I was really excited about this and ran out to buy it just as soon as it came out. Then I used it a few times and very nearly returned it. Eventually I learned to enjoy it, but this is another product I won't replace when it runs out. The colors look lovely and vibrant in the (beautiful) package, but once you swirl them together, they go on very, very pale. Very shimmery, but the color lacks punch. Which is why I've read many reviews where people prefer this as a highlighter. I'm fair skinned and often like a more subtle makeup look, so I've been living with it as a blush. Once it's empty, I'll be switching to a different Benefit boxed powder. Though the brushes that come with any of the Benefit blushes are not very useful, in my opinion, and I always end up just tossing them. I've also found with Sugarbomb that one of the four colors was softer and is getting used up faster than any of the other colors, even though I've tried everything to get them to wear evenly in the box. I'm starting to see the bottom of the box and soon I will only have 3 of the 4 colors left.

This glaze comes in many lovely colors (I own it in Sugar Plum) and I like the scent of mine. But as many others have stated, it is a sticky gloss. I have to apply it slowly and carefully to avoid getting too much on the applicator and having overly goopy lips. It also doesn't stay very well, though that isn't unusual for gloss unless you're buying the really high ends brands. On the plus side, the Sugar Plum shade is excellent with my coloring and for the most part I don't mind having to reapply multiple times in a day (even though this one requires a mirror and a little extra time). I think when this one runs out, I won't be buying it again--I'll just look for another brand with a similar color. I'm not super picky about lip products, but this one is just too sticky for me.

I bought one of these once and ended up giving it away to a friend who wanted to try it out. The colors in the pan were lovely, but barely showed up when applied. I also found this shadow difficult to apply because it was hard to get any product onto the brush. Very disappointing, I was glad to be rid of it.

These shadows are long on both color and shimmer. But the shimmer doesn't mean they can't be worn during the day if done right! There are three shades--I use all three (usually using the darkest as a liner) for going out at night, but I might choose just the medium tone with a different base for a day look. I love using these colors for a plum smoky eye look and the color lasts all night even without primer (even on my greasy lids!). There's also a lot of product there, so they last a long time, even with frequent use.

I don't use this product as a cleanser (not since my teens), but I keep a huge jar under my sink at all times anyway. Why? Because it's the best treatment I have ever found for a sunburn. With my fair skin I often get burned no matter how diligent I am with the sunblock. I slather on a layer of this creamy cool Noxema cleanser, let it sit for 2-5 minutes, then I rinse it off in the shower. It takes the heat right out of the burn and moisturizes the damaged skin. For bad burns I'll do this for two or three showers in a row, but it really helps speed healing and I almost never peel.

Once I finally get this applied, it does give a lovely flush to my lips. But I do find it difficult to apply and it seemed like I had to put on several layers to get just a tiny hint of color. Then, once I got it applied so it would actually show up, it didn't last very long at all. Not anywhere near as long as I was expecting a "stain" to last. It works ok as a blush as well, as long as you're super quick with the blending. I found it very disappointing for all the attention this product gets and I gave it away to a friend.

I've read over and over in magazines and beauty articles about how great this mascara is, but I have never been impressed with it. Every few years I give it another chance, but I always find the volume unimpressive and it smudges badly under my eyes by the end of the day.

I got a sample of this mascara recently (and the coordinating primer) and I have to say I'm not impressed! A lot of what the reviewers are saying is true--it doesn't clump and I didn't notice any flaking or smudging. But it also didn't give my lashes any extra length or volume.

I bought NARS blush years ago in the popular peachy pink shade (TB won't let me use the actual color name!) and it is still part of my regular rotation. It's a beautiful shade on my fair skin!

This is another perfume I've loved for years. It's strong enough to last without being overwhelming. It's very girly and pretty (in my opinion) but not over the top. I like to wear it for happy occasions so I'm reminded of those happy occasions whenever I smell it. I also think the bottle is beautiful for leaving out on a counter top or vanity.
