Diane Kruger's Peek-A-Boo Braid Diane Kruger always looks impossibly polished, but she took it to a new level of cool last night. At the second season premiere of the FX show "The Bridge," Kruger switched out her usual sleek waves for a braid we've been analyzing all morning.
Paired with a Mary Katrantzou x Swarovski multicolor embellished dress, the double French braid added to the edgy vibe. It may look crazy complicated to recreate, but you're really just making two braids -- and the second one is messy.
To get the look, divide hair into three vertical sections, and create a tight French braid down the center section. Once you've secured the ends with an elastic, take the side sections, and create a loose French braid over the center braid. Then, use a hair tie to join the braids at the bottom. It doesn't have to be perfect (or exactly like Kruger's) -- that's what makes it cool.
