Undone Ballerina To create the carefree, lived-in style at Richard Chai, Unite Editorial Director Kevin Ryan used a combination of Unite Tricky Spray and Expanda Dust. He then created an intricate bun/ponytail hybrid that required forceps and (we're guessing) a lot of patience.

We're personally just looking forward to being able to wear our gym headband to work and calling it "runway-inspired."
