I bought this after reading the reviews on it from Target.com (5 stars from 31 reviews as of March 26, 2011) and loved it. At $15, it was relatively cheap for what I think is a great product. My curls were defined and I had very little to no trouble getting my hair fall into the guides. One of my family members with very short hair tried this as well and also adored it. I am really pleased with this product.

I got this in champagne color and it looks great by itself, although I had a bit of trouble blending it in. With eye shadow over it, the color looked shimmery and pigmented, as well as lasting all day. I do not like the application though, as I found the brush by itself applies too much product and doesn't blend well because of that. It's not drug store priced, but I'm not sure if the extra money is worth all of the extra quality.

I didn't get a lot of product to get on my eye when I used an eyeliner brush with this... kind of wondering if it was just me. What I did get on after applying like 3 layers was faded at the end of the day a little and some was under my eyes. It's a very good price though and it lasted a lot longer with primer, so it's a decent buy in my opinion.

There's not much product in a bottle (although ELF cosmetics are cheap) and application was difficult for me, even though I have a steady hand. It burnt my eyes a little and it did not last. It was also difficult to get off, even with waterproof makeup remover. My final complaint that really killed it for me was that the brush's bristles separated and let me with like 4 gross, not straight lines. I tried melding them back together without success. I don't recommend this, even if they are cheap.

I normally don't like to use glitter because it feels kind of juvenile, but I used this for a couple formal events and got quite a few compliments. It was kind of difficult for me to apply evenly, but when I did, I really liked the effect I got. Urban Decay is of course a bit more expensive than drugstore brands, but I think this was probably worth the extra money.

I was not expecting much staying power for a relatively cheap eyeliner at a store that sells pencils for $17 by Urban Decay. But this did stay on my waterlines for a bit longer than drugstore pencil liners and the melting that did occur was pretty easy to wipe off with a finger tip or Q-tip. For the price, it's pretty good, but it's no 24/7 Urban Decay pencil. I also like not having to sharpen it.

I really liked this mousse after I blow dried my hair, but when I got home after 10 hours, my hair was flatter than it would be with just blow drying. I have had this problem with other high-rated mousses, although this one lasted a couple hours longer, I believe, so I feel like it might just be my hair... On a positive note, it's quite cheap and did not make my hair sticky or gummy feeling. That's a major plus for me. This would be grade for going out on the town at night, but not for those who wash their hair every other day or other extended periods.

Garnier Fructis Style Volume Inject Mousse - Ultra Strong
Definitely could be better. Did not last for me.
While my hair looked great and voluminous after blowdrying, after about 7-8 hours, it fell flat. It smells great and didn't make my hair sticky, but was not really long-lasting enough for me... 7-8 hours is a pretty long time, I guess, but most people have a day that lasts longer than that and my hair was flatter than with just blowdrying by the end of the day. I would recommend this if you don't go out after work/school and wash/blow-dry your hair everyday.

This was great for my short layers; my hair looked very edgy. It wasn't that expensive and I liked the effect. The hold lasted throughout the day. It does make your hair stiff, but most heavy-duty styling products do that also.

This worked really well for me for awhile, but I could not find it after TRESemme released the 24/7 volume line. I then found Suave root spray which is a lot better, in my opinion. So this was a good product, but there's now better.
