I am a lover of nearly all things Tarte, but I fell hard for this blush when I first tried it in "Dollface." The tender shade left me with a delicate flush of color. Tarte's formula is easy to blend, but then it stays put through long days and heat and humidity. There is no "telltale" powder line of demarcation which seems inevitable with some other blushes. I am now collecting a plethora of lovely shades . . .

I had read about this John Frieda serum on AOL, so I gave it a whirl. It's very long-lasting, as you need just a bit to massage through dry ends and/or damaged sections. My hair breaks less frequently and is growing faster now. There's a lovely shine to it that I didn't have before. For about $10.00 a bottle, it's a money-saving wonder!

This Avon cream has been around almost as long as I can remember, and it has healed rough, raw hands, elbows, and feet. It works miraculously and costs next to nothing (especially when on sale). Applause, applause for Avon's "Moisture Therapy!"

Hemp has healed my hands when I've let them "go" by overwashing, being out in the cold without protection, and using chemicals. It's wondrous!

I recall my grandmother's skin smelling sweetly of the Pond's she kept on her nightstand. Now things have come full circle. I have used both this cream for dry skin and Pond's Clarant (made for brown spots) and found them to be tremendous. The texture is rich, but the cream seeps into your skin quickly, providing a good base for foundation. My skin is much softer, smells luscious, and brown spots are retreating. It's hard to believe that a product which delivers such results is so inexpensive (dear Ponds, please do not raise the price). Applause for a consistently good product!

I had wanted to try this for ages and found that it didn't flatter my lips or cheeks (no, I didn't have the promised glow as if I just came in from the cold). The formula was difficult to work with; this is a cult favorite, but not for me.

After much commercial hype about this, I was anxious to try it. At the time I was the "Drugstore Deals Reviewer" for a major online beauty site. The colors were lovely; I chose a few and puckered it. My mouth remained puckered. The formula dried it so badly that I felt like I was in a bad dream. Unless you are will to continually coat lips with a powerful gloss, run--don't walk--away from this stain!

I'm finding myself reaching for "Benefit's They're Real!" more and more often. The formula is excellent at separating each and every lash, coloring, lifting, and adding a good deal of volume. I can use it on bottom lashes without fear of crumbling or dreaded "raccoon eyes." The formula lasts through long days and nights (and, yes, sometimes overnight when I fall asleep without removing makeup--a shame, I realize). I bought the trial size of this at Sephora and went on to purchase the full size. Beware; as with any mascara, discard after a few months or if you detect a strange scent. I am OCD about germs, especially around my eyes.

I am never without a fresh tube of Lancome's "Definicils High Definition Mascara" (note the word "fresh," as mascara should be tossed after a few months to prevent contamination and eye diseases). It has a unique formula which locates and colors each and every lash, especially my bottom ones, which tend to be longer than the top. It remains pliable if you want to add more coats and doesn't crumble. I don't know when I began using this, but I will never give it up!

What? Better mascara than Diorshow Iconic? Yes. I had no problems with clumping. My lashes were defined and there was some increase in volume. But I noted some crumbling under my eyes after several hours. I must sadly say that there are other mascaras which I prefer to this one.
