This feels like mousse straight out of the '80s. It's sticky in the hands and leaves hair a bit crunchy if you don't blowdry. But add heat, and it gives volume and texture.

This oil works great as a pre-blowdry treatment to make strands silky-soft. Post-blowdry, it does add shine and helps tame (not control) frizz.

The smell of this dry shampoo is amazing. I also love that you can use this not just on second-day hair, but if you've been heavy-handed with a hair oil or serum. It doesn't leave my hair chalky or with too much of a white cast.

First Aid Beauty Hello Fab Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer
Soothing, dewy primer for dry skin
This is like a refreshing drink of water for my skin. It smells delicious, hydrates and soothes my dry, sensitive skin. It's lightweight and gives a pretty dewy finish -- similar to last year's Becca primer, just more moisturizing. Love it.

This slippery primer provided a nice canvas for my dry skin. I thought my makeup would slip around, but it kept it in place. Feels a bit like a blur cream -- fills in the lines and pores to make them less noticeable.

I've steered clear of most setting powders because they tend to make my skin look too flat. I want to set my makeup and keep my t-zone shine-free, but still have a natural satin-y finish to my skin, so my lines aren't accentuated. I love this powder for all of those reasons. It's almost like a complexion balancer -- doesn't dry out my dry patches, but keeps my t-zone in check while providing a natural finish.

The hourglass-like wand reminds me of Better Than Sex, but is a bit narrower, which makes it easier to work with, but also doesn't *quite* deliver the results of BTS. It has a dark, inky pigment and does build length and volume, but can also get clumpy, due to its thick formula. It'll stay in rotation but isn't my favorite.

I really like this foundation brush for blending out pigment drops. It's firm enough to blend it out, but not so stiff that it just pushes product around the face. It does absorb a good amout so I prefer to put the drops on my skin instead of the brush. But it gives me a nice, airbrushed finish.

I need my brushes to be soft and this one delivers. It's densely packed, but fluffy -- picks up and distributes product evenly. Awesome deal.

This is a similar brush to the Sephora Complexion 90, but a few bucks less. It's great for blending out makeup for sheer coverage. It's a bit prickly, but gets the job done.
