Wine Stain Popsicle mouth is pretty, but a wine-stained mouth can really turn heads. It's easy to create the look with an actual tipple, but a rich merlot lip color is a better option, especially for daytime. Concentrate the color around the center of lips for a proper stained effect. Just a hint of white eyeshadow is all that's needed to lift the look.
