on clearance when I purchased it..?

I bought this because I have enjoyed using the L'oreal Paris Advanced shampoos and conditioners and figured this would be an excellent mask I could use weekly. This is a relatively inexpensive mask that you can get at any drugstore or Target and it under $10. I absolutely love the smell, it makes me doing my weekly mask even more relaxing. The formula is this thick yellow formula that I rub onto my entire scalp with most emphasis on my ends. The formula is supposed to help mend split ends and damage due to coloring, heat, and the elements; the container says it's supposed to heal one year of damage in one use. I agree with this claim because I always have split ends even if I only use heat on my hair once a week, I wash my hair every other day, and do masks weekly. This mask really helps repair that damage and seals up my cuticle so help it from breaking further until my next cut. It's called Total Repair 5 because it's supposed to repair the "5 signs of damage-split ends, weakness, roughness, dullness and dehydration." I agree with this claim because my hair is shiny, soft, bouncy, and as I said before, my split ends are repaired after having used this. I always use this after I have already shampooed and conditioned my hair and if you have the time it is so much better if you put a shower cap on while the conditioner is on and just let it sit on your hair for really as long as you want. I tend to put it on, put on the shower cap, and read a book and that keeps me from touching my hair and it's doing it's thing! I like to use this mask on Sundays only that way I am not over conditioning it and it helps me remember to do it the same day every week. If you want a well priced hair mask that does what it says buy this product, you won't be disappointed.

I have been avoiding buying this product for a while and have just asked for samples of it at Sephora whenever I buy something else. I have tried to find other products that have the same ingredients for less expensive prices but I have not been able to find anything. I finally bought this $36 bottle of .34 ounces of product because I knew there would be nothing else that would ever work for the redness above my eyebrows and my dark circles under my eyes without feeling heavy like concealer. This product comes in a tube with a metal applicator that cools my the top of my eyebrows and undereyes when I am patting the product on. As expensive as it is I use so little that I can see this little guy lasting me a long time. It is safe for sensitive skin; I do not have any reactions for it and it's great also because it does not have any heavy smell to it like some concealers. The box it comes in says it " Instantly brightens, depuffs, & smooths." I absolutely see the results everytime I use this; the formula is like a reddish peach color that goes on smoothly and blends easily into my brown skin. After I apply it to the top of my brows there is no redness and my eyebrows look like they have been lifted; also when I apply on my undereyes my eyes are brighter and I look more awake, even though I sometimes have long nights or no sleep. I absolutely love the metal applicator; it cools my eye area and is so gentle when I pat the product on. The box says to blend in the product in a circular motion which is what I do; I have tried to do soft strokes straight across but that doesn't seem to blend it very well. I also feel like the product is absorbed better with circular motions. This product has caffeine which is what I feel helps to brighten so much. I am hooked on this product. I have used other First Aid Beauty products and I love that they are great for sensitive skin and actually do what they say. Great purchase!

Oh gosh. I have always wanted to try Too Faced Lip Injection because all Too Faced products are amazing but also because I heard this product works. I was warned many times that it's a very uncomfortable feeling but did not expect it to be as bad as it was. I made the first mistake of putting it all over my lips instead of just the bottom center of my lips and was in major pain; I kept it on but kept telling myself if it hurt for longer than 5 minutes I was taking it off. It burns pretty bad and caused my lips to look swollen because they were tingling so bad but when the pain subsided my lips looked a bit fuller. I already have full lips on top and bottom so I kind of regret even using this but it did do a good job of plumping them up; I will only dab it on the center of my lips from now on though because I'm not going through that again. I'm also glad this was included in a kit I bought because if I would have paid for this by itself I would have returned it right after cringing in pain. I would never pay $22 to have pain, even if it was temporary. I rated this a 7 because of the amount of discomfort it causes but the face that it works makes it higher rated for me. If you're brave and want to get bigger lips without getting REAL injections, go and buy this...Beware though, it hurts!

NYX cosmetics are by far my favorite makeup line. I have so many different products from this line and am satisfied with pretty much everything they have. I use one of their lipstick lines all the time but decided to venture out and try their butter lipstick line. I purchased the colors Cotton Candy and Sugar Wafer today and am in LOVE with both of them! The name is exactly what they feel like, butter on my lips. Cotton candy is a beautiful light pink that goes on smooth and doesn't cake up like many awful lipsticks. I love pairing this with a light green smoky eye and pearl earrings and necklace; Pink is the most feminine color and wearing this with pearls just makes me feel like such a girly girl. I absolutely love this shade and how creamy the formula is on my lips! I also bought the shade Sugar Wafer which is a beautiful nude that I can comfortably wear for work and it looks natural. These lipsticks are well priced at only $6 a pop (just like all the other amazing NYX products) and Ulta always has a buy one get one half off sale. I will be trying other colors soon!
