So after trying Covergirl's version of this and being underwhelmed, I thought I'd try this. I bought the red shade and this was my experience: The color did not transfer at all, I had to press it until a tiny bit bled out and then sat in the tiny lines of my lips. It looked awful. The balm broke the first time I tried to use it. I threw it out eventually, after continually trying and failing to get any color out. Really, one of Revlon's worst products.

I'm surprised to see all these negative comments. I've had nothing but a good experience with this mascara. I think its the drugstore equivalent to Diorshow. Lashes are way longer, more defined and voluminous without looking excessive for everyday wear. The brush is easy to hold and easy to apply. I get compliments whenever I use this about the length of my lashes. It stays on well and I've purchased this countless times. The packaging is very sleek as well. Also, when its time to remove it, it comes right off with one cotton pad of eye makeup remover. Overall, I really like this product.

This is not a bad mascara by any means. Volume and curl are nice. I wouldn't say it gives much definition partially beacuse the brush's briteles are condensed into a small brush but its certainly not bad. I like the packaging, its prettier than a lot of department store masacra bottles. My complaint centers on the 'staying power'. It's great that it lasts fairly well during the day but it is really hard to get off. I'll shower, take off my makeup with an eye-makeup remover and go to bed and wake up with residue from it under my eye still. Even with remover its hard to get off, it can be fairly frustrating and I'd say its better than lashblast if not for that.

Truly one of the best brush and formula duos out there. I'm most impressed by the length this wand achieves. Everytime I use it, my hair gets stuck on my lashes, they are so long, hair gets caught on them. In the volume arena what I like is that they are much fuller but not unnaturally, the brush still defines eash individual lash so the fullness isn't owed to excess product built up. It's really an impressive mascara and I urge people to at least try it, I'm hooked.

I like this mascara, it gives good definition, lasts a long time and gives decent volume. You cannot compare it to Diorshow or Benefit's mascras but I will say its the best of Covergirl's mascara line. The water-proof version of this loses some of its volume-effect though so buyer beware on that front.

When I heard news of this collection I nearly screamed. I think OPI has a tendency to pick wierd things to model their collections after like 'Modern Family" or "The Office". The Bond movies are so colorful and distinctive they really hit the mark this time. I was so excited to get my hands on them I went to three beauty stores looking for them. My first and best buy from the collection was the gorgeous deep crimson, 'Skyfall', it almost appears brown but in the right lights the scarlett hue comes out. It's a durable, long-lasting polish and it was perfect for Winter. Working at a cafe, I'm constantly passing money or drinks back and forth and everyday I'd get compliments on the color. Its a shade you certainly don't see everyday. "Moonraker', a silver metallic and "The Living Daylights" a festive glitter are my other favorites but really all of them were unique. I heard OPI is coming out with a collection inspired by the women of the Bond frnachise as well!

I wanted to review a specific color, partially because I think all colors and textures of nail polishes are made with different formuals so its hard to review an entire brand of polishes. I just discovered Essie's "Penny Talk" which is a metallic bronze, which as its name implies, looks like the texture of a bright new penny on your nail. I've found this shade to be long-lasting and more durable than other Essie polishes when confronted with washing dishes, typing and swimming. Day three looks just as good as day one. Its a spectacular color and perfect for summer. I have light/medium skin and I think it picks up a tan very well. Its also a nice play on wearing a nuetral, I don't feel weird about wearing it to work as its not flashy and goes with anything.

Alright this is by far the best eyelash curler on the market. It not good, its great. Eyelashes look fuller and longer no questions asked. Shu Uemura knew what they were doing when they made this. My complaint is regarding the rubber refills. After I had had mine for some time, I had to replace the rubber insert that bends the lash when you press. Turns out those tiny peices are fifteen dollars. Almost as much as the curler! Thinking I'd go buy generic inserts for it, I quicly found out Shu Uemura's eyelash curler has different dimensions and you have to buy their ridiculously overpriced inserts. I'm trying to find them at a lower price but I might forgo the curler just because I can't afford to be dropping that kind of money on tiny peices of rubber.

I honestly want to like this perfume but I think it's really overhyped. It's fruity but I don't think its 'perfume' fruity. It reminds me of the smell that lingers after you've washed your hands with a scented bathsoap. Sure its not unpleasant but its dull and wearing it I felt like a glade candle. I know I'm going against the grain but I think there are far better fruit-inspired modern perfumes that are more unique and polished than this one.

I've always liked this fragrance, it seems like it has been around for ages and I know a few people who swear by it. I received a sample of it not long ago and I plan on buying it when I'm done with the sample. It's a light clean scent that is perfect for more casual settings. Its a very sporty fragrance to me, like fresh cut grass mixed with fruity notes. Its not to owerpowering either, it gives off the understated, 'I'd just got out of the shower' vibe. I'd say those who prefer more feminine scents should steer clear becuase it does feel more outdoorsy than you might like.
