Suave Professionals Natural Infusion Moisturizing Conditioner with Macadamia Oil & White Orchid
Amazing Scent!
I bought this on sale along with the shampoo. My hair has never smelled so pretty! I was always jealous of passing ladies out and about and getting a whiff of their hair that smelled so good. My hair never holds onto any fragrance. Until now! The fragrance is warm and vanilla-based with flowery hints of orchid, but not overly sweet or obnoxious.....it's....inviting. Scent aside, my hair comes out great as it does with most Suave products ~ soft, shiny and smooth. Doesn't work as well as my Dove Nourishing Oil conditioner, but my hair is still soft and pretty and comes out great. I'm going to keep a bottle of this on hand so my hair always smells amazing.

Saw this on a beauty guru on Youtube and it was so pretty and understated, I had to get it. BOGO 50% off. I bought Mauve Mystique and Signature Scarlet. These are lip glosses with a spade-shaped wand that is, well, very fuzzy. Despite the lipstick-looking packaging, it IS a lip gloss, so don't be confused. The fragrance is really strong and smells like mixture of candy and lilacs. Don't notice it very much after I put it on, but while applying, it is a very strong scent, unfortunately. But it goes on smooth and opaque with amazing coverage for a gloss. Shiny without being "too much". Feels moisturizing on my lips. The two colors I bought are creams with no shimmer, which I love for my easily chapped lips. Reapply often, because this gloss does not last - I get less than an hour of wear but it's a gloss so I expect it. Mauve Mystique is so incredibly pretty ~ a deep mauve with blue undertones that goes on lighter in color than in the tube. I've worn this nonstop since I got it. Signature Scarlet is a bright slightly orange-based red and will need a few coats to achieve a fully smooth coverage. But it's a quick and easy red lip - good for a night out when you want the color but don't want to be bothered by a careful application of lipstick and liner. If you wear a liner with this gloss, make sure to do a full application - this gloss wears off so quickly and can be patchy so you'll want to have a smooth color underneath. Update: I started getting headaches from the scent and had to put the gloss away for a while. I'll only be using it sporadically from now on, although I love the color. If you hate scented products, stay away from this one!

Just bought this on deep discount at a local store and it is GORGEOUS. A soft shimmery bronze that I applied over a simple swipe of a powder foundation base. I simply swiped this shadow on with my finger and blended it. It has a powder-creme consistency and it applied super quick and easy. The result ~ a soft wash of color with a glowy, dewy sheen. No glitter or crazy fallout, no mess, no fuss. Probably best to just use your fingers with this one, unless you're going for precise shading/contouring. I know this is going to be one of my go-to eyeshadows for a quick, pretty eye look. UPDATE: Noticed two downsides to this shadow - it dries so fast there is almost no chance to play with it or blend it. A good or bad thing, depending on what look you're going for. Also, due to its' 24 Hr formula, it dries a bit "hard" - you can't budge the stuff once it's on! - but this also makes it almost impossible to apply and blend any eyeliner on top. You'll end up with an awful mess due to the shimmer of the shadow - it's almost like you have to scrape the eyeliner to blend it on top of this shadow. So if you like to use a liner on top of your shadow, be sure to commit! Other than that, I do love this stuff and am wearing it right now - despite its' quirks, it's pretty and super long-lasting!

Bought this in a named color but it's printed on the packaging wrap which I threw away, so I no longer can see the shade name. There is a number - 255 - which is supposed to be a deep plum. Well, the cap is a deep plum, the gloss itself is more of a brighter pinky-mauve. So the product IS a different shade than the cap, at least with this shade. Disappointed with the color and the application. Weak, thin and needed several coats - all to end up with what looked like a faint wash of color on me. This product is labeled as a "gloss-balm" and does state that it's "sheer color, soft shine", but I was hoping for a deeper color that matched what I saw on the cap. I guess that a deep plum just simply cannot be "sheer". It feels a little smooth and glides on the lip. Not too glossy, just a hint of shine and no glitter or shimmer in the 255 shade, which is nice. My lips were left with a bit of a rosy stain 45 minutes later. The scent is like old-fashioned lipstick, very faint and unobtrusive. Very sorry I wasted the $8 bucks on this one, but it is down to personal preference, not product fault. This one just isn't for me. *Wrote this review for the Gloss Balm here because the product wasn't listed as yet*

