This mascara has potentially replaced my tried-and-true drugstore beauty, Maybelline Full n Soft. It definitely volumizes the way it says it will, and I have really thin lashes that rarely respond well to volumizing mascaras since they tend to clump my lashes together. This one does the trick without clumping since it builds so well. Though it's not intended to lengthen, it definitely lengthens my lashes quite a bit. I wait until the formula is almost dry, then add some more in quick, little strokes, just at the ends of the lashes. This definitely adds length. Now, for smudging. Here's the story: I almost became committed to using only waterproof formulas since non-waterproofs tend to smudge and get all under my eyes. However, I didn't love waterproof formulas since they are almost impossible to get off. I tried the LashBlast in non-waterproof AND waterproof and found that not only do NEITHER of them smudge, but that the waterproof was literally impossible to remove without considerable rubbing to the eye (hello, premature eye-aging), and the non-waterproof was incredibly easy to remove. Also the waterproof formula did not perform as well, in my opinion...it didn't give nearly as much volume. And it clumped. I noticed these considerable differences between the non-waterproof and waterproof LashBlash and definitely would go with the non-waterproof. All in all, a great mascara, better than most dept. store brands I've tried, and definitely better than the vast, vast majority of drugstore brands I've tried (and believe me, I've tried almost all of them--sad but true).

I've been buying this eyeliner in black for years. I love how it goes on (nice and smoothly) , it's easy to blend (to cover up any mistakes), and I don't experience any smudging or flaking away. I'll definitely keep buying it!

I love Ulta's line of shadows. I have many different colors, and they all go on smoothly, and last all day (or night). Especially when you catch them in a buy-one-get-one sale (which they often have), these are a steal! And they come in a ton of different colors.

I use this brush to blend my pencil eyeliner, and it does the trick! I love this little thing!

I only use it for my brows because I'm a black mascara kinda gal, and unfortunately made the mistake of applying the brow gel after my foundation. Well, some of the foundation got onto the brush and now the gel is tinted beige. I will now have to replace it. Other than that (which is totally my fault), I noticed that at first, the gel did its job, but disappeared as the day went on. Thankfully, it didn't flake, it just....vanished.

How do I really rave about an eyeliner brush? It is what it is. That said, this one gets the job done, and has stiff enough bristles to smudge my pencil liner without feeling too coarse. Never will go to another brand again, especially for this price.
