Most Disappointing
Most Disappointing Kerry Washington is known for her back-to-back red carpet hits, so we were hoping for something drop dead gorgeous from the "Scandal" star. Sadly, what we got was a whole lotta Marchesa that made us want to call Olivia Pope for some backup. The soft color was pretty, but the gown looked more high school play costume meets fairytale arts and crafts project than designer show-stopper.