Was looking for a last minute, true red for New Years and ended up with #740, Certainly Red. Was disappointed - the sticker on the back was certainly red (more warm than blue) and I couldn't get a real look at the color through the see-through cap due to the store light's reflection. It turned out to be a slightly blue-toned red, which is not what I was hoping for on my olive-toned skin. I could tell when I tried it on the next day and blotted it on a white tissue and held it up to natural light. But it felt creamy and emollient on my forever dry lips and I would use this over a darker red to balance it out. Also, not super-cheap....cost me about $8.99 + tax at Rite-Aid. Good formula (unscented), great color saturation (even with just one coat) but bad color matching with the stickers. At least in my opinion.

I loved this initially ~ the smoothness, the creaminess of it was just so exciting for this liner lover. But then it sort of, well....fell flat. I noticed smudging in the outer corners of my eyes after a couple hours. But the actual liner on my lid, once applied, absolutely would not budge....not even when I'd wanted to smudge it out a bit! It says waterproof, but obviously it's not skin-oil proof. It's also very chunky and hard to sharpen it into a fine point that stays fine ~ it's so creamy, the minute it touches your warm skin, the point wears down. So, in summary: gorgeous color (black), feels good going on, limited staying power, need constant sharpening for a thin line application so the pencil itself wears down fast. I've decided to keep this for tight-lining my upper lids only. I do like it, but not for true eye lining.

the color I got - Warm Caramel - was a bit too shimmery and made my lips peel after an hour or so. That may just be that one color, however. I felt that since the product had the word "moisture" in the label, that my lips would be sufficiently moisturized, but that was not the case. A cream finish might be a better choice for ladies with really dry lips. But it went on smooth and buttery and felt really good. A faint "lipstick" smell/taste but nothing overpowering. I do love the color of Warm Caramel, which is a warm nude shade, but it came out deceptively frosty on my lips. I did apply regular lip balm on my lips beforehand. Would revisit this product if I see another color that isn't too frosty and if it' s on sale. Love the simplicity and the idea!

True matte formula in a drugstore brand? Almost impossible to find until this line from L'Oreal. I have the gorgeous pink and black duo called Dashing and it's one of my go-to looks. I also use the black to go over my pencil liner to give a slightly smokey look. It's soooo pretty with the matte pink! If you can find the matte duos, get one. They're perfect!

I bought this a while ago and am just now starting to use it everyday. There's no coverage, per se, but it does seem to smooth and blur out the imperfections on my face - freckles, redness, spots and pores. It feels very silky to me and it smells really nice. I have an extremely oil-prone T-zone and this doesn't really help tame the oil....only after first applying, maybe. But it's cheap and I had to see what all the primer hype was about. I'll use this up and might buy it again.

I'd given up on concealers for my acne and redness because of my weirdly olive/copper skintone. This product made a perfect match that blended in seamlessly, all the ones I looked at seemed to have a yellow undertone that might not work for every skin tone but was perfect for mine. The only thing I don't understand is how this product claims to be a concealer AND highlighter in one?! Why would I want to highlight something I've just tried to conceal? Oddly confusing if you think about it. But this stuff hides the spots and redness and undereye circles beautifully, blends in smoothly with either a brush or just your fingertips. The label is confusing, as it says concealer but then the directions mention it's only for eyes. The color works so well for me, I dab it on everywhere I need it, not just my eyes. The cap on mine is getting gunky with the product, too. This lasts about 4 hours with a powder set applied afterwards. I'm happy I've finally found a concealer that helps me feel prettier. Great stuff.
