i was looking for an eyeshadow that wouldn't break (stick is great) and wouldn't look like a black shadow on my eyes (makes them look smaller) but would give me the perfect smoky eye...so I got the black/white stick. I LOVE the way it looks on...glides on which easy, smudges around perfectly and the more it smudged all day the better it looked. I got countless compliments on this. So why the somewhat low rating? The caps on the stick came off too easily in my bag and smeared all over everything. Besides that it's a very soft stick so it seemed to melt/smear and never come off...I bought this stick three time because I loved it so much, but each time the caps came off or the shadow just fell out...not very sturdy. If you can be careful with this, then go for it for the look and keep it in your bathroom not your bag. Overall, I love the look but hate that it's not so portable and would rather carry my little pots and risk breakage.

So I get a lot of weird looks and disapproving comments for using an expensive spray bottle of water on my face...but it's amazing! I primarily use this when I'm on a plane because the air is so super drying and makes me feel really icky. Yes, towelettes are great...but there's nothing like this moisturizing spritz of water to refresh...sometimes that's what you need. I dont use it every day when I'm home...but it's my total must have product for travelling or when on vacation. A bit of decadence out of something so simple. Try it and you will understand. I also feel that it makes your skin look dewy and glowing...but that could be a justification of the product in my head.

I'm a huge fan of anything olay and didnt even consider not liking this item. I had been told my many that nothing beats the clarisonic, but this is OLAY...so I bought it. I didn't find it to really clean my face that well so I figured that maybe it was just gently and working even though I wan't feeling it. I didn't use it daily because I didn't want to irritate my non-sensitive skin...but after a few days, I noticed that for the first time in my life my skin was feeling a little bit dry around the cheeks and jaw. It didn't look more radiant and didn't really feel any better...maybe it was just getting worse? So i decided to ditch this item...and go back to my st ives scrub for smooth skin. That may be more abrasive, but my skin glows after that and I do feel like my moisturizers sink in...this one just didnt do anything for me and since then i lost all faith in "face brushes" I just don't buy the concept...I think there are better masks and scrubs that do the same thing and I'm sticking with them.

i love a good shine, but not if i feel like i'm eating it all the time. This gloss is way too stick for me ...My cousins all raved to me about this and went crazy over the sets that come out during the holidays...but I just couldn't bring myself to be in love with it. I got a wide range of colors, tried them all...loved the smell and taste and then reminded myself that I'm not buying a snack, i'm buying a gloss. I didn't find it comfortable and I didn't like the way it mixed over lipsticks either. This items didn't work for me. If you don't mind the consistency, then i'd say go for mac lip glass..that's stick and provides great shine as well. As for me, I need some level of comfort in my gloss and this one...no matter how long it lasts, makes me feel like my lips are encased in stick plastic at times. Not a winner.

I'll start by saying i'm more of a cheeck stain/gel type of person and I usually don't love powder blushes (though nars is always somewhat irresistable)...but this blush is really great. I have the plum nuance color which is like a purple to peach color. Looks great on my skin tones and really warmed up my skin without looking overstated. The blush is light and will never on caky, so if you want more of a heavy look, just layer it. Overall, it leaves the skin looking really smooth and radiant and lasts through the whole day. If you are going to go to for a powder blush, then this is your blush because it's so finely made and blends just enough to make people ask "is she or isn't she wearing anything?" Highly recommended blush in a world where I'm not fan of the powder blushes. Great for all ages and skin types.

Finally! I hair spray that SMELLS GOOD and has better hold than any other hair spray I've ever tried without leaving my hair stiff or dulled over. I'm not a fan of hairspray at all, but sometimes we all need a little bit...so I bought the travel size. I didn't think I'd like it because I've never liked any sprays...but then something magical happened and poof! I found the best spray and had to go back and buy a full size bottle. Hold is great for curls or waves...if you have long hair and your hair goes flat easily, then this is your spray. Love, love, love. And it will never suffocate you...which is excellent if you have a small dressing area or bathroom (I guess that's the non aerosol part). Oh, it's also perfect for flyaways or if you want to do that high bun look ...it will never make your hair look greasy or heavily sprayed. Nice product.

I dont need a stuff, hard hairspray...but this one is kind of pointless. It didn't help my hair in humid weather or stand up to any of the amazing reviews which I've read about it...it's pretty non existent and that's why i could brush my hair. I have thick hair, but fine strands...and after all of the great things I've heard about this...I can't say I found something great. I tried and used it through the whole bottle but this definitely wasn't anything great and didn't inspire me to buy again. This held my curls for less than an hour on a cold night...

I have naturally curly hair...and this always fights my frizz. I love that it's a spray because it goes on light. I will say that this one does leave your hair a little crunchy if you over do it...and you do have to use a lot of it, so there's a very fine line between over done and not enough. But no matter what curling product I use, this is always the one I go back to that gives me the best results. I turn my wet hair upside down and spray it and then right side up and spray...volume, volume, volume...so if you dont mind the slight crunchiness (that does wear off) then this is pretty much the right spray for you. I will say that many people around me love my curls and when I tell them this is what I use, they get it and are not really pleased with it. So I guess this either works on certain hair types or doesn't at all. Anyway, I'm addicted, love it and swear by it. I have very long, fine stranded medium-thick hair...hope that helps.

Im not a huge fan of Herbal Essences all the time...I feel that their shampoos lather up too much, dont leave your hair feeling healthy and produce build up. But the I met this one in a travel package that I bought...i won't say that it become by favorite shampoo and I won't say that I didn't use a conditioner afterwards, but in just using this as a shampoo it did pretty well. My hair was shinier and softer. So I dont recommend this as your go to shampoo at all times, but if you are travelling and want to buy a little pack or if you want something that you can use every now and then...go for this one. And also, as with all herbal essences shampoos, it smells AMAZZZZZZING...this is the best one that they have put out yet.

I've always been a fan of MAC eyeshadows...they are worth every dime, never budge, have the widest spectrum of colors and always make your yes stand out. My only vice is that sometimes they crack and break up easily in the package. I've been using MAC for about 15 years and they are AMAZING over all...no creasing, no problems applying. My favorite go to color is mythology and has been for YEARS. I have a deeper complexion and this is the perfect copper/pink...never found a better color than this and you can wear it at any time. I'm an eyeshadow fanatic and I will say that MAC wins hands down all the time...go to a store and try something on!
