The debut of the Anastasia Beverly Hill Subculture Palette was somewhat rife with drama: When it first came out, the backlash was so big that ABH fans that were unhappy with the palette were encouraged to return it for a full refund. That said, for her part, KathleenLights counts herself as a superfan. She admitted that there is some fallout , but in the end, it didn't turn out to be a deal breaker for her.
