Waves of Wall Street: Camila Alves's Glossy Curls Need another reason to be jealous of model and wife of Matthew McConaughy, Camila Alves? Add this hair to the list. The mom of three heated up the red carpet in a Dolce & Gabbana red lace dress and bombshell waves at the NY premiere of "The Wolf of Wall Street" earlier this week. Getting Alves's loose waves is surprisingly simpler than it looks, according to stylist and co-owner of NYC's Patrick Melville Salon, Patrick Melville.
Melville -- who styled both Alves and hubby McConaughy's hair for the premiere -- began by using a Mason Pearson brush to blow out and smooth Alves' natural curls. He then created side-swept waves by curling hair with a medium-sized barrel iron (we like the HOT Tools Professional Marcel Curling Iron) in a spiral direction from roots to ends for added texture. To give hair a glossy shine and smooth finish, Melville used Oil Miracle Finishing Treatment by Schwarzkopf Bonacure, his "go-to" product.
