And definitely smelly! But, personally, I like the smell. One reviewer said it smelled like roses, and after reading that, I realized it's true. Perfume-y, like roses. As far as the actual mascara, I hate the fat tube and handle, as it's not comfortable to hold onto. I've actually dropped it a few times, making a mess and making me late. This mascara, like EVERY MASCARA, can be clumpy. The brush does a great job of depositing the product, almost too much so. Absolutely zero curl, but I always curl my lashes beforehand anyway. It glided on, but I got clumps after the second swipe. I have to really comb out my lashes with a clean spooly brush after each coat, to ensure an even look. My lashes were thicker, so I guess it did it's job. My friend uses this and once, she took out the wand and a bizarrely huge clump came out with the brush. It was only two weeks old! We laughed about that, but the product works beautifully on her. (She has nice, thick lashes to begin with.) All in all, I've purchased it twice and am fairly happy with the results. I go through phases where I'll prefer thicker lashes and then I'll decide I want longer lashes. So for my "thick lash" phase, this works for now.

I'm ADD with my nail color so I can't really say for certain how long this brand lasts, because it's never really on for too long. I've had only one color (Over the Edge, a silvery-black/gray) that came out terrible. Dried really matte and did not look good at all. But the colors are all really pretty and true to the bottle with two coats, I've found. I use a Sally Hansen base coat and a top coat and it works just fine. My current favorite colors are Raspberry and a gorgeous purplish-fuschia called Big Spender. I also love Wicked, Rock Star Skinny and Angora Cardi.

I ran out of Bare Minerals and was groaning about having to spend the money for more. I bought this on a whim and LOVE IT. I used a medium minerals brush from Sephora to apply and it went on evenly, smoothly and finished flawlessly. I do get some powder-y-ness at times, but I believe I may not have had enough moisturizer on my dry cheeks for it to blend with. But it lasts a long time with medium coverage. This product easily covers my rosacea and freckles and looks believable and natural with the correct shade. I'll be switching to using this product regularly instead of my usual Bare Minerals....it works just as good and it way less expensive. Love the SPF 20.

I definitely prefer Suave's Humectant S&C over this stuff. My hair is clean, fresh and soft, but just doesn't look or feel as amazing as it does with Suave's Humectant. Not sure why everyone is flipping over the scent, which I didn't seem to smell, as I was using it, or now, in my hair. It's a good product, but I'll probably just stick with my usual.

I usually use Suave Humectant S&C, but decided to try this line instead. It's the same price (totes inexpensive) so why not? I don't like this as much as my usual Humectant S&C. My hair just doesn't feel as soft and silky. It feels nice and comes out smooth, but it just doesn't match Suave's Humectant. Smelling my hair now (just used the product), I only detect the faintest pleasant fragrance. I don't hate it, but I'm probably gonna stick with Suave's Humectant S&C.

I am a body-lotion addict and apply it immediately after I step out of the shower, while my skin is still damp. This lotion is thick, creamy and wonderful. My skin can be ashy and itchy but Palmer's makes it feel soft, moisturized and so much more comfortable. When using this, be sure to spend some time just rubbing it in and letting it absorb before dressing ~ I usually just dry my hair and let my skin absorb it in the meantime. Unfortunately, this stuff is very strongly scented with a chocolate-y fragrance. I love the results, but am always dismayed that I'll head out smelling like a candy bar. And yes, if you use this and get dressed immediately, your clothes WILL smell chocolate-y, too. :( I believe they make an unfragranced version, will definitely try it in the future. But this is an excellent product that works without a doubt.

I'm very shy and unconfident regarding salon services, as I never grew up being shown the ropes in regard to waxing, coloring, nails, etc. So I've learned to use this product to tame my stray hairs on my brows and upper lip. It doesn't melt the same in all microwaves, so simply adjust the time to yours. If it gets too hot, just let it cool down a bit before using. I simply apply it in the direction of the hair growth, let it harden and then quickly pull off the wax against the hair growth. It quickly gets messy on the sides of the container as you wipe off the excess and the wax hardens, but it simply melts into the pot again when you heat it up. It's very easy to burn yourself with this if it gets too hot, so be careful! Also, if you heat it too long, it creates a strong, "honey" like odor. All in all, I love this product. It's always worked on my fine, slick hair, it's cheap and easy and quick. I would not suggest it for shaping brows or any kind of intricate shape maintenance, though. The application is just too awkward and messy. But for quick clean-ups around and between the brows and the upper lip, I really like it. I have normal skin and experience no irritation, burning or reactions to this product.

I've kept going back to this light, powdery/floral scent at various times over the years, simply because it's my "girly" fragrance. I just haven't taken the time to find a new one. I currently have a small "Heavenly" Angel Mist because of a travel engagement ~ it fit the 2oz. liquid requirement. The Angel Mist is very light and DOES NOT last (it is just a fragrance mist) but it gives you a nice, clean, floral fragrance that smells "fluffy" to me. I always think of pink feathers when I wear this. This is most likely due in part to brilliant advertising on the part of VS but also to the stripper who doused herself in this unmistakable scent that I recognized immediately as she began her lap-dance on me. (I'm thinking the Eau De Parfum was probably used in this particular instance as I still smelled it all over me in the morning.) I have nothing against strippers and I have nothing against this fragrance, but it's probably time to move on and find something a bit more original.

I know this product has been out for a while, but I had a small sample of this it a friend gave me and finally decided to try it. I have the Bronzed Beauty shade and it's gorgeous. It has a subtle sparkle and a huge color pay-off (Bronzed Beauty is a sexy gold-flecked crimson color) and my lips looked glossy and flushed after I put this on. The color was impressive. This would be an excellent gloss for those who don't want the intensity or maintenance of wearing a full-on red lipstick....it offers just a kiss of color that isn't overwhelming or too much. I do tend to have dry lips so anything sparkly or glittery wreaks havoc later on, but I just swiped some balm on before applying and it kept things fairly smooth. And, I'm almost embarrassed to say this, but I LOVE the scent and taste of this gloss. It's delicious. :) Excellent product overall. I would definitely buy this for myself or as a little token gift for a friend.

Lusciously scented and my boyfriend complimented me on the scent of my hair after I'd put this in and wore it up all day and took it down in the evening. This product is a lightweight oil that sort of melts into your hair if you apply it before a blow-dry. I sometimes use it as both one of my blow-out products (I use a smoothing cream, then apply this) and as a finishing gloss. I simply smooth it over my warm hair after drying. I'm not sure what this product is meant to do, exactly, but it leaves my long, naturally straight black hair smooth, shiny and looking pretty.
