I have this in a dark brown. I've only used this on my lower eyelid (have tried in on the lower lashline and the lower waterline). On the waterline, it fades or comes off within a couple of hours. On the lashline, it applies so-so (have a hard time getting the line to be the same thickness on both eyes and getting the line to apply smoothly--I have to apply this in little dashed lines). Even then, it wears off within 4-6 hours, depending on how much I rub my eyes I guess. But sometimes I think it just fades or maybe rubs onto my upper eye because it doesn't leave raccoon eyes; the color just fades!

I have a Glossimer in the color Sirop, a creamy (non-shimmery) coral. The color is bright yet not super orangey; more like a light peachy pink. It has decent staying power and is almost sheer (won't block out the natural color of your lips unless you glop on a thick coat). The color is very pretty and I would probably buy it again if I ever used this one up. But it is very very expensive for a lipgloss, and I don't think it's totally justified because it's not the most moisturizing gloss I've worn, it can sometimes apply unevenly (especially when reapplying after a few hours), and it sometimes looks too sheer. I've also tried this in Coral Reef, which I returned because although it was a pretty coral (mostly orange) color with shimmers, on my lips, it just looked like clear glittery gloss.

I like this Tarte gloss even though I stopped using them after a while because I wanted something with more color and one of them started leaking a bit. The glosses are all sheer. I had Jake

I have several tubes of Shiny Sheers because they're so convenient and flattering. I have these in Dewy Blossom (medium to bright pink--have repurchased this one b/c I use this one most often), Peachy Sheen (orange peach), Rose (meh color, looks almost melon-rose to me), Honey Drizzle (light nude tan), and Ruby Radiance (dark red--too dramatic for me). I like that there's SPF 15 in them so it's really one-step lip makeup. Color varies from sheer (Honey Drizzle and Peachy Sheen) to more coverage (Ruby Radiance, Rose) to in between (Dewy Blossom--can be sheer to medium coverage depending on how heavily you apply). They have some shimmer in them, and I've found that the glitter in Peachy Sheen gets gritty and remains on your lips after the balm wears off. All of them leave a great glossy finish, especially Peachy Sheen and Honey Drizzle, and are slightly moisturizing. Lasting power is pretty good; will need to reapply after a meal or hot drink, but otherwise ~ 3 hours (which is pretty good for essentially a lip gloss/balm).

Lash Power (I have this in black) is very long-wearing. Really doesn't smudge on my oily eyelids. Its tubing technology is supposed to work like Blinc's Kiss masacara. Compared to Blinc: Lash Power comes off more easily, in thin pieces, and sometimes (after a long day or I sleep in it) I can't tell where it's gone because nothing comes off when I wash my face. Blinc, OTOH, comes off in black, long, flexible tubes that actually took me a long time to get off if I didn't use eye makeup remover (I'd rub my wet lashes lightly several times and see lots of tubes come off, only to look in the mirror to see that I *still* had mascara on). My big gripe with Lash Power is that it doesn't do much other than lightly define and separate lashes (and rare to no clumping). It doesn't lengthen at all and maybe slightly thickens just due to the fact that you're coating your lashes with layers of mascara. The mascara also didn't make my lashes superblack; maybe just natural black. At least Blinc mascara lengthens a lot (which you can control depending on how many coats you add) and gives you rich black lashes (more dramatic)--but that can be a bad thing b/c it sometimes look fake in a spider legs way. Both take out the curl in my lashes, so I recommend curling your lashes after applying mascara.

I had high hopes for Here to Stay mascara because almost every mascara smears on me (I have oily skin and monolids). The mascara was surprisingly dry (maybe I got a bad tube? I got it pretty soon after the product was introduced). I think this dry formula contributed to it not applying well. The brush did a great job of separating and defining every lash though; no clumps. However, it didn't lengthen or thicken my lashes, and because it wasn't a wet formula, I felt like my lashes weren't as black as they could be. After maybe 3-5 hours, I had the telltale undereye darkness and eyelid smudges that proved that the mascara was smudging.

I have Soft Lights in the color Tint, a light light brown with some peach, maybe pink, and light shimmer thrown in. I apply this lightly as a bronzer over my foundation (I'm very pale), so the shimmer doesn't really show up. I can also apply this with a heavier hand as blush; it shows up as a warm, beige-tan with a hint of peach. I imagine it would also work well as an eyeshadow. Overall, a very versatile and natural-looking powder.

I have this in Sheer Camisole, I think. It's a light, baby pink. Sheer with one coat, almost opaque with two coats. Applies smoothly and dries pretty quickly. I'm not sure if the special topcoat is that much better than a regular topcoat, but used together, the polish does last a long time, probably 5 or more days. After that, the polish starts peeling a bit at the cuticle. Easy to remove.

First off, the swiveling design is a bit awkward. I have to be careful when closing it so that I don't accidentally chip off a chunk of makeup when swiveling it closed. I've tried most of the products in this palette. Eyeshadows: the dark and shimmery ones are very pigmented; good range of colors although I would have liked to see more purples in it. Lipglosses: again, great range of colors--from gold to peach to pink to berry to red--although they're not that pigmented and don't leave a superglossy finish (more like a dewy balm finish); are also impractical because you would need to touch up with a different gloss anyway because you can't bring the palette with you. Lip sheers: fairly pigmented, like lipstick, and in nice nude/tan and rose colors; but like the lip gloss, impractical because you can't touch up on the go unless you buy the regular lip sheer separately. Lip stains: very pretty, although I rarely use them because I don't know how to apply them with my mineral powder foundation (over ends up splotchy and rubbing the foundation off; under would probably make the foundation stick to it in patchy spots); however, the colors are pretty and very different from each other so you could get a lot of looks, and they are great as lip stains (but again, impractical as a lip stain because you can't touch up on the go). Eyeliner: can't recommend; in comparison to MAC Fluidlines, they're terrible because they don't stay on, end up in creases after a couple of hours, and I could never build them up to an opaque line. Illuminator: pretty, but beware of overapplying because it's very very glittery and frosty; would save this for nighttime use. Overall, it's fun to play with, but the lip products--as pretty and varied as they are--are impractical to include in a big palette like this because you can't bring the palette along to touch up, so you need to use another lip product anyway.

I had high hopes for this mascara. The brush did define and separate my lashes very well, but it didn't lengthen or thicken or hold my curl. I also like mascaras to leave my lashes really black, but this one didn't do that. Perhaps I had a bad tube because it seemed a little dry to start off with. Also, it eventually smudged on me, leaving me with raccoon eyes. But that's a problem I have with many mascaras because of my oily skin and monolid, so I can't blame Chanel entirely for that.
