Midnight Bloom is a pretty yet simple floral fragrance. It's a bit oriental, there's amber in there along with some lush, heady floral (maybe jasmine?). It's not super complex or unique but it's lovely without being overpowering. I would wear this on a date, definitely.

Love this. It comes in lots of pretty colors and is very creamy. Very easy to smudge and when it sets it last all day. Recommend!

Mandarin Mist doesn't come off as an eau de parfum. By the lightness and the short lasting power I'd classify it more as a body mist. I love the fragrance- it's a light, bubbly citrus scent. It almost smells fizzy, like it's been carbonated. Unfortunately it starts to fade after like 2 hours. I don't mind reapplying it but for the price I do wish it lasted like it should. It's weird, I don't have this problem with Creme Bouquet or Midnight Bloom :/

What an addicting powdery, vanilla-floral fragrance. Adore. Can't say much else, only that it lives up to the hype. Just try it for yourself and you'll understand. It's fabulous.

This stuff is beautiful. I love that VS makes it in 3 colors so there's one for everyone. I got it in the lightest shade called "Glowing." It's a soft, shimmering tan with a deeper brown swirled in. It is quite luminous so if you're more of a matte bronzer type of person, you probably won't like this. I love it. It makes me look radiant with a sunkissed glow. I love sweeping it softly across my cheekbones. The glowing shimmer doubles as a highlighter too. I'm tempted to pick up the other colors... I'm addicted!

I like this scrub a lot. It comes in tons of different scents so there's one for everyone. My only qualms are that it's a sugar scrub so it dissolves pretty quick once you've applied it to your skin. You've gotta work fast with this stuff. Since it disappears so fast I tend to use a lot of it in the shower and a single tube doesn't last very long (maybe 3 weeks to a month). But I'm an avid scrubber; I use this stuff every time I shower. You probably can make a tube last longer than I can but to each her own.

I've had a bottle of the PINK Fresh & Clean body lotion for a couple of years now, I have a lot lotions that I use in rotation but I really love this one from PINK. Fresh & Clean has an apple and lily scent; it's super clean smelling as the name implies. It's beautiful! The formula is rich and hydrating. It's one of the most hydrating lotions I own! Since it's so rich you don't have to use much so it will last a long time. My bottle's almost empty and I can't wait to try another scent from PINK.

The Rimmel Stay Matte powder is raved about by many online beauty bloggers and youtubers alike so of course I jumped on the bandwagon. My experience was sadly not as pleasurable. This isn't a terrible powder but it just didn't hold up like I thought it would. I have very oily skin but also have dry patches thanks to intense acne medications so it's very difficult to find a good powder that will keep oil away but won't emphasize my dryness. This powder did neither. It doesn't control shine that well so I have to reapply after a couple of hours. It doesn't build upon itself well and starts to look very makeup-y each time you reapply. Not attractive. I'll keep it in my purse for touch-ups here and there but when it's all gone I'll keep looking for another powder.

I purchased this mascara from VS in addition to their Voluptuous Volume mascara. I can definitely say I like this one better. Their Triple Drama Mascara gives some length and lift in addition to volume AND helps keep curl, whereas the Voluptuous Volume just clumped up a bit, weighed down my lashes and provided no length or lift. It looked like I had stubby short lashes that were unflattering. I do like the Triple Drama a lot even though the brush is weird. It reminds me of a car wash; you'll get what I mean when you see it in person. I think I will repurchase the Triple Drama when my tube is empty; it's good stuff.

Good matte eyeshadows can be tricky to find. But Stila comes to the rescue with their "In The Know" palette, which contains ten matte, muted, earth-toned shadows and an eyeliner in Halfmoon (a cool gray color). I didn't know how much I needed this palette until I bought it. The colors in this thing are SO versatile, colors from a creamy ivory to an intense black. Great for those looking for an office-appropriate palette or just for those searching for a handy set of mattes. But for those a little stuck on what to do, the palette also comes with a cute instructional look book that has about 6 different examples of eye looks you can create from this palette. And for those a little intimidated by that burnt orange shade on the bottom called "Fire," don't be! It's actually gorgeous and flattering- it really makes your eye color pop! The quality of the eyeshadows are really nice too. Very soft and pigmented. The packaging is super sleek and thin (and blue! my favorite color). It really feels and looks like a good quality product. My final thoughts: I'm so glad I bought this palette. You will use the colors inside for practically everything and it's so handy to have so many wonderful basic colors all together in one palette ready at your fingertips.
