The only positive thing I can say about any of the Bath and Body shampoos and conditioners is they smell good. After having purchased every single shampoo/conditioner and not being able to return them I was quite displeased to see that they left my hair dry and strawlike. I like BBW but this product stinks. I'll stick to The Body Shop for that stuff.
